I moved here in March and was referred to them saw Dr. Trotter. The staff is amazing and very courteous. Dr Trotter listened to my concerns and didnt rush me out the door so thankful I found them

This group is an absolute joke, I am 29 years old and went to this office when I was having heart palpitations many many times throughout the day, they had me wear a heart monitor for 30 days and never called me back with the results, I had to call their office on three different occasions, The first time a nurse from a different doctor called me back and told me that he was at a clinic and wouldn’t be able to call me back until three days later, I never received a phone call or any kind of follow up whatsoever. I called two more times and left messages that were not returned. I then reach out to a friend of mine, a nurse practitioner who works at the office - who had to give a direct message to the doctor before I was able to actually get the results of my test which wasn’t until months after sending in my monitor…. This is a cardiac issue- an emergent issue! When I finally got a callback it was from the nurse who talked yo me for about a three minutes and was completely unhelpful. On top of that they did not bill my insurance company and when I called my insurance company to have them help me sort it out the insurance company called this doctors office and the doctors office did in fact have my insurance information on file but chose not to bill them, this even made my insurance company question the morals of this practice. Now I am receiving a bill from them, that they still did not send to my insurance company, stating that they had a remote report with me (for that three minute phone call with the nurse). This place is an absolute joke and they clearly do not care about their patients, I am a nurse and I would NEVER let any of my patients get care like this, the follow up is nonexistent and the care is unacceptable. Save yourself time, money and sanity and go somewhere else.

The staff was wonderful and I got in quickly. Dr. Capps took my concerns seriously and listened.

The office was easy to get to to, the staff were nice and covid cautious. The doctor (Dr. Capps) was AMAZING. He actually LISTENED to me and my concerns. Hes doing all these tests and taking me seriously. My other doctors have been blowing me off for over 10 years and I really felt heard with him. Im telling everyone I know to go to this group. Id highly recommend to anyone needing a doctor that listens.

Dr Steven Reed is in this group and has been my heart dr for around 25 years. He is a wonderful Dr and I’ve always felt like he has been very professional every time I’ve been to him. I would recommend Dr Steven Reed to anyone

If possible I wouldve given negative stars. Please, please dont go here. They just about killed me during a stress test. Do not do a chemical stress test, whatever you do. I have had a migraine for 6 days now and my bp is thru the roof. I called them and they refused to help me. Please dont allow it to happen to you.

Slowest doctors appointment ever. Appointment was at 2:15 its 3:30 and they lady at the front desk says 2 people are in front of me before I can be seen. Said Dr. Ayers is running behind. Why schedule more patients than you can possibly see.Note: Im not the patient. Im the driver for a family friend or I would have already rescheduled and never come back.

I love these folks. Dr Adams is great and obviously highly skilled and knowledgeable. The folks in the staff are professional, caring and friendly. The ladies that check you in and out are super sweet and down right funny as a trio. Someone said they got no call backs morr than once? I find that hard to believe because Dr Adams nurse has called me well after business hours just to make sure that they called.In short I’ve got experience with three other local heart groups that I won’t name and Knox Heart Group is head and shoulders above the others. Love em’!

I had been a patient of Knoxville Heart group between three and four years. They missed a 99% blockage in the Left Arterial Desending because they would not listen. I ended up having to go to Vanderbilt.

My mother did a stress test with them in December. They wanted her to do a heart cath due to some questionable blockage. She has tried to call there a million times. She has talked to people who were going to call her right back. It is now the end of March. She went back to her pcp and told them all the issues. They called Knoxville Heart Group and talked to same people. Sent her home, promising she would be called that day. NEVER HAPPENED. Ridiculous!!

Called the on call doctor , josha todd i guess he was gav8a bad night not helpful at all so needless to say not happy with them at all
