We had scheduled care 5 hours per day. When our situation changed drastically and quickly, we needed 24 hour care immediately and Jamie and Katie worked some kind of magic and had 24 hour care arranged for us in less than a day! Without their help, our family member would not have been able to remain at home in his final days.

Bright Star was my shining star in a time when I needed help. They never failed me when I needed them. They responded to me as soon as I asked and kept in touch with me to make sure everything was in place and all my stress was alleviated. I can never thank them enough.

In January my family was inundated with health issues with my Step-Father,my mother needed 24 hour care through the crisis and ultimatelyhis death at home, the warmth and consideration of Bright Star through this trying time was amazing. Their continued care of my mother through November of this year was wonderful. Being as far away as I was, with the reassurance of their true care and attention Monday through Friday, helped cope with my mothers failing health. This company is full of incompetent people. They lie about saying they sent you invoices in the mail, they lie as to who is available to speak to you. And they double charge you without your knowledge. I will never recommend this company to any body. The only good thing was the cna for my mom. She is absolutely wonderful. She is the only thing I will miss. I have recently come to a resolution with management that has satisfied me and for that I would like to thank the company for this. And wish them the best.
