We have had our Invisible Fence for a few years and love it! I cant wait recall any malfunctions with the system. The installers were super and Ive always had good service from the office staff when I call with questions or request new batteries. Im thankful that if I need to speak with someone that I can always call and get a person and dont have to go online.

We have had an invisible fence for greater than 10 years. It has functioned very well for us over the years until recently when an electrical storm damaged the control board. Invisible fence of TN Valley responded promptly and made the repair. The board was still under warranty and was replaced. We have been very pleased with the service they have provided over the years.

Absolutely love my invisible fence! It has held my 130 pound dog in it for 2 years. Very easy to train a dog to stay in. Plus, with the real invisible fence, the fence can be turned up so a dog will not run through it. Its much more reasonable than people suspect. Plus, you can join to get the batteries delivered to your door. No high pressure sales. I was sold as soon as they explained it to me and then they follow up with you to make sure the doggie training is going well. It didnt take any time for my dog to learn. Highly recommend them!

This fence has given me an inordinate amount of peace. My German Short Haired pointer is free to roam the property without me ever worrying about her safety.I highly recommend this system to anyone with pets.

Invisible Fence saved me the worry of letting my sweet Milo stay outside while nobody was watching him play. His doggy friends can still come and play with him and that is really special. My only advise is consistency while training. Love Invisible Fence.

The fence really works. Their training was excellent. Our lab has never gotten out of the boundary. I have expanded the area once and may expand it again later. I have had no problem with the fence or battery replacement.

Love this fencing system! Have had it approximately 6 years with no problem. Bought 2 dog collars with rechargeable batteries and one is still working after all this time. Fortunately, I only need one to remind the one dog who pushes the envelope . The other one doesnt want to chance it so he doesnt wear a collar anymore. Great solution for me. Took about a month or so to train them by walking the parimeter. Had to drag them at first but they soon got with the program. Just have to keep at it. Would definitely put in another system if I moved. No question!

They gave us a fair price for their services, came as scheduled to install and train, handled one issue with the dogs jumping over the barrier immediately and solved it. It was set too low because the dogs were puppies when we first set it up and they grew up a little bit. Our barrier covers 3 acres and we have had no other issues with the dogs leaving containment. They send us batteries regularly to ensure the collars dont have an issue. It is apparent to us the dogs are happy with their freedom to run the yard. We have traffic nearby that could harm the dogs so the Invisible Fence was the best option for us. Dogs dig in the yard but not on the perimeter like they would if there was a conventional fence. Invisible Fence installed fencing around one acre of my yard, trained by dogs, and described in detail all information about the fencing, collars, training, and any other information a pet owner wants to know. All personal I worked with were extremely friendly and knowledgable. I am very please with the job Invisible Fence provided. In fact, I also purchased an indoor barrier which is wonderful. These are the most amazing people Ive ever worked with. We have a 3 legged cat-yes, a CAT- that these folks were able to train (with a little help from me ) this guy from jumping our 6 foot+ fence (remember, hes got 3 legs). Chaz was terrific and so kind to Amos (believe me, Im going to post a pick of him), as well as everyone involved with getting us set up (meaning everyone on staff). Amos waits at the door in the AM tomorrow have his necklace put on, and knows hes in for the night when we take it off (its his favorite neck scratching time). He could also open doors, and actually did one night...the other 2 got out and while one kept going (he came back after a few days), Amos stayed on the driveway, even without his collar on. Thanks guys for giving my adopted kid the outside space he deserves (he was always an outdoor cat, which is what was responsible for him ultimately losing his front leg)!

I love my invisible fence and this is a great company to work with. We have had several repairs( someone digging on our property with out permission) and our fence area changed once and we always get fast service form this company and we are about 2 hours away.

The gentlemen who came to our home (Dandridge) had a drive, but were so pleasant and profession during their visit. Our electric fence was severed and between calling and the appt time, the water had come up, covering the wires. The gentlemen were able to accommodate us and were fair with the pricing. We really appreciate the human aspect of your business. Im sorry I dont know their names, as my husband was home at the time. They were top notch!
