I went to this place because they were the only ones doing same day rapid test. Unfortunately this location gives false results. I paid $135 for them to give me a inaccurate result. I went the same day to another place and it came out negative. I felt like the doctor was even trying to upsell me even after he told me I was positive. It was SO unusual. Please do not go here.

Very caring, professional, patient thorough. I highly recommend them because the doctor follows up and calls you by your name. They treat you like family and I have been going to them since I was a child.

Dr Bawany and the nurse Victori really helped thing getting done. Its a nice practice. I really loved the front desk and how they behaved with me. I highly recommend this practice.

Staff needs more training. I had called before before heading out to the clinic to ensure my insurance was accepted, I was advised it was. Once I arrived, I was told they do not accept my insurance, I would have to pay out of pocket. Unacceptable, especially when I have done my due diligence. The Receptionist care less that I was incorrectly informed.

Dr Bawany and his team were so helpful and friendly. Receptionist is also very friendly. Proper care for taken for Covid - 19. Highly recommend this practice.

This is the worst medical location I have ever seen.The people we dealt with over there are not trained, they do not understand the urgency of their patients never less their name is Urgent-med!!This isn’t the first time this center let me down. The first time almost one year ago, they did not take a good specimen from my son and it delayed us for another day because they had to take his specimen again. The second time, they gave me their word that they would get my family’s PCR specimen to the lab early that same day so that we can receive the results in time for the family flight which they are aware of. But because of irresponsible and careless action despite I was assured it will be done, when we contacted the lab informed us that the specimen was delivered to them on the following day. When we contacted Urgent mid the lady answered the phone confirmed and said true it was sent late to the lab! No efforts made to fix this at all! As a result, we suffered huge losses and major inconvenience and disappointment. We paid Urgent med 145 dollars for each PCR test almost USD 900 in total for the family and we hoped they will follow up until results received on time. When we try to call them to complaint, they do not answer the phone! They are hiding from complaints! We respectfully paid them, and they failed to fulfill their services! They have not even apologized to us for our inconvenience! I would not recommend to anyone to approach them for similar issues.

Said we could walk in for Covid testing but when we arrived they told us it would be $135 for the rapid test and $90 for the other test. Outrageous pricing for something that is free with CVS or Walgreens.also had very long wait time and had people who might be Covid positive waiting in the lobby together to take the test. 20 people in line ahead of us.

For the lady underneath me. If you do your research before taking a RAPID TEST. You would know. And your lucky because other places are charging 180 or more for a rapid that has the same percentage in accuracy. You want a 100% accuracy then go to a lab and wait 2 weeks for it. In the mean time while waiting you might just catch it

The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. Gave my daughter a COVID test and got me the results right away. Always easy to walk in and be seen right away.

We are in Pandemic every Health care Centers are short of Staff and over worked,we advise to all get vaccinated Rapid covid test can be false positive or false negative so our advised to repeat at no charge if you have symptoms or not vaccinated.

I called them today to see if they had extra tubing and mask for my breathing machine and they supplied me with two sets at no cost , thank you so much !

This is a great urgent care clinic. I have been a patient here for around six years. I see Dr. Calero and Dr. Bawany and his son. No matter what my issue has been, they listen and talk to me about my plan. I have also been seen in the Orlando clinic when the pandemic started. I was short of breath, called while at work and immediately Dr. Bawany said come in now, don’t wait. He gave me shots and some antibiotics that helped immensely. They care and treat you with kindness and compassion. All they want is to make you better. Dr. Calero, will listen to you and educate you on your condition. I love that they explain to you what’s going on. Good hearted doctors and staff.

So one of the doctors that I saw, Bawana, was very helpful with making sure that I got results from radiology to get my fractured foot taken care of on a holiday and I appreciate that. However, make sure 100%, that whatever procedure it is youre going here for is covered by your insurance because for example they said they took my insurance but certain procedures were not covered on it when I was there not mentioned to me before when i clearly explained why I was coming so be specific when asking if take your ins. Also they do not have a radiologist you have to go across the street and they may close before your done so then you will be in a situation. And radiologists are apparently not open anywhere on Saturdays/Sundays now due to Covid.

