I have no clue how this place got 4 stars. Absolute worst spa experience ever. I paid for reflexology & was rubbed constantly (Indian burn in some places), there was ZERO muscle manipulation or pressure applied to pressure points. The therapist wasnt knowledgeable & extremely rough after I told her what I liked. She fell asleep during the service & I asked to end it. Asked for a refund and was told I could only get 1/2 since she performed some of the service. I told her I wasn’t interested when I smelled the suave lotion she tried to put on my face (as part of my back & foot massage/reflexology) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I went to this place to get the reflexology and massage combo. I will say, I was not disappointed.Annie (I think thats her name🤷🏽‍♀️) was cordial and nice for not being able to speak good English. She did attempt to communicate which was greatly appreciated.The atmosphere was calming and very relaxing.Id highly recommend.

Very good massage, make my travel life better

My friends and I went to Disneyland in May. After a few days of intense schedule, our feet felt extremely tired, therefore we stopped by here and gave it a tried. The environment here is quiet and the facilities look good. The one-hour body and foot massage combo are great, we almost fall into sleep in the end. The hot stone feels comfortable too!

Worse ever. Cant say massage because it wasnt. They advertised $39 per hour then changed it to $50. Obviously has no idea what reflexology was. Rubbed the same spot on the bottom of my foot. I had to keep stopping him. I had to ask him to do my ankles & legs. Rubbed so fast like he was in a contest. Couldnt wait for it to be over

This was the most relaxing massage and my wife and I really enjoyed this experience for our 15th wedding anniversary. The staff was very nice and took their time servicing our needs on the 30 min back and 30 min foot massage. I would highly recommend this location and yes it may not be in a luxury location, but I have been to better looking locations that didn’t provide half the service this location did. Great job and my wife was thoroughly impressed and had an excellent anniversary!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This place cannot massage at all. The man reeks of cigarettes and coughed the entire time. This place advertises reflexology, but the service consists of a repeated stroking motion with no pressure or massaging of any kind. I would not recommend this place, they seem as though they do not want to be there. Please do not waste your money it is not worth it at all.

The female massage therapist was good. Very quiet and sweet. Stronger than she looks. Place was clean and music was relaxing. Only problem was trying to make an appointment because of the language barrier. During the massage the therapist had to leave the room to answer the front doorbell and also answered a phone call during my massage. Good price on groupon but not the best service. It was still good, just couldve been much better without all the distractions..

Horrible!! Never had a worse massage - the woman was sighing and sleepy, didn’t use any techniques other than roughly rubbing my bones. They were insisting on us upgrading to the combo to get us to pay more and I think were mad that we chose not to upgrade. The man was sweet but was coughing throughout, and his massage was underwhelming. Not sure where the good reviews come from but go somewhere else! Disappointed:(

Got a massage there. When I got done, my back was hurting. And I got a foot massage and the people in there was sighing like they didnt feel like giving me a massage. They must of been mad cause I didnt ask for a happy ending!!!!

I am a read all reviews kind of person; and the experience I just had inside their establishment was beyond all my expectations! I did the foot reflexology and they were running a special so I ended up getting a back massage in addition. Everything was professional and felt amazing! He even asked if the pressure was good! I would absolutely recommend this establishment! I feel like a new woman!! One of the best foot massages; with a back massage, that I have ever experienced! And a water for free as I left!

Here in vacay and rest of fam went to another day in a park - but my back and feet were killing me. Decided to treat myself to a massage, since it is vacation after all. Picked this place simply because it was close and inexpensive. I would 100% go back. I got a one hour back massage and a 30 minute foot massage for less than I would’ve paid at home.My masseuse write down his name as Jaons - he gives a SERIOUS deep tissue massage. Had lots of cracking, which is very helpful to my back.There are 2 massage places (in different buildings that share a parking lot) this is on the first floor between a pizza place and a hair salon.Not the luxury of hotel spas for sure, but if you’re here for an effective massage, this is a great choice.

This business house are clean, and neat blanket on the massage bed.Mr. Jason was professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. If I had to rank previous massages, this would have been my favorite one. The pressure was perfect, and he always checked to make sure it was okay. Loved the music and warm blanket. Visited Kneading Feet today with a sore left foot. I selected the 70 minute treatment. The service and 70 minutes of reflexology and massage was amazing. Prices are extremely reasonable. The services are provided in a very professional manner. The facility is clean and comfortable. I will return and would recommend Kneading Feet to friends/family.

I came out of my way to come for a massage and called ahead. When I got there they closed.

Worst foot massage ever!!! Was told they offer pedicures and they do not. The pressure and speed of the massage was laughable. Did not feel the environment is clean at all. Total was $40 and I you HAVE to pay $3 to pay with card and they say you MUST tip as they watch over you and then say you must leave a 5 star review. DO NOT GO! Find another. Wasted our time and money on a shady and dirty experience.

Terrible experience. When we arrived they said special offers have been sold out, since we were so tired just payed normal price. When my husband and I are separated from the room I was not aware anything, the women who give me massage is very slow and soft even I ask few times go more deep, after turn over I saw that women wearing very sexy clothes and I am shocked. We called and made an appointment for a couples massage at 3:00, the rude woman kept saying $70 , $140 dollar for two .. when we showed the groupon she told us to leave, locked the door, we drive an hour, I’m reporting them to the business license and tax of Kissimmee now. Horrible human being, dirty, dingy place. The woman locked the door on us, told us to leave, we did call for an appointment, three times because her English was so bad,we didn’t want to drive an hour to the massage and not have an appointment. I wouldn’t want or allow my dog to go into this place. There was NO misunderstanding, pure rude and after calling the better business bureau, the tax commissioner of Kissimmee this afternoon, she will remember us, I took a video of her and her partner telling us “no Groupon” beware of this place,,

Horrible. Massaged me through a towel and felt like rug burn, i originally scheduled a hour mashed but 10 mins in i had to ask to cut it short. The two masseuses talked through the whole massage. NOT professional AT ALLL.
