I am beyond livid. I’ve been trying to reach Primary care since Friday for a prescription refill. I left a message and no response. I called Saturday, left a message and no response. Today is Monday I called all day left 3 messages and still no response nor did they call in my script. Thank God it’s only for heartburn and that I don’t have an underlying condition. Or I would probably be dead by now. Thanks Primary Care for how you care for your clients and their needs.

As a primary care practitioner i figured when going to him and telling him i had stomach issues he would be able to pick up on anything other than telling me it was a stomach virus i in fact had gastritis and not a stomach virus ! they’re very quick to give you medication without fully asking questions. as an ex coworker who came here once referred to them “pill mill”. not to mention after paying my bill they wanted to keep trying to bill me for something i had already paid for ! very unprofessional place

I just experienced what medicine is supposed to be. Dr. Saeed and his staff are top notch. They CARE! There motto that they treat, and God heals is the honest truth. Please, if you want a doctor that listens, and cares, and knows what he is doing, then this is the place. If your somebody like me, that is a recovering addict, and want to be clean from everything, Dr. SAEED, will listen and take care of you. Im so grateful God lead me to this place, my life will grow Exceedingly And abundantly! Thank you Doc and the whole staff! You are much appreciated!!

Dr Saeed Ahmed really takes the time to listen to you and ask about your well being. He does not rush you and genuinely cares. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He has helped me a lot. Thank you Dr Saeed for all that you do for this community.

So far as a fairly new patient I am impressed. Tiny office but very clean and sanitary. Well run and managed by very professional and friendly staff. I have had many doctors over the years and all just wanted to prescribe pills after you spend 30-60 minutes waiting in the lobby with an appointment then another 30-45 minutes in their exam room only to be rushed out and scripts ordered. Not this Doctor. Thank-you Doctor.

Dr. Ahmad is a wonderful doctor. He actually listens to your concerns and treats you like a human being, doesnt dismiss your complaints, and never rushes me. They take walk-ins if you did have time to make an appointment. He and his staff are kind and do everything they can to help you. I forgot some important papers and his staff called me immediately before i drove too far. The nurses will also let you know you when the doctor is expected to be in so you can be in which is awesome so you can plan accordingly. I personally have never waited more then 15/20 mins to be seen and that was as a walk-in. I have been going to his office for years and will continue as long as possible. Great job Dr. Ahmad and staff!

Absolutely the best doctor, next to God of course.. Also, the nicest professional staff ever.. great customer service and kindness still exist.. Hope they stay the same.

If I could give this doctors office no stars , I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If you have an appointment in the morning , I hope you like waiting. Place opens at nine, but the doctor doesn’t even roll in close to 11. So you’re in a waiting room for an hour- hour and a half WAITING for a doctor who isn’t even here. Same thing for the afternoon. Place closes at one for lunch, even though the doctor was only there for a few hours since he comes rolling in two hours after their opened, and doesn’t reopen until three. But doctor doesn’t come back from lunch until ANOTHER hour after they open. So again, waiting in the room for the doctor for an hour. So disorganized and not worth the wait. I would go find a different doctor, one there’s actually there on time and not waiting two hours/ hour and a half for a doctor!
