Always a great experience here - I think this was my third time. This time, I arrived early enough (~25 min) to take advantage of the full luxury they offer, switching into a fluffy bathrobe and slippers and sipping a glass of complimentary bourbon in the mens lounge before the 60 minute massage. I want to give a personal thank you to Iliyana, my masseuse, who was excellent! She applied exactly the touch I was looking for and gave the right amount of attention to sore areas while still providing a great experience for 60 minutes.

This is the only place I will go for a massage in Knoxville. Anytime they have been booked & I’ve gone somewhere else, nothing compares. You cannot beat the experience of Longevity. They are consistent & professional all across the board as I’ve seen many different massage therapists. So thankful we have this place for relaxation & self care!

It was my first time to longevity and I was so impressed. The locker room/ waiting area was so luxurious, thoughtful, and clean. Sipping a mimosa while waiting for a massage is something I could get used to! Some massage spas make you pay extra for essential oils which I think is silly and longevity did not and they had a wonderful variety.Abi did my massage and it was amazing. I had slept on my neck wrong so I wanted deep tissue massage in that area to work it out and she read my mind. It was effective, thorough, and relaxing.I would highly recommend!!! Worth every penny.

I came excited for a relaxing experience and left frustrated. This visit started off with a mix-up about the appointment time (admittedly a misunderstanding on my part, but wasnt handled graciously by the front desk). During my massage, I was underwhelmed by Connors technique, and he did not check in on how it was going or how it went after the fact. After 5 years of positive experiences at Longevity, this was my first poor one.

I just finished and could not wait to write a review. I booked kind of last minute a couples massage for my mom and me. We were in Knoxville for her birthday weekend. The BEST experience. Not only was the massage incredible but the care and pre/post massage opportunities were fantastic. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular.

I am so impressed with this place! I’ve had several massages in other states, and this was the best massage and experience I’ve had. Complimentary mimosa, nice locker room and seating area with steam showers, and Genevieve was fantastic! It’s like she knew immediately what areas were bothering me, and tackled them with the perfect amount of pressure. I can’t wait to go back and see her again!

Longevity is a great facility in a super convenient location. Nicer than some of the other massage spas in the area like massage envy and not pushy. I had my first massage ever last night with Kersten and it was incredible! The whole place is beautiful and extremely clean. I was greeted with a choice of either an alcoholic beverage or non, and then shown where to change into the comfiest robe. Lockers were provided with special coded locks. I didnt have to wait at all after dressing and Kersten met me and guided me to the room. I got to pick out a relaxing scent and she asked me what areas I wanted to focus on. The whole experience was so relaxing and I felt so rejuvenated after. I have a lot of anxiety about being touched and Kersten made me feel comfortable and calm. I also got to take a shower afterwards in a really nice bathroom with all sorts of amenities. I hope to be back very soon!

Ashley was the best!! This was my first massage and Ill be coming back for sure. Right after my appointment I set up one for my mom!! Great experience and the office itself is gorgeous with great staff and ambiance. Ashley was very attentive and catered to specific problem areas I didn’t even realize I had until she pointed them out. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with Longevity Spa!!! Our favorite location is Bearden Hill. I have recently visited a massage place in Powell and after visiting Longevity I will always go back to Longevity. The place in Powell was a sales pitch the entire time, the waiting area was very small and not very inviting with men and women in the same room. Longevity has the best facilities, soothing atmosphere, aromatherapy was included in the services, clean facilities, and extremely professional massage specialist. Longevity is the best spa in Knoxville in my opinion!!!

Peaceful and relaxing... Words you dont hear much since the pandemic started.while they dont serve drinks or provide steam room/shower at the moment, its still amazing! Look for Iliana or Jamie for a great experience!

