NP Laurie Potter has been the most empathetic and kind practitioner Ive ever had!! She is so willing to hear her patients’ concerns and goes above and beyond to solve the issue. Not only has she seen me on a weekly basis to monitor my severe asthma, but calls me personally to check-in on how I am doing. I have never felt more cared for regarding my health, and am so thankful for all the associates of the center for being so compassionate.

Reception was quick and very nice. All of the staff I met were exceptional and very professional. I am looking forward to the commitment and care this group looks to provide. This was my first visit and I was impressed.

Dr Wisniewski and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Cassidy was extremely helpful to me as a new patient, in getting me set up for my injections and prescription. Michelle was very efficient in setting up my next appointments. I highly recommend this practice!

Their offices are always helpful! The staff have always made my son feel comfortable at his apartments! And the doctors listen to you. No matter how crazy your questions may be. Excellent team!!!

The whole experience from check in to checkout is easy because the staff is professional and treats my concerns with caring. My provider explains my treatments to me to ensure that I follow the directions and have good results. Chris Nix is my provider and she always takes time to listen to me. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

I had an unusual reaction to something so my PCP sent me to the allergist. He was very thorough and gave me his complete attention. The staff members were very pleasant making my visit totally stress free. Id highly recommend to anyone needing an allergist to go here.

Everyone of the personnel I encountered were polite and accommodating to us, despite us having small children that had to come along on this one. The first appointment with added allergy testing might have been harrowing in such conditions, but Dr. Prince was a pro and went with the flow. Also, thanks for making my child feel at ease.

I have seen a couple of doctors here now and each one has listened and answered my questions and showed that they cared about me and want to help me with the problems that I’m having. I would tell my family and friends to go here for any sinus or allergy problems they were having.

Met today with Ty Prince to discuss issues with my eczema and allergic reactions to peanuts and other tree nuts. All of the office staff were great and my technician was a hoot! They all seemed to really care about me and my needs.

The staff at Weisgarber was phenomenal. Check in/out, Nurses and of course Dr.Schlactus was was wonderful. We received great care!!

Let me start off by saying the lady I spoke with on the phone and the lady at the front desk were both very nice and friendly however the nurse or whatever she was that talked to us in the room was very rude and unprofessional. We were told on the phone that the earliest appt for the Morristown office wasn’t until Aug 30 but we could go to the walk in clinic on Weisberger and we would be treated just like we had an appt. we drove almost two hours to the walk in clinic for the rude lady to tell us my daughter would not be tested for allergies today but would have been if she was in the middle of having a reaction- then preceded to ask if we still wanted to see the nurse practitioner and my response was for what you just said you wouldn’t test her.. we drove all that way for nothing when we could have been informed of this over the phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone when they have employees like the one we dealt with working there.

I have had issues for years, finally feel like someone was listening and cares to find what is wrong. So I can feel better.

I went in as a walk-in patient and a new patient. Great experience with the nurse practitioner, Peggy. She was an excellent listener and explained everything well. Very positive experience!

We have seeing Dr. Schlactus for over a decade and he still maintains the safety of my kids and updated knowledge to treat my kids allergies and asthma. As a bonus we always have excellent rapport with him.

I highly recommend Karen and her nurse Shelby, they are very helpful for me, would highly recommend!

I am a nurse who worked at Allergy Asthma Sinus Center for almost 4 years. For the most part, staff are friendly and welcoming and when I left I had co-workers that were almost like family to me. For this job, you will travel to different clinics- I personally loved the variety and it helped me get to know Knoxville and the surrounding areas. The managers were supportive and always worked with me on my vacation dates to fly cross- country to see my family and were very understanding when I had emergent circumstances outside of work that had to be taken care of. I grew personally and professionally at AASC, most of the providers are gracious and encourage learning and take the time to answer questions ( Ive worked previous jobs where they did not.) The stress level is different than a hospital or LTC, but allergy/asthma/immunology is a fascinating field that will challenge the brain! And theres a level of positivity to treat patients who are for the most part healthy, dealing with the quality of life with allergies, and not severe, chronic disease. No job is perfect, but I feel thankful for my time at AASC!

Ive had terrible allergies my whole life. I was treated by another practice for a few years and did not see much improvement. Ive been at AA&S for two years now and my allergies have really improved. What I am most impressed with is how timely the practice is. I rarely wait for my shot and my DR check ups are always on time and I have minimal waiting time. Its really the only medical care I receive that seems to value my time. Dr. Krishnan is great and I feel completely confident in his care.

I saw Dr. Prince to consult my asthma/allergy issues. He was professional, informative, and personable. I felt very listened to, and he didnt rush the appointment. He related that he cares about his patients and providing the best care without running up the bill. As a student, I really appreciated his efforts to work with my insurance. I also dealt with three nurses while I was there and each was very kind and made me feel comfortable.

They people are friendly and the wait time is usually 10 minutes. The doctor tells you what is going on with you and if future test or bloodwork is needed to see what is the best way to treat the problem . I recommend that you visit if you have allergies .

The staff is always friendly but Im so disappointed in the management.... I had to transfer to another state temporarily and it took several weeks and several phone calls to get this office to send my seum. They never sent the medical records even though they had the request. Im sitting here at my new allergy dr with no records. Start over!

My daughter has been in there twice and the ladies that administered her shots were extremely rude. They were very standoffish with me, and were getting frustrated with my daughter for being nervous and moving during her shots. She’s 8, and she has only had 3 sets of shots. I just am not okay with the fact that all they have to do is be nice for 10 seconds while doing her shots, and they can’t even manage to do that. I will be switching her to a different location ASAP. Also when calling the office to chat with someone about the issue, was transferred to a whole different office. I will be calling the corporate office. Overall, not satisfied & do not recommend them to any parents with kids who aren’t gonna sit perfectly still.

