Lamberts provides outstanding help. My Dad is having mobility issues, and it is sometimes difficult for him to stand up to reach his walker. I had taken Dad to Lamberts to try some of the lift chairs earlier this year without success. This past week, I decided a lift chair was essential to be able to keep him safely in his home. After researching and measurements, I selected a chair which was delivered last Wednesday. Carl, who is extremely knowledgeable and has lots of experience, immediately realized the chair I selected was too large for him when they delivered it. Not only did he help us avoid a mistake, he recommended a smaller chair which is perfect for Dad. An added bonus was that Carl was able to recommend a place where I could buy a foam topper for Dads bed which has made a big difference in his comfort.Knowledge, experience, and kindness. Thats the reason I will continue to go to Lamberts for my Dads needs.Highly recommended!

I go to the Broadway store for my scrubs and I recently just purchased a pair of Brooks, and I absolutely love them, the staff there was awesome and those ladies there will help in every way possible, great attitudes! Today I was helped by Madison at the Broadway store. She was AMAZING!! She went the extra mile to help and was smiling and friendly the whole time. Madison is what customer service should be. She even took extra time to find me a pair of shoes that I love. Thanks Madison for making my shopping experience at Lamberts very enjoyable.

I was recently in the store on Broadway and I was so pleased with the customer service I received. I was unsure of what I needed or wanted and Carly, Madison, and Sierra were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. It’s so nice for someone to act like they really like their job and are happy to help you.

The girls there were very inviting and fun. I got there, close to close, after my shift at the hospital, after working a lot of hours, and they were showing me everything AND having fun with me. They had amazing input and helped me when I was the most indecisive. They did their job of upselling and when I said no, they made me feel comfortable with that decision.... which In turn, makes me want to spend WAAAYYYY more money there. Because they didnt bother me on 5$, they will get so much more from me. Heidi helped me and was super awesome, but the rest of the girls there tonight were awesome as well! Whoever hired these girls, thank you! You do an awesome job as well! I will most definitely be back.

I was looking for work shoes. Found exactly what I was looking for. On sale, $45 less than anywhere else. Thank you Madison for your patience with all my questions. Between the prices and the customer service, I will definitely be back.

Ordered pair of shoes through them . Did not fit . Wanted to send back for correct size. Unable to do so without paying restocking fee of 20% (26$) Blamed the fee on Covid ! Completely ridiculous. Was not informed about “restocking fee” at time of purchase. Just really poor customer service . Shouldn’t we be more considerate of our NURSES ???? I could have ordered them myself but was trying to support local business. Just really sad .

I love shopping at this store! The entire staff is very helpful, especially Cindy! She gave great advice when it came to shrubs and a white coat that would work best for my particular body shape, and she was extremely knowledgeable of the products in the store. On a very busy tax free weekend we went to Lamberts to purchase some scrubs, shoes, etc. A wonderful woman named Nicole helped my family and myself find exactly what we needed while making us laugh and have a fun experience while shopping! My family and I have went to this particular Lamberts for years even when we have moved several towns over. The staff are always nice and helpful and they will continue to get my business as long as I’m in healthcare!

I needed to order a couple of uniforms which where not available in the colors I wanted in the store. I called to place the order over the phone and recieved conformation. I called the Broadway store about a week later to inquire about my order. I spoke with Lexi , she let me know my order had been placed incorrectly. She was so kind throughout the entire conversation. She fixed my order the same day. She made it right !!! and even sent one of my uniforms along with some extra goodies, directly to my home the next day. Now that is awesome customer service folks. I have shopped Lamberts for more than 15 yrs and have never once had an issue. This is a perfect example of why Lamberts Uniforms has been serving Knoxville Medical Community for so many years. Madison and Rayne at the Broadway location were FABULOUS! Being a brand new grad nurse, scrubs are challenging thing to come by with knowing what’s best to wear, comfort, style, etc. Madison and Rayne went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find the right scrubs and had so many great recommendations to make me feel the most comfortable in my scrubs. I will be back soon to purchase more. Highly recommend this store and these two employees!!

Lambert’s Turkey Creek has worked with our family for many years. Do not bother checking out other companies! The staff we have worked with have been professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and speedy with deliveries and instructions. If you have a disability, a surgery or an injury, Lambert’s is the “easy” part of post-op or post-medical care and recovery. We have always found their goods and services to be market-competitive, as well. In a perfect world, Lambert’s would be doing in-service workshops in Customer Service for other similar businesses! We tried two other similar type businesses, before we found Lambert’s, and found both to be sub-par.