Recently discovered this place by accident. I used to go get cheap massages fairly frequently. This is less than $20 more per session than what I was paying and is SO worth it! I scheduled an appointment at one location, then showed up at the wrong location by mistake. The Bearden staff worked me in immediately and I had an awesome massage. I have been to Bearden 3 times and have had a different therapist each time. Each massage was slightly different, but just as awesome as the one before. Highly recommend!!

This place is legit!!! I’ve had a few massages in my life, but this place made the others seem like those hydra massage machines in the mall. I swear. I didn’t deserve to walk through the door. I got a robe, ya’ll! A nice one! There wasn’t just water in the waiting room... not just lemon water in the waiting room... oh,no... chocolate covered nut bark stuff and some sort of lemon cookies. I didn’t even have a chance to try the third thing before being whisked away to my warm massage table. Needless to say, everything in there went quiet swell. My only suggestion is to offer and let me pay for an extra hour of room rental so I can just conk out for a nice nap before I have to move again. Then I got to put on that snazzy robe again and meander down the hall to not one but two showers; regular and steam. Dude, I’ve never even seen a steam shower before! I didn’t know what to do with it. I ended up doing both ... at the same time!!! My mind was blown. I’ll admit. I might have just walked around naked for a few minutes in the bathroom because I could... and because compared to my bathroom/shower at home, this was like the Taj Mahal! Finally, I went back to the changing room where there are individual lockers for your stuff. However, I was highly offended by the clothes I was supposed to put back on. Don’t get me wrong, they were mine and I had just worn them in an hour or so earlier but they did not meet up to my current standards at the moment. Since I’m fairly sure that walking out in the robe would have been taking their hospitality just a touch too far, I reluctantly dressed in the peasant rags that lay before me. I considered for a moment if I could fit in the locker and just live there forever, but alas, the real world is calling. Next time, I’m just going to block off half the day to just hang out. There will never be another massage place for me that isn’t Longevity.

Truly the best massage I’ve ever gotten. The prices are competitive and the massage therapists are top notch! I will never go to another place for a massage again! If you’re looking for someone to listen to what you need and understand, you have to try Longevity! I have been twice and seen two different massage therapists and both were more than I could imagined. Even in the middle of a pandemic, they both still made it known my time was important and they took such good care of me. Ask for Wendy, she is AMAZING!

I have been visiting Longevity Massage at Bearden for several years and I have had a fantastic experience every visit. For my most recent visit, I had the opportunity to experience my first 2 hour long massage and words can not express how wonderful it was. Jazmon has been my Specialist for a while and her hands are like magic! I had been experiencing a lot of discomfort in my shoulder, to the point where lifting my handbag was painful. After my massage, the discomfort has lessened considerably! I can move again! Jazmon works miracles! She is a fantastic person and her amazing spirit shines in her conversation!! Jazmon makes each session fantastic. She has always been able to soothe my nervousness and put me at ease. I treasure my visits to this establishment because I know I will come away from the experience feeling rested, relaxed, and more comfortable in my body. Thank you to Longevity and to Jazmon! I can not wait for my next session!!!

I have had the best massages of my entire life at Longevity. I have been several times and have had different therapists at the different locations, but Abi has literally given me the best massage the last three or four times I’ve gone, and I only want Abi now! A very relaxing experience

This was my first time for a massage, but I cannot imagine a better first experience than what I received from the very gifted and adept hands of Ashley. From the time I walked in the door, where I was warmly greeted and checked in, I felt this was going to be an experience to remember. And it was. The spa is perfectly appointed and the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. Everything was, in a word, perfect. I can hardly wait for my next visit.

This place is amazing - I’ve gone twice and had two difference massage therapists and both knocked my socks off. My husband and I had a relaxing couples massage today and the steam shower is just the way to finish the night off. The staff running the cash stand are always super helpful and polite. Can’t wait for my next massage!

