My Doctor, Doctor Rick E. Parsons and his support team are fantastic. This is the second surgery that he has performed for me. The first on my right shoulder, and the second, a repair from previous surgery on my left shoulder. The people at Tennessee Orthopedic Clinics are all very good, but through personal experience, I would recommend Dr Parsons to anyone.

I am very particular when it comes to medical care and I really felt I was in good hands with Dr Shaver. He explained my injury clearly, had great bedside manner and provided the care I needed. What more could a patient ask for? He’s terrific! All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The facility was organized, kept an efficient routine process and it was clean.

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Justin Kenon. He listened intently to my concerns, asked me questions and went from there. He came up with a plan that we are working on now. I have full trust in his abilities. His staff are all very professional, and I have not had any long waits to see him. I would recommend him for any orthopedic problems.

Tennessee Ortho, is one of the most friendly and professional health care facilities I have ever dealt with.Dr. CONRAD IVIE is the best knee-replacement surgeon in the field. Not only is his skills second to none, he treats you as a human and not a number. His staff follow his lead and they too are second to none. If you need a knee replacement, look no further if you want the job done right.

Had my third shot and each time has been a good visit! We did have to wait more than I’d like but he was fast, easy and tolerable! He has been caring and helpful with explaining what he is doing and very good at his profession! Overall it was a helpful visit! And I would visit again!

Dr. Tompkins at TOC did a great job explaining the injury to my left foot and recommending a course of action. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the decision and diagnosis. Dr. Tompkins gave me a second opinion on my foot, because I didnt get enough info or feel comfortable with one of the other orthopedic clinics in the area. Im grateful that he took the time to see me as getting a second opinion was difficult.

I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of TOC and the staff. Dr. Booth gave an excellent assessment and plan moving forward for me. He took the time to listen to my condition,was clear in his explanation of the x-rays and had excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend both the doctor and facility.

Personable, knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and took as much time as needed to make certain I was comfortable with what he was explaining as well as what my options might be. Ill do a follow-up review after my surgery and if its successful probably will change to a five-star rating.

Dr Cates is a wonderful and caring Dr. He cares for his patients. I have had several knee surgeries. Some due to infection. But he is still trying to see what my best option can be. He truly seems to care about the outcome. I think he is good 👍🏻 Or I wouldn’t keep going back to him.

Dr. Booth and his team have been great. I had cervical disc replacement surgery and was very nervous- but he answered my billion questions and handled my nervousness with understanding and patience. Love that even know they do this all the time I never felt like just another patient. I’m a few weeks out and already feeling so much better than before! I would highly recommend getting this surgery if you need it and Dr. Booth is a wonderful surgeon. Can’t say thank you enough!

I highly recommend Karen! She is the best hand therapist! 10 years ago I cut a tendon in my hand and over the years my hand contracted to the point it wouldn’t straighten. Dr. Branham did an incredible job during the surgery and referred me to Karen for therapy. Therapy wasn’t easy, it was hard and filled with many tears. I couldn’t have imagined this long road to recovery without Karen. She was there pushing and cheering me along the way. During our sessions she would know when I was discouraged and upset. She was one of my biggest supporters. I couldn’t have gotten my hand straightened without her. She is very knowledgeable and brilliant. She truly cares about her patients. Thank you Karen!

They are very quick to take you to your room. The staff is courteous, friendly. I found the PA to be knowledgeable and willing to listen to me. Dr. Branham was friendly and had a good sense of humor. He was very up to date on the different options available for my situation. He did a great job in giving shots, though they still did hurt. I found him extremely compassionate.

I am a patient of Dr. Pesut’s. She is a phenomenal doctor. Her bedside manner is great. She truly cares. If you have problems with your feet & ankles, she is the one to see!

Though our beginning experience was not good we have had excellent care since. The guys and sometimes ladies have gotten my husband out of the car and put him back in after he has his cast changed. This is above what is expected but I could not have done it without their help. Im so grateful.

