The nurse Tony is extremely friendly. One of the most personal and friendly nurses that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease.Ive been pretty happy with Danielle Perkins NP, also. The only issue I have had is she called some of my new prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy. Overall great staff including Betsy one of the front window receptionists.

Everyone at this office is extremely personable and caring. I’ve never had issues with scheduling or medication.

I have been going to UT Family Physicians in Halls and I have not ever received such great care in my life! Danielle Perkins, NP is wonderful and really listens and cares. Her Nurse Tony is always so positive and smiling. And Betsy and the ladies at the front desk are always so kind and helpful. I highly recommend if you need a Primary Care Physician you give them a call!

God Dont like ugly and when you close your eyes forever to be judged...you will be judged for this.

I have been going here for almost 2 years, everytime I walk through the door Im treated like family instead of another patient. Betsy at the front desk always has smile on her face and is always willing to help with any questions you have, Tony treats you the same way and is always greeting you with how have you been, and calls you by your first name. Danielle always listens to everything you have to say and goes over everything with you in detail. I love this place!!

Missed my first new patient appointment due to having pneumonia. Called to reschedule and was told I couldnt reschedule since im not a patient (understandable since I didnt make it to my initial new patient appointment) Awkward silence..Since I cant reschedule I asked if I could reapply as a new patient again..was told no. No explanation but thats okay.. for some reason it was extremely difficult for this person to just tell me I was dropped as a patient so I finally said i cant reschedule as a new patient but was never a patient to begin with, I cant come back as a new patient either, so does that mean I just cant get help from you guys? because that was the only logic to take from this conversation...Eventually we reached to understanding that I was dropped because I missed this appointment while having pneumoniaWelcome to American HealthCareNo wonder..

I have seen Lindsey off and on for years now. I never wait long at all and her and her staff talk to you like they know you. Betsy up front is always nice and easy to deal with. Lindsey and her nurses are prompt and I feel like they truelly listen to you concerns. Recently I suffered a terrible wound and was in real trouble. At first it was just a lets look at this kind of thing. But when she saw just an inkling of severity she snapped into action. I am impressed by the entire operation at halls family physicians

The staff is friendly. I havent been to the Doctor in a very long time. And I was referred to them. The nurse was great and Lindsay my NP was great and easy to talk to.

I love the staff here and my doctor is amazing
