I did the intake appt and scheduled the first actual appt, the provider did not show up for the appt. I called twice during my appt time to let the office know. No apology or explanation. I was not notified of a change in the appt or the provider was going to be late. Very unprofessional and not the way to help someone beginning their mental health journey. Very disappointed, will not be booking another appt. Ive contacted my insurance to make sure they are not billed for an appt. If I could leave no stars, I would, but Google makes you choose at least 1.

They best place I could ever ask for. Love ms. Jannet so much that women is so amazing and cares for kids so much. Both my kids go even my son with autism spectrum disorder and hes doing better. The staff is so wonderful and I am so thankful for finding them to help my kids. With covid its been a struggle. Highly recommended!!!

I am very happy with this place. The office staff is always friendly and my therapist Adriana is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I called to schedule a second appointment for my husband. The woman would mumble something quickly upon answering and immediately put me on hold. Twice this was done so abruptly. The third time I called, after waiting both previous times on what I could only assume was a hold [as the receptionist was sloppy and incoherent with her speech and approach], I explained that I could not understand anything being said to me. This is where the customer service gets even better (obvious sarcasm)... she says to me, “Ma’am if we do that it’s because we’re busy. What Can I help you with.” At this point, nothing. They lost a patient in our family and anyone else I would’ve possibly recommended to visit that office. My husband didn’t feel the counselor was helpful to begin with, but I had encouraged him to give it another try, but now I can see we dodged a bullet. Counseling offices should be held at a high standard, especially when they call themselves “Family Life services”. Word of advice to the staff: get a handle on that poor customer service before attempting to provide any service of any kind to anyone— especially when your job is to bring peace to families. What a joke.

This place is horrible. I had an appointment at 9 am and it was 9:45 and I was still waiting. I heard the manager Jessica call the doctor in Spanish to let her know I was waiting and how long it was going to be and scolded her for forgetting about the confirmed appointment. Then I asked her how much longer for the doctor to call me in? And she lied to my face saying that the paperwork takes 1 hour. Too bad I speak Spanish so I knew the truth, the doctor forgot she had an appointment. When I said why does it take an hour to do paperwork? The manager said that she was the one who told me when I made the appointment. Another lie!! Then she went on to tell me I can wait or go and threatened me to get me kicked out???? I wasnt loud, I wasnt using profanity, I was just asking for the truth. Honestly, she was the rudest person I have encountered and the fact that they lie to their patients is even worse. She got jumpy when I asked her for more details which tells me she knows she was wrong. When I asked for the directors information she didnt want to give it to me. Zero compassion for patients going through rough times. Do not waste your time. Find real professionals.

Very passionate...understanding and caring. Flexible and always willing to work with you. Even open some Saturdays. If one person doesnt have the answer the office works as a team. Blessed i have met these people. Def recommend.

Absolutely the most unprofessional facility I have encountered. Not to mention they’re building says I -slim weight loss center. The only way you know that you’re actually at the right place is by the small sign in their window. Their website is completely wrong doesn’t even have the correct hours of operation.

Terrible experience with these people. The receptionist is rude and snippy. The staff pass you back and forth, continuously asking the same demographic information without offering any assistance. If they can no longer voluntarily receive payment from you, they will happily Baker Act you - incarcerating you in a mental institution because they get a nice commission of the $3000 + the hospital collects.Do not see these people they only want your money, not your well being. They will make things worse for you.And the only 5 star review below this is from the head of practice, so be warned, they are dishonest.

Not to easy to find, i brought my neighbor she gave me an unwelcome feeling unless u speak Spanish