I brought my daughter in to the Quick Care clinic with an ankle injury. I was fully expecting to have to be there a long time, but was pleasantly surprised. We were in and out within an hour! Ashley Hethcoat, NP & Dr. Wilson have been great and very personable.

I previously had been going to another orthopedic clinic. I have had hip pain for 5 years. The bursa has been removed from my hips twice. I have had numerous injections including ultra sound quided which would help for a couple of weeks. I have been to numerous physical therapist including water therapy which all made the pain worse. I have had one visit to TOC and saw Dr. Conrad Ivies assistant. She was very reassuring and gave me hope that they will be able to relieve my hip pain. They have scheduled me for an MRI and then after it is reviewed I have an appointment with Dr Ivie himself to decide a plan of action. Everyone I encountered at TOC by phone or in person was very nice.

I went to Dr. Bolt for back pain. He explained his treatment plan which included taking a conservative approach first and I agreed. I appreciate that he didn’t want to push for more treatment than was necessary and am feeling better already. He has earned my confidence.

I had rotater cuff surgery in May. Doctor Naylor was very thorough and has great bedside manner. Ive never had surgery before, but he was very clear and concise when explaining the details of the procedure and recovery. I Highly recommend him!

She has been working with my foot for two years, and it is an uplifting experience just being in the room with her. She is skilled, sympathetic, and offers real solutions to chronic problems that will never go away.

Dr. Tompkins and his staff are excellent and I highly recommend them. He performed surgery on my ankle for a issue I’d been struggling with for many years. Over the past years, I had visited several doctors (orthopedic, podiatrist, internal medicine and general ) to get their opinions on the problem. The common suggestion was to fuse the ankle. I was looking for an alternative that would allow me to possibly have more mobility. Dr Thompkins listened to me and had an optional surgical solution. That surgery has greatly improved my quality of life. His military background and wide-ranging experience makes him an excellent and experienced choice if you are shopping for an orthopedic surgeon.

I have been going to TOC for my orthopedic needs for 15 years. They are always courteous and nice but I go there because of the surgeons and specifically Dr. Dabbs. He did my left hip replacement four years ago and did an excellent job. My most current visit was to X-ray my other hip and left knee, which is arthritic. We decided on a plan for the near term for both and I will decide when it is time for surgery. Dr. Dabbs is easy to talk to and and treats me for my needs not a cookie cutter approach.

First you have to walk so far to even get into the door from where you park and hard to do when your not walking well at all then you have to walk a long distance to your exam room. Definitely not designed well! Seen a student and she was very nice and she implied that Dr would be coming in but never did see him or even know what he looks like. Seem like a waste of time but did get a MRI scheduled and realize it just a process. The receptionist was efficient and nice and did not have to wait long in waiting room! Everyone seem nice. Glad they got my MRI scheduled and reading for next week and delayed a long time.

Was very friendly and fun. The experience was quick and results given right away. Loved my experience.

I was on the fence about getting my knee done. I was in a lot of pain before the surgery but I had horror stories about getting a knee replacement . I went to two other surgeons before I saw Doctor Dabbs and those guys were Jerks!! As soon as Doctor Dabbe came in the room I felt comfortable !! He just focused on the problem rather then ask a million questions why at my young age that I needed a knee replacement !! He understood all my concerns for sure and Now 8 weeks later after the surgery I have done so well I dont dont need to see him anymore or have physical therapy because of the great job he did !! I will be going to see him for the next knee in a couple yrs and I have back problems that I will be going to see him about getting fixed if he doesnt do backs then I will be seeing someone else that does backs in the firm !! The best ever !!!!!

The care received from Dr. Naylor, Josh, and the whole TOC team was excellent. They tracked the progress of my knee and when I was ready they were. My result has been better than I expected.

