Incredibly friendly staff even with multiple applicants in the queue. I had to request some follow up assistance over the phone a few days later and it was provided with a smile. Great people!

Had an appointment at 9:40 via their website. They had open appointments and then the front desk employee complained the entire time about how they randomly got slammed (although it’s not random). Supposedly several employees are out of town. A woman who was late to her appointment got seen before the majority of us who have been waiting 20+ minutes. Do not come to this location. They don’t care about appointments. Very pointless to have us even schedule for them.

I just left this business very satisfied. They were very quick, knew exactly what I needed, they were very skilled with fingerprinting, and I left after 5 minutes. So appreciative!

Apparently there are rules about taking federal appointments first. So even if you set an appointment they will take someone with a later appointment than you because of this rule.This is obviously a larger issue than what this local place can control. But just wanted to share, this is not something you can get done on your lunch break if you are a full time working person.Staff was apologetic about the wait time.

The lady who did my fingerprints was not wearing gloves and handled my hands/printing with her BARE hands. I saw no hand washing or wiping down the commonly touched surfaces of the fingerprinting machine or computer (both are required for the customer to touch). This behavior is completely unacceptable considering we are fighting the COVID19 pandemic. The building has several postings about taking extra precautions but literally none of those precautions were taken with me. I was too uncomfortable to say anything while I was in the building, but I did call and complain so the behavior is hopefully changed for the next person. I hate being petty and putting this google review on here but I feel like people should know and make sure they are comfortable going here/potentially putting themselves at risk.

HIPPA VIOLATIONS EVERYWHERE! Your personal information is not safe here! If you want to watch the “manager” pour urine in the middle of the hallway then this is your place to go. You are also constantly watched via private cameras that the footage is kept off site and owner has 24/7 access via his phone and tv. If you are wanting to have an insurance exam done plan on the main examiner/manager not wearing gloves while drawing your blood and pouring urine on your kitchen table instead of properly using the bathroom. She will also forget to have your signature on a papers so your policy will be delayed due to her incompetence. If you plan on working here make sure you are comfortable with pimping out your elderly female family to get ahead at this job. Also don’t bring your Special Needs family here you may terrify the owner who has publicly said in front of customers he is scared of them. Unfortunately this is the only place in Knoxville to get fingerprinting done. If you are company needing drug screens and breath alcohol testing go through anyone else that you can. There are multiple labs around town that will do the test the correct way. The owner and his manager like to just send out untrained non certified collectors out just so he can get paid.

Staff was nice and processed me without problem, but visit was a disaster because THERE IS NO STREET ADDRESS DISPLAYED AT THIS BUSINESS. What serious business operates without a displayed street address? I wasted all kinds of time figuring out where I needed to be. They clearly don’t care about customer time.

Had an appointment for 12:30pm for a fingerprint but had to wait 30 mins because they were out to lunch until 1. Very unprofessional.

As with all our tests, your friend would have initialed and dated the sample and watched the collector place the tamper-proof seal over the specimen before leaving our facility. If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. I was there with a friend of mine today, who has been hired provisionally for a position she was looking forward to beginning. To be kind to her, I even covered her cab fare over there and bought her breakfast, as I wanted to support her in her new endeavors.While we there, the woman who runs the place came out of her office and waved her hands at us while speaking to the receptionist, and said, Well, they are being loud. My friend afterwards said she had heard the receptionist tell this woman that we were waiting for a cab. I told the woman she was being rude-that you dont talk about people like they arent even sitting there. She got defensive and said we were being disruptive. All she had to do was politely ask us to be more quiet if we were bothering her-it is not like it was intentional. She also could have just closed her office door.I told her that I have professional licenses in three states and over 20 years of customer service experience-and that she is ignorant and that is no way to talk to people. She proceeded to tell us we could stand outside. My friend said that is no problem and we both walked out.While we were standing outside of the place waiting on the cab, my friend had the presence of mind to call her employer-she was afraid given the womans behavior that she might try to alter her test results out of spite. It is a closed environment-only monitored by the staff there, and there are two people in the office. So, not knowing this woman except for our interaction with her, which was not at all pleasant, I understand my friends concern.A woman approached from the parking lot, looking lost, so I asked her if she was looking for the drug testing place. I directed her to it, and she must have said something to the manager woman that we were still out there. The next thing you know, she pops her head out of the door and tells to leave or she is calling the police. This was after she was the one who told us we could go stand outside-really?We didnt even get a chance to leave-she had already called the police. Two squad cars rolled up and we had to go through questioning, running or our licenses, the whole nine yards. We were no threat to this woman-she just wanted to exact revenge because I called her out on her behavior. It is obvious that she looks down on the people who come for testing at her business, and thinks she can treat them any kind of way. If there is one thing I cant stand-its a bully.

I went for TSA pre check with an appointment. I sat waiting for a long time and they kept putting walk ins ahead of me. Disorganized, but got the job done.
