When Dr Thomas retired I received a letter from them stating I no longer had a neurologist and there wasnt another doctor there to treat me. No help from them at all! ZERO!! And then I requested for 2 months for them to send my records to another neurologist, that I found MYSELF, but they would not! I had to go get my records myself to take to the new neurologist!! And Knoxville Neurology Assoc still acted like it was such a burden on them to do this, like somehow it was MY fault!! Always been unhelpful and mean even when I was first diagnosed! Had to give 1 star to comment but they get a 0 from me!!

Never in my life have I had a more rude and inconsiderate phone call with a doctors office. The front desk personnel was horrid.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Greeted me warmly at the front office, received a thorough and impressive exam by Dr Braden with a well thought out plan of care, and checked out/scheduled by another exceptional individual upon conclusion of the visit.

I have desperately sought neurological care since May of 2019. This establishment will get around to my 3rd appointment in May of 2021. One of the potential side effects of my condition is death, but they see 1 appointment per year sufficient because hey would rather accept more patients an care for existing ones. There is one test that would likely explain my entire problem and make a course of treatment obvious, but my doctor refuses to n the test or even tell me why not.

They have never called me to verify my appointment for the next day. Dr. Torres appears to be interested in what I am telling him, but then the visit is over and he says to follow up in six months. No plans, no meds, no testing. Just goodbye.

Saw Dr. Thomas Darrell. Upon entering the room he was more concerned with setting up his iPod rather than introducing himself. He never once introduced himself. Nor did did he tell me anything about the procedure he was getting ready to preform. He had absolutely zero bedside manner. He was extremely rude if i didn’t answer his questions as he saw fit. He was almost down right mean. I finally told him I was thankful that I wasn’t his wife. This was also all in the presence of a medical student. I have never been more off put by a medical professional and I use the term professional loosely. Even the other technicians in the office apologized for his behavior. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone at all.

My Dr. had no bedside manner. Was completely dry and not helpful or willing to explain any of my issues. Wanted to continue to do expensive in hospital testing I’ve done before. Then pretty much said he couldn’t help me find someone else who could. Just the most awful experience I’ve ever had with a Dr. in my life.

I have went to Dr Wheatley for years and he is the most thorough and courteous doctor I have been to. I went to two other doctors before him and they were horrible. I will recommend him to anyone.

If you try to call them, the phone will ring multiple times before the receptionist picks up the phone and hangs it up.

The doctor saw my husband twice and gave up on him. He didnt have any of the things the doctor thought it could be, so he gave up and sent us on our way even after explaining how desperate we were to get a diagnosis.

Dr Thomas was a pure a**hole. I paid good money to for this visit and expected a little courtesy. DO NOT GO TO TIMOTHY HARRIS! unless you like being belittled.

Went to see the Dr for 1st visit. Very pleasant from front office to check out. Always a little nervous at a new Drs office. He spent quite a bit of time with me. I have CMT CHARCOT-MARIE-TOOTH so its helpful to get a provider thats very through.

Staff was a little friendly. Dr judged me as I walked in office. He really didnt care. He needs to learn to know people before he judges them and puts false comments on their records. Very unhappy and hurt.

Ive had vision loss, numbness of hands arms legs feet and face.also chronic fatigue.stinging sensation, muscle tightness to were I couldnt walk, headaches, all over severe pain, hot and cold intolerance, dizziness, trouble swallowing and many more symptoms.I has such high hopes that I could get answers because not only have I suffered but my family has too watching me suffer.I had a couple of appts.and three test and really could tell that there was no interest in finding out what is going on.it breaks my heart that Drs give up on people if they have to actually do more to get to the bottom if things.my husband and I are not giving up my life does mean something to us!!!!