I would strongly suggest you try a different allergy clinic. The secretary was extremely rude from the beginning. After seeing the doctor, she told me I needed an allergy test done. She never once gave me any idea it was going to cost almost $1000 and that my insurance would not cover it. After the allergy tests, the Dr prescribed me an over the counter drug that has not helped me at all. Very disappointed and would never recommend.

The Dr. Is great but his staff ruins everything. I have had nothing but issues. If you are an easy case sure go for it... however if you need to communicate with the nurse staff good luck. No one communicates with each other and the staff is confused by simple allergy test questions. When you the client are being called to tell them what test needs to be ordered there is a serious problem. I would avoid this place. My first visit was great but needing follow up and having questions proves this staff can not handle their client list. When it comes to helping children I expect way better than this!! So upset!!

Ive gone to this clinic several times to obtain the specialty medication I need to keep my asthma under control when we are traveling. I have to carry the medication with me and keep a small portable refrigerator with me all the time to keep it from spoiling and going bad. I arrange in advance for the appointment and my allergists office sends them a letter from my physician saying exactly what he wants them to do. This office has the special equipment needed to mix the medicine (Xolair) and has been trained and authorized to administer it. I also give them my phone number, my allergists phone number and address in Minnesota, and a contact person there. I have never had to wait more than about half an hour, the time it takes to mix the medicine and get it ready for me. We also make sure that my health insurance will cover the administration in advance. The care I have gotten and the helpful and friendly attitude of all the people in the office are very much appreciated. As in any large city that I am not familiar with, I plan my route and bring a detailed map with us. Also allow some more time for travel because this office can be a little bit hard to find on your first time there. The clinic has an excellent map on their web page. The office is located just off of a busy 4 lane highway and in a secluded area just off the road. This means that you wont be able to see it from the road. The large waiting room is very pleasant and when I was last there had quite a bit of reading material.

Were here a few times a week getting allergy shots. They have a very effective log in system for patients just needing their weekly shots. My daughter and I are usually in and out within 10 minutes. Great service. Nice employees. They offer water and TV while you wait.

My quality of life has vastly improved now that I recieve allergy shots!

I have not even been to my appointment and I am writing this review. The person setting up the appointments for new, referred patient managed to get my name, birthday, email address, primary care physician, referring physician and my reason for being referred. They also sent me to this office which is far across town from me even though they have an office thats less than five minutes from my house. They were more focused on whether or not I had tried Benadryl.

I see a nurse practicioner. She is amazing and so caring as they all are. I have improved since seeing them. The improvement has been dramatic. I look forward to my appointments. They are my favorite office to visit. They go above and beyond any medical facility I have been too ever.

Whoever talked to me on the phone was so rude. I work and my right is to have appointment that work with my schedule. She hung up on me. Why would i go pay full amount of money to get treated like that

I recently moved to Knoxville and needed an allergist that would still be open after I get off work so this place was the only place in the area I could go to. I went in multiple times to try to get my allergy shot and the same exact shot nurse was unbelievably rude to me and refused to give me my shot multiple times even after I brought exactly what she told me to bring. I said nevermind Ill go somewhere else and as I walked away I heard her talking to the other nurse calling me crazy. I walked to the front desk to ask them to erase me from the system since I wasnt able to get any shots and the nurse walked up to the front desk and continued to be rude. This is the only allergist in the area open when I dont have work but I would rather stop getting allergy shots and suffer with the allergies and let all the money go to waste than come back to this place again. Although the front desk people were very nice when the nurse was awful, I do NOT recommend even considering coming here to get allergy shots.

I have no complaints about the actual service. In fact, Dr. Schlactus was quite helpful and attentive. However, the front desk assured me the visit was entirely covered. I asked once more as I was leaving the office about payment, and they said I did not owe anything, nor would I be billed. Sure enough, a few weeks after my visit, a bill showed up in my mailbox. Upon calling them, they told me that their staff should not have informed me that there would be no payment, however, they must enforce the charges. Needless to say, I will not use their services in the future.

Your drs, and nps are great. But to make an appointment is like filling out a government assistance application. It’s ridiculous. Was speaking to someone for fifteen minutes. Who then at the end of the conversation says oh sorry the dr doesn’t have anything available. After saying they did. It’s a joke.

Make an appointment! Waited for over an hour to be seen. They only see patients who have made an appointment first.

I was waiting for 12 days for an appoint as an ESTABLISHED patient. I had 9 Anaphylaxis allergy episodes (I have photos to prove my symptoms), 3 times I called the office and begged for a sooner appointment--this was after an email through their website they never responded to, then my primary care called, and was advised I just could not get in to see anyone. So I had to remain on the hard core Prednisone my primary care ordered to stop the Anaphylaxis. Finally, one foot in front of the other to fight for survival, I got to the appointment. I was 1 of 2 people in the waiting room. I didnt ever see my doctor, only a nurse practitioner, but they charged me the doc rate. Her attitude was insulting and frankly shocking to me and my friend who drove me. She wanted to know why I was still taking the Prednisone if I knew it was making me short of breath? Really? I BEGGED to be seen 3 times!! She did not take a full history, and REFUSED to believe I could possibly know it was yeast causing my Anaphylaxis. Said that there wasnt anything they could do for me, there is no allergy testing for yeast that I was now certain was causing the issue, and sent me home to come off the Prednisone and Benedryl Ive had 3 Anaphylaxis reactions on for the over the counter med Clariten....FIND SOMEONE ELSE. These people are quacks taking your money. Even if you have insurance (I did not and paid cash), who does such shoddy work and expects to get paid? RUN! Its probably to late for me, of that I have had to come to realize. But these people dont know their business of ALLERGY or ASTHMA.
