Longevity makes you feel like family each time you go. The amenities make the experience more relaxing and the facility is always clean. I am blessed to get to work with Kay Kay. She makes scheduling appointments easy and she has great communication. She is amazing at her job, always focuses on my problem areas, you can tell she cares about her job and helping you relax and feel comfortable.

This place is absolutely amazing! The best way to describe it is like staying at a fancy hotel for an hour. The place is beautiful. You get a nice robe a slippers. The massage is, of course, the best thing ever. Then to top it off, you get to use a bathroom that includes a free sauna and shower with 0 time limit! They provide you with cleaning products. I dont know whats in the womans bathroom, but the mens even gave you shaving cream and a disposable razor!

I’ve been here several times over the past few years, and the Northshore staff always goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience. They are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. My last massage was especially fantastic, and one of the best Ive had in a long time (Thanks Alyssa!). This was both my first prenatal massage and first little venture out for any kind of specialness or pampering this year. Everyone made me feel very safe and cared-for. You could definitely tell that they took the heath department regulations very seriously, but also ensured that your experience did not suffer in any way. I would certainly be comfortable coming back. Also, love that they occasionally have last-minute deals!

I had never received a professional massage before and wanted to give it a try since I have been experiencing stiffness in my back, neck, and shoulders for quite some time and have some knots in my upper back. Connor was my massage therapist today, and I was very happy with the service I received. I feel much better than I have in years. My only regret is that I did not book a longer time, as the hour seemed to go by fast. I would also like to give the steam shower a try at a future visit. This place is absolutely amazing. My mom and I went for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. We were offered complimentary drinks right away and given a tour. The lady working the front was so kind and genuine. We sat in the lounge and enjoyed chatting while waiting (and enjoyed the chocolate). The robes are so comfortable. Our therapists were so attentive. We enjoyed the showers afterward with so many complimentary toiletries. We were there about 2 hours and would have stayed longer it was so relaxing. The hot towels during the massage were a nice surprise. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Never had such a wonderful experience at a spa.

I had the opportunity to schedule an appointment for a massage at Longevity Spa yesterday and had a fantastic experience!!! I have a bulging disc in my lower back that is causing severe back/right hip pain. My masseuse was able to alleviate that pain and, provide a really relaxing experience! I know that I was really relaxed because I woke myself up several times from snoring. The spa is really nice with shower facilities and, complimentary wine/mimosas, etc. I loved this place and scheduled another appointment in two weeks!

I have been getting massages at Longevity since I moved to Knoxville almost two years ago and I absolutely love the massages (especially Kay Kay and Kelly Marie) and the whole spa experience. The reason I cannot give five stars is because for over a year, I have requested that lotion be provided in the shower/steam rooms to no avail. I appreciate the complimentary products like mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner and deodorant because I like to use the steam room/shower and Im usually not immediately going home right after my massage. However, as a person of color, lotion is an essential part of my post-shower routine. I guess I could bring my own, but lotion falls in line with the other complimentary toiletries so Im not sure why it isnt provided (especially after so many requests). Im not going to stop going. The service is great. However, I would be nice to feel like the owners are listening and acting on feedback from customers, especially regular ones.

This place was fantastic! Upon walking in, the studio was gorgeous! We were offered wine, champagne, and even bourbon! The lounge rooms were lovely and cozy. They had soft robes for you to change into. We did a couples massage and both of our therapists, Connor and Patricia, were absolutely fantastic! I had Connor and my boyfriend had Patricia. Connor was very professional and very attentive to my needs. He did wonderful and my back feels so much better now! Patricia did an amazing job as well getting tough knots out of my boyfriend’s back. After the massage, they had us a steam room and shower set up. They had all kinds of bathroom amenities from shampoo, conditioner, shave cream and razors, deodorant, combs, and even tampons! We both enjoyed it very much and plan on becoming regulars! I would give 100 stars if I could! I will definitely be booking all my massages with them for now on!

This place is fantastic!! The massage felt amazing, and my therapist, Kayla, was very welcoming and professional. The studio is GORGEOUS. They have luxurious robes, steam showers, lounge rooms, a complimentary wine service (!!!) and chocolate! (Yes, chocolate). I could have stayed there all day. You can get several add-ons to your massage with no additional cost. And for all this, its really not that expensive. I cannot recommend it enough.

