I absolutely love this place. I have known Miss Nicole for 10 years. My grandson attended 🐢 IN 2010 and Stayed thru to VPK. My other 2 grandchildren also attended. Now I have been blessed again with another granddaughter and knew that 🐢 was the place to put her. The extended hours nd weekend was always a blessing to those who worked weekends. They loved their lunches which were healthy as well! I highly recommend their program.#ELCOC

Just wanted to take a few minutes out of the day to share of what a great daycare Isabella has been attending since she was barely 1 year old. Isabella had only been with her Papi or I since birth so we were hesitant on sending her to daycare but financially we had to, as I was only working 15 hours a week and my clients were not happy😞 I did my research and my google reviews and distance from daycare to my salon.... I did it all and then back again. We decided on TTA. Our first week was rough...on US! Izzy immediately took to her teacher Ms. Ava. She never missed a beat. As the weeks went on Izzy started developing super quick, even walking! Which comes with some bumps and bruises. I received a few phone calls that Izzy fell and bumped herself. I might add these calls were within 10 mins of her falling! Anyone who know Izzy knows she is fearless! LOL..We are now a year and a half in at TTA and all the employees are like our extended FAMILY! Izzy has progressed so much within this time! She is doing really well potty training, speaking both English and Spanish and developmental skills are on point and even excelled in some areas, according to her Pediatrician😇 I know TTA has had a major part of Izzys developmental growth and I cannot thank the entire staff enough! I highly, highly recommend if anyone is looking for a daycare/preschool.#welovedaycare#ELCOC

My daughter has been with Turtle Tots when they were an at-home day care. She was 1 then, she is now in the VPK program. She knew how to write the letters in her name after the first week! Ms. Natalie is a really wonderful and caring teacher. Ms. Dawn is always there to greet you with a smile, Ms. Marylin is simply amazing! Ms. Nicole, the director, CARES about the quality of care and learning experiences your child receives. She is highly educated and simply put? An amazing human being. My little girl loves going to school, thats what weve always called it. I trust the staff and more than that, I KNOW they love my child. She has always been well taken care of, and she adores all of her teachers.

Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!! the staff is super friendly and treats every kid like it’s their own. my daughter has been going there for only two months but ever since she’s gone she has advanced so much!! they even teach her letters, numbers, shapes, and colors in english AND spanish!! she loves the school and is happy to go everyday. if you’re looking for a “homey” daycare that is fun and educational for your kid, this is the place to go!!

Where to begin? Before thinking of what to put down in my review i read some of the other reviews and all i could think is what are these negative parents thinking?? Personally, i learned you never judge a book by its cover, and i stand by that here with my review as well. I had such a hard time looking for the RIGHT daycare for my 1 year old son until i walked into TurtleTots. The wonderful staff always greets me at the door with a good morning and a goodnight. My son has one of the best teachers I’ve met and my son loves his Ms. Milly. I feel like i walk into this place and it s home! Not only is the staff very informed of rules and regulations up to date but they also call me directly if and when anything happens. At first my son was nervous but now as soon as we walk in he’s already waving bye saying “bye Ma”. If i could give 10 stars i totally would. Mrs. Nicole, wonderful establishment!

Nicole is the most competent and caring child care professional! Her decades of experience and love for children are evident in her business! Ive witnessed her soothe children to sleep and she is the ”child whisperer”

This daycare has been nothing but trouble since the first day that my daughter started going there. Yesterday (9/26/16) my 7 month old daughter had an accident at the daycare where she supposedly hit her head on a toy while climbing it (when she barely even crawls). The daycare facility failed to call me and let me know about the accident. We didnt find out about it until my husband went to go pick the baby up and saw a big lump on her forehead. When I called to speak to the director to ask for the video footage of my daughters so called accident, she proceeded to tell me that she was unable to show me the video because there were other children in the video as well. Then, she said I cant show you anything before I see it, so Im going to go through it and if I find where your daughter hurt herself then I will show you but she was here for 8 hours so it may take awhile. Oh, and dont worry, what I see, youll see, I wont edit anything. This was at 4pm. At 6:30pm I called the daycare to ask for the directors cell number to send her a picture of what my daughters forehead looked like and she mentioned that she went through the footage and that it happened to be nap time (1-3pm)when the accident occurred so the video is too dark to see anything. What a coincidence, huh?! I posted on social media complaining about my horrible experience with this poor excuse of a daycare and tagged them in it around 7:30pm and around 8:30pm I received a phone call from the director trying to cover her tracks. She called and asked do you still want to see the video because she knew that she had NO RIGHT to deny me it in the first place. Theres no reason shed be calling me that late if she knew that they werent guilty. Please DO NOT TRUST these incompetent people with your children. They dont even I.D when anyone comes to pick them up. (One star because It wouldnt let me post without it.)

