Staff was very professional and friendly. Extremely cautious due to COVID-19, therefore, they made me feel safe. I had previously given this a 5 star review until last visit. I understand that doctors are limited with what they can prescribe but when you tell a doctor that you fell, dislocated your elbow, shoulder and hit your head and that the medication she has you under is not doing anything for you anymore. Yet she prescribed the same thing. I am not happy. I though Dr. Mireda Martinez Sánchez cared but this last appointment, she did not listen to my concerns at all.

Explain everything your pain is making you feel and answer Dr Riveras questions. You will receive the best of care and stay out of pain. And that is the reason for your visit.

Clean place, easy parking, great doctors. CLean offices. They have very safe procedures in effect to combat corona. Doctors actually listen to you and follow up on any changes made. Overall very happy with them.

Im extremely happy to be one of their patients! From the staff to both Doctors.. Dr. Martinez has empathy yet is able to manage your issues better than any dictor Ive seen since breaking my back in N.Y. state. I came home to Florida and had 2 previous doctors who were inattentive and calus due to seekers.. But Dr. Martinez and Dr. Correa have been more thank kind abd have taken care of me from day one. Wish more doctors were like them. The staff is friendly as well.. Only thing I wish was better is the turn around time from the staff calling you back or getting thru on the phones.. But other than that I would definitely recommend them to anyone as ling as youre willing to follow the doctors directions!! ☺👍

THEIR EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE RE-TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMON COURTESY AND MANNERS. SOME PATIENTS DONT ALWAYS UNDERSTAND AND NEED A LITTLE EXTRA ATTENTION AND PATIENCE. THE STAFF HERE DEFINITELY LACK BOTH.

As soon as you walk in the door, the girls at the front desk are very pleasant & helpful, if needed, also when signing you out & making your next appt. Dr. Sanchez is awesome, she doesnt rush to get you out, she answers any & all of your questions, so you understand. Maybe a little chit chat also.I highly recommend PhysMedi with a 10+

I do not recommend this place at all. Ridiculous policies when rescheduling appointments. They won’t see you again if you reschedule more than 2 appts. Very inconsiderate policy, especially when 2 of the appointments you had to be out of town for a death in the family. But when the doctor hurts her shoulder is okay, us patients must be okay with the rescheduling. Is the first office I encounter that has this ridiculous policy and believe me I’ve gone to many offices. They scheduled me for 8:45 and dr didn’t come in until 9:20. For the dr herself she was very personable and very nice but her office staff is horrible. I’ll avoid this place and let everyone know about my experience and have the referring doctor stop referring patients here.