The experience was wonderful at the Bearden location! The welcoming staff. The tour. The simplicity of check-in/out. The refreshments in the waiting room and complimentary adult beverage. Everything from the robes, heated massage beds, cleanliness, lighting, showers, use of essential oils and the magnificent massage have me singing their praises :)

This place is so professional and relaxing. After going here I’ll never go to any other massage place. The atmosphere is so relaxing and very clean facility. The steam showers are amazing and the lounge rooms are also. Staff is always very friendly. Definitely worth splurging a little for the experience.

It was my first time here. They have very comfortable robes and a nice front desk staff. I got a mimosa and they had cookies chocolate and water that were all very nice. I did aromatherapy and hot rocks which were amazing but I felt like during certain parts of the massage my provider used too much pressure.. more than I asked for anyway. The front desk also told me shed massage me head if I wanted but never did (which I wouldve loved). I would definitely come back but maybe not for the same person this time.

The overall experience was next level! Being able to change into a robe and then have snacks before the massage. Then be asked if you would like a drink and then choose your essential oil was just so welcoming as well as relaxing! Knoxville does not have a next level massage therapy like this! Pricing is very competitive.

This is absolutely my most favorite place to get a massage. I see Jenny and she works out all the knots I get from my career as a hairstylist. I love that they do aromatherapy, deep tissue, or whatever I need that day all for the same price. And the steam showers are heavenly!

This was by far the best experience Ive had in a while. Longevity is a beautiful modern establishment with peaceful vibes. I was greeted by friendly staff and taken to a low-lit sitting room with refreshments and a changing room with thick, comfy robes and a locker to put my belongings. I was offered a mimosa and by the time I was done with it, my therapist came in to greet me. She offered me a variety of essential oils to incorporate into my massage...I highly recommend the peppermint blend! I prepared for the massage and then went into relaxation mode and she worked out months of stress knots and tension. Lindsay is highly talented and seems to have chiropractic knowledge because I have not ever had a massage that effective. Afterwards, I was taken to a steam shower in a spacious bathroom to wash the oils off and wake back up. This is definitely my new go-to Knoxville spa.

I’ve been to quite a few massage places in Knoxville but after my first visit to Longevity I’ll never go anywhere else! I LOVE this place. I’ve seen Jazmon at Bearden and Kay Kay at Northshore for prenatal and regular massages. So friendly and accommodating. Something that stands out to me is the very relaxing and classy environment without snooty staff members. Love that about BOTH locations.

Just walking into the building was a relaxing experience. Travis has done very well for himself in developing a great spa. An amazing place to go and getting a very relaxing massage. I absolutely loved my massage at Longevity Meredith was amazing! Shes extremely customer service oriented, professional and experienced. For it being my first time here, I was very satisfied I love the aura and atmosphere being calm and quiet. The sandals robe and steam shower were huge bonuses it makes you never want to leave! The staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Longevity for a very relaxing stress forgetting luxurious massage. I will return for Meredith!

Its a little pricey but worth it since they treat you like a king (or queen). You have access to steam room, shower, wine and snacks before or after your massage. Iliyana is incredible!

First time went there, and I love it.

I had never had a massage before and my experience at Longevity was amazing. It is a very chill environment as soon as you walk in. I had Jenny and she was fabulous. She did an amazing job and I will be back! I felt so much relief in my neck and upper back where I have a lot of tension.

Every second from when you enter the door is relaxing and perfect. There is a lounge with refreshments, cozy chairs, and robes. The massage specialists are excellent. The massage tables are heated and really comfortable. There are steam and shower rooms with everything you may need. Everything detail is thought out.

I had a fantastic experience here. The atmosphere and amenities go far beyond your typical massage center. They also offer access to a steam shower following your massage at no charge - which is a fantastic way to end the experience. My massage therapist (Jesse) was able to work through some serious knots and tension, and was very adaptable to my pressure needs. I will definitely be back.

