I loved everything about my experience with Ms. Zeena. Finally! Someone who actually listens to what I want done with my eyebrows! Im definitely going back!

Zeena is transparent overall with her talent of eyebrows threading ,facials and everything else she can do. Even her Brazilian wax wasnt hurtful. She is for her clients well-being.

It was my first time EVER threading my eyebrows (after being loyal to waxing for 10 years). I was so scared. Zeena made it painless and tolerable for me. She is extremely sweet and Im happy that I found a wonderful eyebrow technician.

It kills me when I have to make an appointment and then the appointment time isn’t honored. On top of that no one even came to at least give me a heads up that they were running behind. Everyone’s time is precious so at least give that courtesy if you are going to be late.

I got my eyebrows threaded here, and I’ve never had them look better! The lovely woman who did them was so nice, and she did such a great job! After years of trying to find a place that gives me a good arch, I finally have one. She did them exactly how I asked for them to be done, and I’ve never been happier with how they look!

First time and zeena did such a great job. I actually got my entire face threaded because it helps with a smoother makeup application and she was very thorough. A lot of people rush when they see other customers but she didn’t do that. She made sure I didn’t see any hair after. I definitely recommend her and don’t suggest you listen to all bad reviews unless you go and try it first.

My experience was not a positive one. Cuts and screwed up shape! Messed up eyebrows and cuts so bad had wait at least a week to heal and will take months to grow. She did refund me and offered to re do them but I can’t trust her work. 3 times (2 with cuts, 1 with screwed up shape) I wish I had read some reviews before I visited this place. I give 1 star for the refund. On the other hand business wants me to remove review but I feel reviews are important positive and negative and let others know your experience as well as allows the businesses to learn from their mistakes in order to provide better service to their clients.

My eyebrows were very neat. The only problem I had is that there were some bruising in the area threaded.
