This doctor (and his staff) are the WORST! ALL THEY DO IS LIE! They NEVER answer the phone, they are NEVER in the office (even during regular hours), and the doctor is TERRIBLE. He does not explain things well, and he become angry when you ask him to explain something again.We tried to make an appointment over TWO months ago but no one ever answered the phone. Sometimes our calls went to an answering service but no one ever called us back. Then after a month of trying to see D. Jimenez, my mom was hospitalized for an on-going heart condition.After mom was released from the hospital, we tried again for OVER a month to make an appointment. We got frustrated because no one ever answered the phone. We then drove to the office TWICE (during their business hours) to make the appointment in person. The office was totally CLOSED both times. We called their phone number again and the answering service said they were gone for the day. There was no sign explaining why they were closed or when they would be back.Finally, we drove to the office a third time and was able to make an appointment OVER A MONTH after my mom got out of the hospital.We arrived early on the day of our appointment and had to wait for OVER THREE HOURS to see the doctor. During that time, many patients (who are all elderly) got into arguments with the receptionist and eventually walked out because they waited for HOURS without being able to see the doctor. The reception kept saying, I dont have any information every time someone asked for an update.The staff keeps saying theyre short staffed but this has been their excuse for over THREE MONTHS now. We understand that COVID-19 has delayed many things, but this is just unacceptable. These people are total LIARS and are completely unprofessional. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE! Weve never been to a doctor who is so unresponsive, unprofessional, and careless. Avoid this doctor (and his staff) at all costs!! We will be reporting these people to the appropriate authorities.

He was my cardiologist for at least 8 yearsExcellent, he cares for his patients and treats them with respect and dignity. His staffers are also exceptional.I will recommend him very highly.

I don’t even think this cardiac facility deserves even one star for me. This has got to be the worst cardiac practice I have ever been to. Their office personnel and manager are very rude. They are very incompetent and hardy ever pick up the phone. They are not organized and very hard to deal with, I would have to harassed them constantly following up just to get my medication refilled. Please save yourself time and patience before you consider services from that office.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a cardiologist. They kept us waiting 3 hours even though I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment! It was very annoying to see people who came in after me, up to two hours after us, be taken in before us. They did not have the paper work I filled out online because their system was broken so I had to fill everything out again. I hope this was an isolated incident.

My wife had an appointment for 1030 is 1 pm and ahe still not been taking care i think is irresponsible of you to make appointments of uou dont have the time ahe works and cant lose hrs because you are irresponsible 3 horas para in holter que lea tomo 5 minutos. ea un abuso.

While my experience with the cardiologist was cordial and brief as all I needed was a clearance for the gastro; my experience with follow up on clearance documents and phone communication access has been very poor. Today is the 3rd time since April 7, that I have tried to get a gastro appt. for my endoscopy and colonoscopy and this cardiologist office has not sent the clearance to my gastro. This is extremely dissapointing. Office procedures need to be evaluated and changed. The phone is constantly busy.

I only have good experience at Dr Jimenez office. Dr. Jimenez is a high qualified cardiologist and provides service with kindness understanding and professionalism. The staff have been professional and attentive on all the occasions that I have been at the office.

Dr Jimenez and his staff were friendly and professional. Dr Jimenez is very knowledgeable and an outstanding cardiologist. I would recommend him as he takes his time with his patients and truly cares about the individual. Truly rare in today’s medical world.

This is the worst medical office experience I have had in my life. I regret to have set an appointment in this place and I did it to support the Latino businesses because I’m Latino. But I was almost 2 hours waiting in order to be seen amd I had to leave. They were aware that I asked special permission at work to attend and I basically returned to work more late than I notified my boss. There is only one person in front getting interruptions by people and phone calls causing delays to the patients that have appointments. Not even an apology or circle back with you to reset the clock. Then they said my primary dr never sent the tests and all of the sudden they found them. Atrocious management and I definitely will look for other doctor before I get another heart attack waiting in this office. I should have read the reviews before setting an appointment and waiting 30 days to be seen.

I came with my mother that had an appt and so far it was ok while i was checking out i overheard politics being discussed and name calling about different party. I come here to see dr not to overhear about politics. Why is this being discussed during business hours? Dont they have medical stuff to do? I hope this was a one time thing and not an everyday thing..guess ill see next time.. smh

DR. JIMENEZ IS A GREAT CARDIOLOGIST! OFFICE MANAGER IS MISERABLE AND HAS NOT ONE POLITE BONE IN HER BODY! THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS ARE VERY NICE AND HIS CHECK OUT JANIRA IS VERY DILIGENT AND HARDWORKING!

Dr Alverez is patient, attentive and most importantly listens to your concerns. My husband and I are very comfortable with his advice and care.We highly recommend Dr.Alvarez. The staff is polite and efficient.The wait time is long as he spends time with his patients. Well worth the wait!

I give them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Terrible, terrible customer service, the receptionists do not even look at you when you arrive, they are to busy gossiping. Waiting time is ridiculous, I overheard other patients saying they had been waiting for over 3 hours and expected to be there for another 2 hours. I arrived 10 min before my appointment and was not called to complete paperwork until 30 min later. One patient told me he had been requesting refill for his heart medications for over a week, when he told the receptionist she told him she did not have time to help him now because she was very busy (yes she was, gossip was more important). When I was called to check in, the receptionist asked for my lab work, I told her I did not have any. She said the Doctor would not see me without it. I told her no one told me I needed labs when I made the appointment (6 weeks ago) she said we tell everyone to bring labs. So not only was she very rude, she also called me a liar. Shame on Dr. Jimenez to allow this to go on in his practice, I know he is an excellent cardiologist, I am so surprised he even has patients. I am in the medical profession and I would never ever treat my patients this way or allow anyone working with me to treat patients under my care this way. When I told the receptionist I would find another Cardiologist she said have a good day. Needless to say I left the office without seeing the Dr. I should send Dr. Jimenez a bill for the time I wasted in his office when I could have been at work taking care of my patients. My advise to everyone, find a practice that cares about you and your medical needs, I say this as a Professional Healthcare Provider.

Although Drs Jimenez knowledge, experience and reputation is excellent, the office management is a disaster and a nigthmare. The schedule appts and procedures for one hour and you have to wait long periods of time and the front desk ask you to wait. Is awful been in this office. Unfortunately, I will change my cardiologist. I will recommend to change the office personnel including the office manager.

Dr.Jimenez and Dr. Alvarez are caring and passionate Doctors.

Over booked patients and the front desk needs to be schooled on how to make appointment it makes the Dr. Look bad get new staff.

They did not want to attend to me because I did not bring the blood tests ... something that should not be an impediment since they can request them by fax, I got them in 5 seconds but they did not want to attend to me anyway. The longest wait for a simple stress test, if I did not have it when I left I definitely got up waiting 3 hours for them to attend me ...

I am a patient since 2005 is an excellent cardiologist I do not complain and his staff is very attentive to the patients too.ciando I go to the emergency room and they have to call me the rapid I am sent to admit and the next day I am in hospital evaluating or going from invediato to hospital.I do not change it for another one. Im from the country that if I do not like the service as a doctor I do not return

What happens that you call and they put you on hold and they never attend you ??? You hang up the call and call again and the same ... they never answer !!!!
