UPDATE: I came back the next morning and they did redo my nails hassle free.Went in for a pedicure and refill. There are dips and bubbles in my nails, the person taking care of me wasn’t exactly rude but she wasn’t exactly welcoming either. They cut my thumb while filing down my newly laid acrylic as well.

Amazing first impression! I’ve never gotten my nails done and this was the first place I found due to the reviews. Awesome job! They didn’t seem to have the nail stickers for the flowers I requested but Jojo who did my nails is an exquisitely skilled artist and hand painted the design. I didn’t mind that there wasn’t much small talk and I loved to watch the process and not disturb how focused she was. Very professional. Thank you so much!

This place is awesome. I hate went I go to a nail salon and they tell me they cant do the look that I want. Not there I get what I want and I love it! I always get compliments on my nails.

This picture is taken as soon as I got in my car in the parking lot of the salon.The time to be serviced was very fast. The tech who did my nails was very polite. I came in for a fill and showed a picture of French tip nails, after several attempts to have an even set nails, I just requested to do clear. Each nail was uneven. I asked the tech if she was done, when she said yes, I look and they werent even buffed down or cleaned after filling the nails in. I appreciate her attempts on trying, but Id rather settle for no color. Once I asked if I can just get clear coat, she seemed frustrated. Writing this review In hopes that management would see (attention to detail super important, asking how the clients experience and their service was before them leaving should be done)

I love the way they do my toes but when it comes to nails! Never again. Literally got my nails done Saturday afternoon and this morning one just popped off without me noticing. $45 she charged me and didnt even last 5 days! Its literally been 3 days and one came off already and another one is loose.😐very disappointed. As i was writing this the other loose one came off!

If you want an infection this is the place to go. I will never come here again!!!! Called and spoke to the manager the next day to advised him of the situation and he could care less. I have never been treated so poorly were the tip is more important than the health of the customer. My doctor had to give me strong antibiotics and a month later it’s still infected. The manager didn’t even offer me a refund. This place does not care about its customers. Ladies protect yourself!!! Do not waste your money on a place that doesn’t value you, your health or your business.

Beautiful Nail Spa! Very relaxing and loved the service. They provide a drink complimentary as well and omg I love the massage chair ❤️ Really good quality and everything here was clean and love how organized the different nail polishes were. It was Aesthetically pleasing and the drink area! I got sns dip powder on my hands and gel polish on my feet. Love the hot stones and hot towel leg wrap. Recommend coming here! Make an appointment if you can.

Today 7/30/21 I visited Lovers Nails spa for the first time ever and asked to get my eyebrows waxed (bad idea)!.The technician assigned seemed to be in a rush and careless with the wax falling off the stick.When done she asked me to look as if nothing was wrong. I could tell right away this was no accident.When I screamed Oh my God and started crying the tech didn’t show Sympathy or even apologize.She just started talking to a coworker in her native language and walked away!Shortly after the receptionist came to me and offered if I would like his wife’s information who specializes in micro blading to see how much she would charge!!!The technician still never came back out to apologize and refused to provide me her name.I feel hurt and violated. See the picture for yourself and tell me do you think this lady should have known better for a licensed professional

Definitely not worth the price for quality you get. My dip powder nails look muddy and sloppy. Most places will include nail and cuticle cleanup with their dip powder. Some even include wax on the hands. I mostly go to places in the East Orlando area.This place doesnt include a manicure with the dip powder according to the owner (Brian) when I questioned my lacking in service. I will not go here again as it was not worth the price and the owner is rude.I cant believe the tech will just put polish (dip) over dirty nails. Mine had dirt in them from gardening over the weekend, which was the reason for stopping in after on the road for work. It was obvious the nails were dirty. So if it was really extra, it should have been offered.

They were kind, professional, and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted. I had previously had a very bad nail experience and walked in with a pretty botched set of acrylic that caused a lot of nail damage. He was so gentle taking them off, did what he could to restore my natural nail, and gave me a beautiful gel manicure. He clarified at each step and did an amazing job!

