My mom is 91 years she have a pacemaker she don’t see the doctor for 8 months ... I call 📱 many many times and I leave a message for make a appointment is 1 week and they don’t return my phone call and is supposed return in 24 hours ... I’m sorry for Doctor Allie but your staff is not good 😌 need ASAP hey a new managers for the clinic

My mother is a patient of Dr Aldir. She needed hip surgery and went through the pre surgery requirements and was told minimal risk. Tues she went in for surgery, Wednesday had heart attack. According to ICU cardiologist who showed us her heart, she has severe heart damage, plaque and blocked arteries that didnt happen overnight. She is in ICU after triple bypass on top of hip surgery but was told minimal risk Ms Laura. Im at a loss for words, she went in hobbling along, now this. SMH. Someone dropped the ball in Dr Aldirs office..

Dr Aldir is WONDERFUL he found issues with my sons heart and I cant rave enough about how much of a straight shooter and AWESOME cardiologist he is. Im sooooo grateful that my son Jason was fortunate enough to get him when he was in St Cloud hospital. He was sooo sick when he first went in and now after 5 procedures and proper medication my son is getting healthier. He has to change lifestyle and keep Dr Aldir for LIFE. Thanks again Dr Aldir and his great staff I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE

I was very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Aldir. He is one on a million. He not only went out of his way to see me the same evening that I was admitted to St. Cloud hospital but took time to listen, ask questions and explain what he was doing. He then discussed what he found with me and gave me advice to relieve other symptoms I was having as well. He has set a new standard for any doctor I need to see in the future. Thank you

Wonderful dr.but its a shame that its impossible to speak to the office staff regardless of time or day they hardly ever answer phone regardless of the time or day.i have been in the office when the phone has been ringing and no patients and they still dont pick up.nor do they return calls.this is very frustrsting.i am seeking another cardiologist to lesve the office.i would think that patients complain to dr abou this and nothing is being done.so think twice if u want to deal with this stress.

I had to visit Aldirs office 4x within the last 6 weeks to have an EKG, Stress Test, Echo, and Follow up. Each experience was phenomenal. Aldir is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to explain things to you because he wants YOU to be the healthiest you can be. You are treated like a human being there- not just another patient like you find with so many Doctors these days. I am so grateful to have had this experience and will recommend him to anyone that needs to see a Cardiologist.

Very good doctor , but he needs to change his staff or retrain them. i had an appointment , and when i got there, they told me that they have not got the approval from the insurance. then i asked them, why they did not call me on Friday.( it was Monday). the front desk lady told me that they had a big emergency on Friday and everything was upside down in the office. now i asked myself, are they short staff, or is it lack of organization? definitely lack of interest and caring for the patient. Nobody could call me on Friday!? i guess what she meant was they had more important things to do than call me. another thing, i called for my prescription, there was none in the pharmacy. then i called the office and erika told that the doctor needs to sign it before fax it over. the appointment was the 24th of April, i went to the pharmacy the 1rst of May, still no prescription! maybe the doctor believed if i have lived without them for a period of time, i can survive some more time.

After several calls and messages to schedule an appointment they called to reschedule was treated with much disrespect by Marisol when I asked the reason for the change when all the paperwork requested was sent sent prior to the appointment. She then told me it was received but they had to reschedule and if I was not happy with their service to find another and hung up.

On the first visit September 2016, in a waiting room for three hours, the doctor and staff pleasant until that moment. Dr. Aldir (very prepared and committed to the patients health) refers me to two studies and that his staff would contact me to coordinate the appointment. By December 2016 they had not called me and I contacted the office after several calls without communication I managed to speak with one of the secretariats that coordinated the studies for January 2017 and I told him that I need to refill my medication to what he mentions That he will leave it to Dr to send to the pharmacy (which never happened). The date of the studies arrives and it turns out that Dr was not going to be in the office and that is why the study could not be carried out (appointment that I confirmed twice). In the end I changed doctors to receive medical treatment. To complete they did not send a copy of my file to my new doctor and I had to go personally since they never answered the phone to ask them to send the information. I understand that your staff does not help you to provide a better service.
