Do not go here unless you are desperate. Getting them to answer the phone is impossible. They are very rude. The woman who works the front desk thinks the sun sets and rises on her butt i have seen her be rude to not just me but about everyone who walks in the door. I have asked them to do two simple things for me with my records and my health insurance they could not do either or just to lazy to I dont know all i know is stay away

This place is a joke .They have only one doctor and he never works. Made an appt a week in advance and the doctors a no show .This place is open but cant see patients or refill prescriptions because the doctor wont come in. Dont waste your time going here.

Ive been goin here for over a year now and Ive never met a more caring staff.they always go above and beyond to make sure Im taken care of.

They talk about all of their patients amongst themselves and make fun of all of them and talk about horrible about their patients, they staff is the worse at returning phone calls, they make fun of patients on a daily basis they pretend they care so they can take your money

Innovative Primary Care is the absolute worst medical facility I have ever used. The administrative staff is incompetent. Not only did they lose track of my appointment time, but they tried to charge me twice. If I had not asked for a receipt at the time of payment, they would have insisted that I pay again.The lack of professionalism among the admin staff would be tolerable, but the doctor himself was cruel, indifferent, condescending, and rude. Doctor Karalahi should not be interacting with patients in any capacity. He was so horrible that I left his office in tears, only to find out later that he has done the same thing to other women in the area at other clinics. This man has moved from clinic to clinic over the years, making girls cry. He insisted on prescribing medication to which I am allergic, and did not care if I was able to take it or not.They insisted on drawing blood for lab work, which is understandable. However, when they were unable to find a vein, the doctor wanted to draw blood from the femoral artery in my hip with a very large needle. When I told my previous primary care physician about this, she was not only concerned, but appalled. Honestly, this office was not sanitary enough for me to trust them to draw blood.Even after paying for a months worth of visits up front, I will never return to that office. Obviously, a refund will never be a possibility, but I can accept that I lost $250 if it means that I never have to return to that office and be treated with such cruelty again. Of every person that I met that worked at that clinic, there was only one person who treated me with dignity and respect. She was compassionate and kind, and tried very hard to get my medical records from my previous doctor so that Dr. Karalahi would prescribe the correct medication. Unfortunately, Dr. Karalahi was unwilling to wait five minutes for my previous doctor to fax the required information. So he left, after berating me for not having medical insurance because I am a full time college student, and did not care that he had done such harm to a patient under his care.If anyone is considering going to this clinic to see Dr. Karalahi, I would strongly advise against it. There are other clinics in the area who are much better, and for the same price. This office is a joke. The person who owns it also owns four other clinics in the area. From the way this clinic is ran, it appears to me that the owner is the medical equivalent of a slum lord. Save your time, money, and dignity and find a better clinic. This office needs to be shut down.
