7/13 was my first visit with Dr. Sey. I was nervous to start over with a new doctor, but he immediately put my mind at ease. He had reviewed my history before he came in the door. He was polite and friendly. He was caring and answered all of my questions completely. Most important. He is pro-active! I am so happy he is my doctor!
