Sky worked on me today and did an amazing job! She communicates very well as to what shes going to do and how much pressure you like. I really like that she did some range of motion stretches during the massage. She even recommended some strengthening exercises I can do at home. Sky also has a great personality and made me feel very welcome. I will be recommending her!