The people there are very friendly and helpful. The delivery guy was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the lift he dropped off. They were also very quick to get it delivered to us.

The entire store staff was amazing, especially Elizabeth! She went searching for specific sizes in back multiple times for me to help me get exactly what I wanted and needed!

Talk about total customer satisfaction, this company is beyond that. We were visiting Knoxville for an overnight stay, on our way, we realized that we had not put my wheelchair foot rests into the car. We found this place, Marty went out of her way to help us, as we only needed the legs the following morning, so she gave us a pair overnight for free. Thank you so much Marty!!

Chris went above and beyond to help me get a piece for my bipap. I had lost a piece for my mask and she made sure I got what I needed to use my machine. I can now sleep easy, literally, thanks to her! Recommend them to anyone!!

I initially gave 5 stars however, a week after I bought it, I brought it back to exchange/refund because it was too heavy for me. They told me Since one of the wheels had a small scuff that would not exchange nor refund. The wheel still had plastic on it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LAMBERTS FOR DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.

My wife had knee replacement surgery and needed a lot of supplies. Ashley was great about helping us find what we needed and answering our questions. There were a couple of things we bough & then found out we didnt need or couldnt use, and she was as helpful about returning them as she had been about helping us find them. Every time we have been to Lamberts whoever was helping us was wonderful.

I have always had very good service at Lamberts. I was there today to get some compression socks for my mother, who has had a lot of swelling in her feet & legs. Robin W was such a great help. She helped us find the right size & recommended what kind to get, gave her a pamphlet about the socks, & showed her the way the manufacturer recommended putting them on. Thank you, Robin.

I have been to Lamberts on Broadway every weekend for the last few months and every weekend this lady named Liza has always been their to help me. She is so Great and really knows how to treat the customers. When she comes in contact with them and thats not all every one there is nice. They dont try to make you buy thing you really dont want or need. They just try to get the best fit for you and the pricing has gotten a lot better lots of discounts.

This was my first time in a Lamberts and I went to the store on Broadway. My service Rep was Julie and she was great. She had an answer for every question I had, helped me order my clothing online and also went to the extreme to go through the store to show me an example of what each style looked like. I would recommend this store to everyone and will be coming back!

I went to Lambert s today & had Jennifer help check me out. She was so sweet. They have so many scrubs to pick from. They have great prices on the scrubs and shoes. They always have sales going on. You should stop in and check them out.

Staff is a tad snooty, but love their clothing. They also do pay-roll deduct for certain places, which is wonderful! Love their seasonal items too!

They will reap you off and mislead you. When I was pregnant of my first child in 2016, I called them to ask if my insurance would cover an electric breast pump. They called me back and said they got in touch with my insurance and yes, they would cover all the cost of it. So I went ahead and ordered it. When I went to pick it up, they made me sign a paper that said I was financially responsible if my insurance didn’t pay. I was naive to sign, BELIEVING they would be trustworthy and not lie to me to begin with. I don’t remember all the details now, I was having a rough pregnancy and trying to get this done. But I remember I paid $50 up front. Some time later, I received a bill for $250!!! It so happened that the insurance didn’t cover but like about $14 for it. So I obviously pitched a fit, they said I had signed the paper, which is true. I did because I never thought they would mislead me in such a way. After my fit, they discounted the beautiful amount of $50. Yeah, it didn’t help much. Especially when I could have gotten this same pump at Target for the same price and with a backpack to carry it. Please don’t support a business that acts like this.

10/30/2018I have MS and needed a light weight rollator that I can put in my car. Marty Skeen was so helpful! She not only found the perfect rollator for me, she also assembled it for me on the spot. It has thicker wheels that roll better on my carpet. She answered any questions that I could think of, and even put it in my car for me.I will definitely go back to Lamberts to see her if I ever need anything else.

Slow af. I mean like DMV slow. Also gave my wife a scooter with no brakes. When I brought it to their attention they told me all the equipment goes through a safety check. Except, I guess, the one they gave us.

Very accommodating staff, went to look for both compression socks and a new cane for my hubby. After looking through product in the store, Kemlynn helped me find what was needed and placed the order.

I ordered a lab coat with embroidery was promised it would been done by Wednesday. Here it is Saturday and no one knows where it is. Talked to the manager yesterday and was told it was coming by courier last night for it to be fully missing today.

Unbelievably incompetent and unfriendly service for a prescription item on Saturday at the Turkey Creek location. The front desk young lady treated us as someone invading her personal property. Could not not answer simple questions about the product, had no knowledge about billing insurance, did not care to check out insurance coverage. Refused mailing the Rx back to us because... she did not do it before. Shameful and disgusting.
