Our baby was born 6 weeks early, and Dr. Jones has been our pediatrician since day one! They got us in right away as new patients, and have always been kind and accommodating. They have a nurse line that you can call day or night with questions about your baby (helpful for first time parents like us!). I would recommend this practice any day!

Both my Children have been seen by Dr. Lin for years, and he has been the most amazing Doctor they have ever had. We have moved now out of state and it is heart breaking we couldnt take him with us. This is such a wonderful office, I recommend this Office to anyone who is looking for the TOP care for their children.

We LOVE KPA as a whole. Dr. Jones bed side manner is AMAZING. When ever we have a sick child they manage to work us in and we love that KPA has a weekend clinic as well!

I have been going here since my son was born. We love the staff and Doctors. Dr. Jones always takes time with us and answers all our questions.

Asinine policies in place for establishing new patients. My step son was a former patient and both my other children. I was looking to get my infant established there and forced the issue to go back to their Weisgarber location, that is not convenient, if we wanted service where my step son was a former patient. Ignored the fact my other two children went to another location. This is with exceptional insurance too - try any other pediatrics group - you will be much happier. Will not recommend or take my children to KPA at any location.

Normally I would only have great things to say about KPA however this review is just about Dr Yen. She crossed the line from Doctor when she got involved in your divorce. The KPA material suggest that a Mother breast feed a baby until they are 1 year old, which as the Father supported. However my now ex-wife got Dr Yen to write a letter saying that breast feed to 18 months could be helpful at preventing ear infections. Due to this letter my beautiful son now has very limited access to his loving and devoted Father. I quite my job to be a stay-at-home dad for my oldest son and it was the most wonderful, joyful part of my life. He and I have a special bond, I will never be able to have this with my second due to Dr Yen.

Ive tried for 3 months to get into his doctor and because we are medical students and on tenncare they will not accept us as new patients. Our insurance says its up to the physician to accept us. I think it is extremely unfair that this office accepts tenncare (our insurance says they are accepting patients) but the doctor refuses to take tenncare patients. Poor customer service. They get the benefits of saying they accept tenncare without actually taking tenncare patients.

If I could give 1 star I would. The Doctors at this office do not care about patient or parental rights when it comes to medical devices & interventions. They are supporting the force of masking and Vaccinations on children. They are refusing to allow children with learning disabilities to receive masking exemptions with a policy that they neglected to put out to parents. KPA shame on you for your non support of medical autonomy! You just lost my children as patients!