Arrived prior to my appt time, was called back shortly after. Everyone on staff was professional, every station seemed to be in well order and I was back to work shortly after. Doctor was very knowledgeable and after 2 days my knee is feeling much better using his recommendation.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was greeted with a smile. The lady at check in, Donna I think, was very nice and helpful. My experience with the nurse, Danielle was the same. I was pretty sure I had fractured my ankle and the x-ray tech was gentle while positioning my foot. Ashlee was thorough with her examine and did a great job explaining the break to me on my x-ray. Cheles was great while casting me and very outgoing and talkative which I appreciated. Despite having a broken ankle, my experience was very good.

Dr. Brady is THE go-to doctor if you have a shoulder issue. He explains things, is easy to work with and left me with no complications. I now have a fully working shoulder from my surgery. I will go back to him if I ever have shoulder issues again!

My experience was a bit bumpy to begin with, but improved as it progressed. Really liked Dr. Shaver and his nurse. Very professional and knowledgeable. Look forward to any further treatment I may need from him.

TOC has helped me with my neck, and now elbow. I seen Dr. Timothy yesterday for my elbow and he sat down with me and explained to me what was going on and a plan that will help with it. I have seen 3 different doctors from TOC, and they all seem like they really care, and want to help you get to feeling better.

Dr Cates is very courteous. He made sure that I understood exactly what my injuries were and explained in detail what was needed to fix the problem. He was very thorough with his exam of my knee and X-ray and MRI results. I would recommend anyone I know to DR Cates.

Dr. Renfree took amazing care of me. He was very understanding to the break in my arm and very knowledgeable and he explained the procedure to fix it in a manner that I could understand. My surgery has went very well. I recommend him to anyone!!! His office and his staff also were extremely nice and made me too feel very comfortable being there. The surgery center that he uses had very nice nurses and staff who again helped me and made me feel comfortable. Best experience ever with any Doctor.

While my medical foot condition has not totally been resolved, it has improved dramatically since seeing Dr. Pesut. Her ability to communicate and to find answers has helped tremendously.

These guys are on the ball! That also includes when its time to go home, but I understand that completely. Had an appointment with my sons primary, X-ray was completed in Morristown. Results came back and the primary recommended for us to see these guys. Gave them a call, was transferred to the correct department and had a same day appointment scheduled. Long drive to the practice but, that is not their fault. Due to Knoxville traffic being worse than I expected, I showed up 2 minutes late. With in 5 minutes of check in we were taken back to the room. Within 6 minutes the nurse practitioner whom we were scheduled to see came in, looked at the images, and determined that my son needs a splint first due to swelling then a cast in a week. Splint application and all we were done in 75 minutes. Thats pretty darn good for a busy big city specialist! Had the casting appointment scheduled the next Monday at a really convenient time slot. Ill post another review when prompted for the next visit.

Dr. Yokeum and his team have helped me with my back pain several times. They all took their time to listen. Even during the injections, Dr Yokeum walked me through every thing I would be feeling as it occurred. I feel comfortable in my choice of going to TOC.

I came to Tennessee Orthopedic after a poor experience at Knoxville Orthopedic, I was accepted as a patient of Dr. Hamilton. I had a knee infection in a knee replacement done by another doctor who has retired. I credit Dr. Hamilton and TOC for saving my leg. Dr Hamilton has been straight forward and caring and I feel God led me to him and this team of surgeons.

I was referred to TOC by my primary care physician. I am very happy with the care I have received. Dr Brady and Dr Hawkins is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Doctors and staff are very professional but also very friendly. During every visit, I feel like I am truly listened to not just pushed through for the next patient. Five stars for sure!

Dr Shaver and his staff are very helpful, answered all my questions. I have used Dr. Shaver before on a frozen shoulder he went to bat for me with the insurance co. And got results. Seeing him this time for another frozen shoulder in other are due to a stroke. Highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Hamilton at TOC was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and a has a great bedside manner. He knew exactly what to do to help with my hip pain. Sometimes others have to help out. The assistants are just as good as the therapists! Very engaging. Asks plenty of questions to determine what you need.