I must say I was not happy initially due to a scheduling mistake. The owner immediately stepped in and made up for the mistake and fixed it. I took my mother to enjoy the experience and it was perfect!! They far exceeded my expectations, as I thought initially it was going to be a hot mess. The staff were so kind, the Salon itself is beautiful and relaxing. Michelle was AWESOME, she made me feel for an hour like I was the Queen and all my worries went away, I left completely relaxed. To top it off, we had a steam shower at the end that was amazing. I highly recommend Longevity.

My fiancée and I had a couples massage with Lindsey and Ashley and we had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Plus robes, mimosas, wonderful massages at wonderful rates, then a trip to the steam bath! The bathroom also had shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hair dryer, etc so you could leave looking and feeling fresher than when you came in. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Very relaxing atmosphere

Emily was great! The whole experience is just relaxing, calm and allows you to collect yourself. The amenities at this location are great, so many offerings for those who like to go all out on their massage. After my massage I used the steam shower and will continue to use it after any massage I get here!

Also, the pricing is a little more affordable than other places, which is always a plus! I will be back and I have already recommended to two of my friends (and I just went yesterday).

It was my first time ever getting a professional massage. I have severe back issues from being in the Marines. Jenny explained some issues gave me recommendations and was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Jenny to anyone. We talked the entire time like two friends. Jenny now has a client for life.

Earlier this year, I posted that I would not recommend Longevity due to miscommunications. The owner reached out to me. He was very nice and apologetic about what had happened and offered to make it right. After many months of me not being able to make it back in (life happens), and the owner staying in touch with me, I finally made it there today. It was perfect timing actually after a difficult work week. I have to say, I think its the best massage Ive ever had! And Ive had many over the years.

Just visited the Bearden Hill facility yesterday evening. Had a very good experience overall- nice and clean, though it was a bit too warm inside.Emily was my therapist and she did an amazing job. And you get a complementary wine before the massage, which can help you to stay more relaxed throughout the time.

Clients are not informed of policies or coupon rules during initial communication. Managements inflexibility negatively impacted our receiving medical attention. Everyone understands the need to enact policy to mitigate “on the whim cancellations” however, procedures that should be in place to address warranted client emergencies are missing. Two reviews were left because two people were involved.The receptionist working on Friday March 29th neglected to inform us of your cancellation policy over the phone. Additionally she did not obtain our email addresses. Since we booked over the phone, we never visited your site and were never aware of your 24hr cancellation notice policy. For the shortcoming(s) of your staff alone you should have waived the fee not to mention such a viable reason (medical attention). You had the opportunity to provide stellar customer service and win over a client....instead you chose to strong arm a client and lose out on future business. Sad.

What a gorgeous space! Its at least three times larger than their Northshore location with tons of amenities. The mens lounge is nicely decorated and comfortable, the massage rooms are beautiful, and the steam showers are a great way to end a massage.Its also really easy to reach on bearden Hill, just a couple of minutes off if I40.Highly recommended.

My sister, mother, and I have visited both Longevity locations in the Knox area several times, and we have always had a wonderful experience. It is rare that we can all 3 find time to go together, so when we called just one day in advance for 3 appointments, we were surprised that there were appointments available. (We we’re supposed to be vacationing but due to the hurricane, we cancelled those plans and we’re looking for replacement activities, hence the late notice.) So, we arrive for our appointments and the receptionist seemed confused. She asked for our information and eventually told us our appointments were for the next day. She did not apologize or show any empathy. She condescendingly asked if we received the appt confirmation text with the date (which we did receive, but did not check the date, as we made the appt over the phone for “tomorrow” - no dates were mentioned). This was clearly her mistake, and while it was a simple one, her lack of care afterwards was pitiful. We were clearly upset and she offered no reconciliation. When I asked about openings at the other location, she did not attempt to check on this option; she instead responded with “it’s really hard to get in as a walk-in at both locations” .. which is exactly why we made appointments. 🙄 all this to say that we will not be back to this location, if any Longevity location at all. Customer service is important, and the lack of care this receptionist showed really speaks for itself. Everything else about Longevity is 5 stars, but this was very disappointing and rude.
