Great doctor! Dr. Raju is the worth the long wait

Doctor Raju, is amazing. He took such great care of my brother and myself. We never used to see my brother smile and now he is doing so much better in school. I recommend him a 100%. The staff is also very friendly, specially the office manager Yasmine she makes sure that you are comfortable, and ready for your visit. Pick this office, this location.

Anytime I call, there is a 70% chance I don’t even have the option to leave a message. The office is very inconsistent with information, I have been waiting for over a week for my prescription and I understand that there may be other issues. However, the lack of communication is extremely frustrating to deal with. I feel like I have paid a lot of money out of pocket for absolutely nothing.

The Dr. Ester Ofoskanski is very kind and a great listener to her patients. I was worried about having to see a new Dr. but this place makes the whole process very comfortable and really has the patients in mind.

I have been taking my child here for just over 6 months now and have been very satisfied with our service. The paperwork was pretty straight forward the first day and our insurance covered the initial drug test. I understand the need for these to be done in this industry and I want my child to get the best care they can can. Their regular doctor does a drug screen every year too. I know my kid does not use anything and takes their medications but this keeps everyone on track. Every month we go in they also check their weight and vitals too.We have met several people in their offices and everyone has been friendly and professional. The care providers have been friendly and listen to everything. the services they have been providing seem to be doing what is needed and life has been getting better.My only issue has been in the scheduling. There have been some changes in availability and a couple of appointments have had to have been changed. They have always handled it well and gotten us in around our busy calendar. Their office is a good 45 minutes from us and I have to my kid from school there every other month and it is working for now as I dont want them missing any school. Depending on where you are located they have multiple offices available.For mental health services I would recommend this one. Always check with your insurance first for your coverage.

They keep contacting me after I told them I’m finding a doctor elsewhere.. lol then they wanna “discharge” me after I already told them I’m in no need of their “service”. They don’t help at all I’m stuck here with my Tourette’s having tics bad in public cause they lie and don’t help.This place is a brick wall.Have email as proof that I was contacted repeatedly after I got “discharged”I will sue for any other message I get from them.Don’t play your games with me.

This place just cares about charging fees and running up insurance just to be unreliable and give out the wrong meds and never calls back or anything right ... not a good place if you have an actual issue. They have a bad doctor and the receptionist sounds like she is bored and has depression.

Not a real place... far better options Out there that won’t drain your time and money.

Although I need help the second page of the forms that you sign States that theres a mandatory drug test of $25 that is not covered by your insurance and also subject to random screenings of which will cost $25. So your first visit is a bit astronomical in cost, I guess its a small price to pay to receive help but fact that it is random at $25 a pop after that is ridiculous. If the drug test was covered by my insurance that would be fine they have a very nice office and are friendly, but Im not going to risk myself financially because of required drug test that they say I need to see what medications Im on, unfortunately I dont make enough money to risk that, $25 is sometimes all I have left after bills. Ill just deal with my craziness until I find another office.

Great service and staff. My girls and I love the way they treat us. From the friendly smile and hello when we get there, to making the girls feel comfortable and making sure they are enjoying something in the tv while they wait, to the way that the doctors always doing the best to provide a comfortable treatment and best wellbeing for the patience. The best that Orlando Psychiatric Associates did was adding other options of services and more doctors.

I needed some FMLA papers to be fill out for my son and I was not told about the fee that they charge for the paper. So then when I call the office In Kissimmee Laim was rude and unprofessional about the documents. Then I call the Orlando Office and spoke to a office manager by the name of Dulce which was trying to help but then Jasmine another manager came on the phone and said that they charge $25 per page if they have to circle and $50 per page if they have to fill in that is a rip off Because these documents are for a benefit that I need to be able to take my son to doctor appointment. And the sad part of this is that I been in this office since my son been 3 years and now he is 13 year old and they will not do anything this people are very unprofessional and rude they are all about the money time for me to find another doctor office that care of the patients and are not all about the money.

Ia very clean, the environment is so peaceful witch is what i need when im going to see my Dr .. Overall ... Is excellent .. I do the drive all the time is worth it!! Jessica you are the best!!

I have been going back and fourth with this office for over 1 month for medication for my child and still no help. I live far from office so I can’t go every week to ask them the same thing over and over. this was the only place that helped my kids medication wise and now it’s 2 years later and they changed meds without us knowing and my son was baker acted due to him not having meds! I don’t know what’s going on but it’s definitely not good and I’m looking for another doctor ASAP!

The doctor didn’t wanted to talk with me, when I complaint about a contradiction on my diagnosis, bad treatment as patient the worst one, they only took my money (almost $900) and not really help me at all, plus the secretary started to treat me bad, no costumer service at all.

I have been seeing Dr. Jorge for a little over 6 months. She is the most persoable psychiatrist I have ever had. She knows every medication for every symptom and never ever makes you feel hurried.

I am very grateful to Dr. Jessica Anastasio for the treatment and patience she has had with my son and me, the nurse, if she returns my calls as soon as possible because there are many calls they receive at the same time. ..of all the offices I have been to, it is the one where we have received the best service
