I am here in vacation and I have to say my guest dosing experience has been great. The counselor that checked me in was so very helpful. When there was an issue from my home clinic communicating with them, she had so much patience and worked hard to theverification done. It all together the experience was great. Thank you for doing a great job for me.

This clinic is beyond help. Its devoid of any of the most basic needs that a person going there may be in need of. If I were to tell experiences or speak of problems, it wouldnt fit in this space. You pay your 17$/day & hopefully/usually you get your dose. Thats what you will get, along with condescension, disorganized staff, slow and inept nursing staff, & an extremely long wait time. If u need this rehab.,then u may have nonetheless choice, but my 2 words of solid advice are, if youre visiting CNTRL FLA, go to the Semoran blvd(436) clinic to guest dose, not here...and second, be very aware of your surroundings here, as its not a safe area, nor a safe establishment

This place saved my life!! After I left rehab, I came here to start treatment, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. My counselor is the best! She’s listens and talks to me like I’m a person and not just some junkie. She’s help me set Goals and reach them. Dosing is quick and easy, I love the nurses at the dosing windows , the counselors, everyone. Thank you so much! I am now a Business owner and striving to be better than I was yesterday! If you take your recovery serious, and understand that counseling is all apart of your treatment and recovery, not just dosing, there’s nothing they won’t help you and motivate you to achieve. Believe in yourself!

This place saved my life! The staff has gone through its changes, but I have to say, the professionalism and atmosphere is finally on point with their goals.I had suspected Covid symptoms, on a holiday mind you, and the Nurse Supervisor and her Team dosed me right at the car, no questions asked and they were incredibly sweet and kind.Happy 2021! I dont know where Id be without you all, but I know its likely I wouldnt even be on this earth.From the nurses to the counselors to directors and doctor, yall collectively push us for the better and support our dreams, without judgment.I dont think the staff at this location have heard it enough, how amazing they truly are. I feel it every time I visit. Thank you for all youve done for me and my family. I owe a lot of my success to you.To another great year, May we all keep fighting the good fight and remember those lost along the way. Im truly grateful for this team!!!

I cant say anything bad about this clinic. Ive been guest dosing here for the past few days, and the first day it took about 20 minutes for them to get me into their system, so I was out of there within 30 minutes. Every other day Ive been there less than 3 minutes. One of the best things about this clinic is you can pay right at the dosing window. Ive never guest dosed at a clinic that was as organized as this clinic is. Also, all the employees and nurses Ive dealt with have been great. So as long as your counselor does their part and gets the paperwork to them, I absolutely recommend guest dosing at this clinic.

I love the staff and the nurses are great they just need more nurses who are willing to work

I was a guest at this clinic and I was treated very good and if someone closed the door in someone face they deserved it cause they stay open til 1:30pm and open at 5 am or 6 am which is more than enough time to get there. I was amazed at the time this clinic stayed open , cause where I’m from my clinic opens at 5am and closes at 10am. I really love this clinic I really would refer my friends all day long...

In the last 10 years Ive had experience with five clinics and this one race the best its a 10 it is well run this staff is caring and professional from the program director Wendy to the charge nurse all the way to my counselor Oviston Welch he is an expert with the veterans benefits and I recommend him for counselor of the year James Norton and thank you for your caring

Been guest dossing at this clinic for few years. I have always been greated with my paperwork ready and smiles. Most of the time im in and out in mins. Few times had issues with paperwork from my home clinic, they fixed it and got me dosed. I really like this place. Its not this nice back home so i enjoy it very much here! Thank you!

Im here on vacation and before I left my hometown I was so nervous about making sure I got my medicine and kept worrying that something would go wrong. I got there my first day and the staff had all my paperwork ready and a counselor even greeted me when I walked in and knew I was guest dosing. They made the process so easy and it was fairly quick (I was there maybe 15-20 minutes total my first day.) Making sure you have your medicine is the last thing you want to worry about when vacationing and this clinic completely eased any anxiety I had prior. Soo grateful for that. So I give them 5 stars!

I had it all set up with my home clinic b4 I left on vacation so my first day guest dosing I walked in they had my paperwork everybody was very respectful and nice now is here maybe 10 minutes and every other day after that guest dosing in and out did not meet one mean person no one was disrespectful so all these other post on here obviously didnt have their stuff set up right before they left home because everybody I came across what is respectful and very helpful so as long as you have your s*** together before you leave your home base everything should go good

I was guest dosing at this location while in town at kissimmee. I was told they would be open until 9am on the 1st of jan like every other cmg clinic would be. I got there at 8:01am along with several other people who needes to dose. We were all denied our dose at 8:01am. This staff has no heart. All about money, have not a care in the world about the patient. This was one of the worst days of my life and all because of the staff at this location. I cant tell you how angry and upset i am with this place.

DONT COURTESY DOSE HERE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DOSE. ME AND ONE OTHER GUY ARE SITTING HERE BECAUSE THE DOCTORS SIGNATURE IS ILLEGIABLE. WHOS SIGNITURE IS LEGABLE?? No ones? 41 dollars a to dose and they wont even dose me.

If you can’t afford the clinic there’s enough drugs in the parking lot to get you by pretty sad they allow people to hang out and deal right out of their front driveway but hey that’s how it is

By far the worst clinic in the U.S any other rating saying they are a good clinic was made by them to boost their ratings most of them a extremely disrespectful and don’t care about their patients if I could give them -stars I would they need a full staff change.

Experience depends on the staff. Some are great, others are terrible.