I’ve been to quite a few massage places in Knoxville but after my first visit to Longevity I’ll never go anywhere else! I LOVE this place. I’ve seen Jazmon at Bearden and Kay Kay at Northshore for prenatal and regular massages. So friendly and accommodating. Something that stands out to me is the very relaxing and classy environment without snooty staff members. Love that about BOTH locations.

Normally this is an out of this world experience, and normally without complaint. I have loved every experience Ive had at Longevity, minus the last and most recent. I was in need of a neck and shoulder massage, which was fine minus the massage therapist answering 2 or 3 text messages during my massage. I know for a fact this occurred because I heard the distinct vibrate sound in his pocket, and my massage went from two hands to one, each time. I will book again however this will be someone other than this particular massage therapist.

You enter a lounge with lockers, a couch, really good snacks (chocolate, cookies, crackers, nuts), and fruit infused water. You change into a robe and pick out an essential oil to be diffused during your massage. The massage table is more like a bed because it is so comfortable and it is heated! The whole massage was amazing.After the massage the prepare the steam and shower room for you. When you enter there is everything you could need and there is no time limit. They have shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, deodorant, lotions, etc.Amazing experience.

My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage, and despite arriving before they officially open, were welcomed in, given a drink of our choice (mimosa and bourbon), and allowed to wait for our appointment in the respective mens and womens changing areas. They have lockers for you to store your things, and very comfy robes.Our massage therapists were fantastic - they had the right level of communication to ensure we liked the massage while also allowing us to relax. My boyfriend in particular gets tension headaches, and his therapist did an amazing job relieving the tension - he has not had headaches since. Im not as into massages as most people and have had negative experiences elsewhere in the past, but felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time at Longevity.After the massage, you have the option to use the steam showers as well. They have shampoo, deodorant, combs, and other personal hygiene products for anyone to use.The rates were very reasonable (typically $75 for 60 min massage), and they offer an introductory rate (down to $59 per person) if its your first time - just call when booking your appointment to verify that it applies. They also allow you to add tip to a credit card (ie. no stress at the end if you dont have cash on hand).Thank you for a relaxing visit - we hope to be back!

Ive had some of the best massages ever here! They let you choose an essential oil and breathe it in while youre getting your massage and then after they have a steam shower that is heavenly! Conner was my masseuse and he did a great job. I will def be back!

My wife and I went here to share a relaxing time together. The ambiance was terrific. We were both a little taken back that immediately we were separated to change and lounge and the rejoined only for the massage and then separated immediately afterwards to shower and change. Would prefer the entire time be spent TOGETHER since that’s what the day was about.

The therapists at Longevity provide an experience that not only is therapeutic but also builds a relationship. Being with Longevity for over two years and as a former personal trainer I am particular about massage therapy. After experiencing a massage with at least six different therapist which is encouraged by finding someone who works well with you, communication between myself and the staff has always been very good. In all honesty the drinks, treats and steam shower are perks, great perks at that. Overall, the quality of the massage itself is top notch.

Reading the other reviews on Longevity I was excited to try them out and get my wife a massage for our anniversary. I scheduled and payed for an appointment for my wife to have a massage at this location. When she showed up for her surprise they told her that they had no appointment on file. This after I had already paid and scheduled an exact time for the appointment. I called to figure out what was going on and was told that there was nothing they could do but the General Manager would call me to make things right and that I would be receiving a refund. Almost 2 weeks later I still have neither been called nor refunded my money.

All staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The massages were amazing and the store offered so many amenities and was very clean.

This place is absolutely fabulous! I was given a gift card for a 90 minute massage almost a year ago and I have returned three times since then. Ive bought multiple gift cards for my girlfriend. I like Longevity for two main reasons - the staff and the atmosphere. I had never received a professional massage before I was given a gift card, and I was a little unsure what to expect. From the second you arrive, Travis and his staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. The changing rooms provide a super relaxing atmosphere to unwind before the massage. Once I got the massage I was hooked - the staff asks you which areas you would like them to concentrate on and they make sure you are comfortable before working their magic. The custom steam showers located near the changing room are a great way to end the experience before walking out. I cant recommend this place highly enough - Knoxville is lucky to have Longevity. I had a wonderful experience with Longevity Massage Specialists. I am 39 weeks pregnant and desperately needed relief from the aches and pains. I only wish I had gone sooner. I received the best massage (pregnant or not) from Dawn. She focused on my back at my request and thanks to their special pregnancy pillow, I was able to lay on my belly which relieved so much pressure from my hips and back. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing.