Excellent childcare facility. Knowledge staff, clean, organized, professional, one of the best child care centers I have ever visited. I definitely recommend you take your child and see for yourself.

My kids have been with turtle tots for four years. We have watched the business blossom! Having tried several childcare centers before, I can honestly say none compare. Ms. Nicole has done a phenomenal job ensuring that her staff provide adequate care. Her staff members are polite and compassionate. While many centers turn away problematic children, Ms. Nicole and her team work to find a solution. Thank you TTA!

So there are actually not enough stars for me to check off on for Turtle Tots Academy!!!! My son has been with Ms. Nicole and her team for 3 years now and no words can explain how I feel about them, but I will work with what I can. Ms. Nicole and her team are the most dedicated, attentive, and caring daycare facility that I have experienced thus far. My son had been to many other daycares before Turtle Tots and my only wish was that I had put him in Turtle Tots first. They are the BESTand I would not change a thing!

Poor communication, Under staffed and no supervision is all they can do right. I have called over 6 time in two week and waited for a call back. emailed them 3 time and no reply back. when i ask to see their policies they refuse to show me them but quotes DCF policies. they tell me i cant go into the back but then i see others do it. DO YOUR SELF THE FAVOR DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.

As a former employee and parent of a child who attended TTA. All I can say is DONT DO IT. They left such a bad taste in my mouth on SO many levels I quit after less than 2 months. Oh and that lovely comment from QJW Productions was from the owners brother who is also employed there. Conflict of interest 101.I wonder how many of these reviews are fake?

Please dont ever take your children here. The staff hit the children with toys in there head. The staff restrain them hard with their feet when they do not behave. My daughter and son were both mistreated my son had a black and blue in the top side of his ear because a teacher pulled on it. My baby girl was so burnt in her private areas that I had to pay $120 put of pockets and a medical ointment because the regular rash medicine could not help. Mrs Nicole tends to delete the posts of bad reviews. But i hope to prevent anyone from having there children mistreated.

QJW Productions was given the opportunity to work with this amazing company during there school picture day. The staff was polite. They treated the children with great care. The adminstration and management team was very professional. We will continue to do bussiness together and I would recommend any family to bring there children to this childcare facility

My mothers daycare is one of the best places to be it take afterschoolers so i am able to hang there my self the only time parents really complain is when there child was bad and we tell the they have great staff and amazing directors i highly recommend this place!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! My son cried everyday while dropping him off and couldnt help but wonder WHYYY??? I would pack my son a lunch box everyday and when I would pick him up everything would still be exactly the same in the lunch box, knowing well that he doesnt eat what they serve. So all those hours my son was there he would only drink milk or have a simple snack. They need to clean that daycare more often since my son would get sick each time he was there. Since he would go for a few weeks then stop then go again. I would ask everyday for his work or if they did work and each time they either said no work today or Ill give you a folder with all his work at the end of the week which I never received. My son kept complaining about the same child hitting him and nothing was done. My son asked to use the potty and he told me ms. Sally told him NO, and he had to take himself so he doesnt pee himself. In the beginning my son was still not potty trained and before dropping him off I would count and number his diapers. When I picked him up out of 5 diapers they only changed it ONCEEEE in 8 hoursss !!! I will be asking for video footage of the last two days my son was there. If no video is sent to me i will be reporting.

My 2 year old son wondered off the property and was found by a stranger . This made me feel so sick to my stomach i compared that feel to the feeling I felt when my mom died . This is what happens when you dont have good people caring for your Kids ! # childneglect

Horrible experience! Parents please do your research prior to putting your kids at this school.