Do not take the Covid test here the test is only 90% affective and my family went there they all came out negative with the 15 minute test they charge you $95 for false results!!! The same day two of the same family members went to night lite pediatrics and got a positive result.. they just want your money!!! Beware guys

The experience here was absolutely terrible, Dr. Toussaint is very, very rude treats his patients with no respect. Additionally he lies and sends people to specialist just so they have to go back and do the same test over so that we pay again. I saw several review stating the same problem he denies DOTs just so they have to go back to pay again. He is a thief and should be investigated.

First time here was a good experience. The check in was quick and the wait was 25 min. The doctor was very nice check my husband he was having lower back pain. He was very attentive my husband was very pleased with their services. Great friendly place.

My sister is visiting from out of the country and does not have insurance. This place was recommended to us by other health care facilities. We were attended right away. The doctor was extremely nice and willing to help us. It was affordable. The staff was really friendly as well.

Went there today to have my son’s stitches removed. This doctor (Dr. German C.) has the be the most rudest doctor I have ever encountered! Absolutely no bed side manner whatsoever. He didn’t even say hello. He walked in and gave me a look and looked at my son and said “what do you need? What are you here for?” Rude! Absolutely no bedside manner. The place looks like a hole in the wall and barely has any supplies or anything remotely welcoming. I will not be returning.

I always receive good service. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors. I use them as my primary.

I read the web page on how friendly the office is....the staff was good but that Dr. German was horrid. Up front I paid the $90 for my D.O.T. Medical Exam. The staff came back and did my pressure. My first reading was 148/110.....the next reading was 150/110. Dr. German walked in did a small series of motor skill tests looked at me and said...youre disqualified. No.....lets see what we can do to help you. No nothing and he turned around and walked out the door. Ive never in my life had high blood pressure until now yet he walked away like he did me a favor. I was totally in tears. Youre talking about my job here and he went on about his business. I asked him to show me where my pressure should be and not once did I raise my voice even though he treated me like crap. When I began to complain he told me that I was crazy and to leave. But I hope he enjoys that $90 because Ill never go back. No customer service skills...no explanations......just my money! Whatever you do find another place!! DO NOT SERVICE THIS PLACE!!

Dragged myself to Urgent Med Care Kissimmee yesterday 12/13/16 suffering with a sinus infection. The staff was professional and very friendly, I was greeted with a smile.Dr. M.H. Bawany was efficient and was in no hurry examining me. Also his nurse was on the ball.I was in and out with my two prescription in approximately twenty minutes.GREAT care by a wonderful staff and doctor.Their location is a little hard to find and the Google Maps has their location in the wrong area.They are not next to the McDonalds as showned on Google Maps, they are located next to the NEW Publixs NOT the OLD Publixs.The clinic is behind Wendys next to H&R Block. I drove by the location twice and still missed the clinic.If you are standing in front of Publixs walk down the sidewalk towards Wendys. After GNC and before Quest Labs is the clinic. After finding the clinic I notice they have a large sign on the sidewalk in front.

Came here for a pelvic pain, and end up getting result for a headache, really??? asked the Dr and he reolied that he didnt know the reason of my visit, the assistant and the Dr dont communicate at all regarding the paperwork i filled out. seriously. he prescribed me without asking my symptoms....this is really bad, people could died in here for not getting the right health care.

This place sucks, I’ve have had terrible service from them multiple times, very unorganized, I am paying this company for s service and they have not had my paperwork ready on time either time I have went to the office. Long wait times even with an appointment. Very unsatisfied.

Hour is wrong! I drove all the way to the clinic and at 5:50 it was closed. Doors closed but staff is still inside just not taking patients. Well then change your time to 5:00 or 5:30 not 7pm.

How is it when you call during normal business hours but the answering machine comes on saying they are closed...poor service by far...