I visit here quiet frequently. The atmosphere is always relaxing, and the technicians are very friendly and inviting. They are well trained in different techniques and latest nail trends. Especially Brian! As a person who loves long nails and various designs, Brian never disappoints! I will forever be a client of Lovers Nails and Spa!

At your own risk they did harm one of fingers while they were doing my nails made me bleed and then they still charged me at full price for an unprofessional manicure full set , I wasn’t going to write a bad review since it’s a new nail salon but I am very unsatisfied of the work and quality of my nails it hasn’t been four days and one of my nails already broke due to being so thin. I will come in for a nail fixed since they are responsible and I will leave a review again after

After reading so many reviews about this place I decided to give it a try. And to be honest this is the place to be. I showed Brian the picture of the nails that I fell in love with online and he did an amazing job. It came out better than the picture. Thank you Brian. My first impression was that the place was nice and I liked how clean it looked but after 5 days 4 nails had popped off and when I went to soak the rest off I found mma had been used on my nails.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!I called on Friday to make an appointment on Sunday, they told me no appointment needed. I showed up at 12:00 at and I got told to come back at 12:30. at 12:30 sharp I returned to the place, a girl asked me to be sit and wait, she did not give me any kind of instruction at what time they would attend me. After about 30 minutes and still without answering me, I asked the lady what time I would be attended, she told me to wait a little more.10 minutes later, someone asked me to sit in the chair of the person who was going to do my nails, the girl started to file my nail, and when she started to do the filling she opened the acrylic jar and then I told her that my nail was done of gel and not acrylic. she got up and went to talk to someone, then I assume that was the manager or the owner came to talk to me and said that I would have to wait another 30 minutes because she does not do a gel nail.lovers nails is highly unprofessional and has 0 time management skills. I would not recommend coming here to anyone it is a waste of time and money to go to this nail salon. In the amount of time i had to wait to be seen I could have did my nails myself, save your time everyone and visit a different salon that will treat you with more respect

This is my first time coming and I fell in love! They have everything you want and need. They are very clean and friendly. They even have wine, water and snacks for you. The wait was longer then expected because I was told ten minutes but the 25min wait was worth it all. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone who asks.

I called ahead to ask if I they had glow polish or acrylic. A man answered the phone and told me yes and that I could just walk in. So 3 hours later I got there told them what I wanted they said yes they had the glow in the dark acrylic but not gel I said that fine so I picked the colors to match my nails. After all that being told by two of the workers that the color I picked was glow turns out it wasnt. I was told after the service that they dont have it. Im more mad at the fact that I was lied to just so I would have to pay for something I didnt ask for.

I loved this salon so much. And it really hurt me they way I was treated yesterday. They refused to service me for not wearing a mask. The male who runs the store was rude and told me that if I don’t want to wear it to go elsewhere. I’ve seen his attitude about things before , but he crossed the line. As of July 1, 2021 we are not required to be asked by anyone to wear a mask. I have no issues wearing a mask , however he was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Update: My nails were lifting the day after i got them done. I had to get them re-done as the lifting got worse every day.Love my nails. Thanks Wendy!

Friday went in for SNS/Pedi. Prices went up, $40 for SNS, which is fine if the quality last. By Sunday a nailed chipped. Monday texted what happened and advised to come in and they will fix it. Come in and explained again I was in Friday and this shouldn’t have happened, she bluntly said $4 to fix. I was very upset but I paid because I didn’t want to walk around with the chipped nail. I’ve been a loyal customer and the Customer service has gone down hill here. I won’t be returning.

My cousin and aunt had their nails done there. Its a nice place, beautiful atmosphere, but they but they both had issues the very next day. My cousin went back, and the manager offered get them redone, or get a refund. He only tries to offer her $20 of an $85 set. She ended up getting them redone, for one to break the very day. She got them fixed when we got back to SC

I made an appointment on Friday June 18th for 5:30pm I waited and waited and by 6:30 was when I finally sat in a chair to do my nails by Brian i told him exactly how I wanted them I showed him a picture of what I wanted and got the opposite why? Because it was almost 7:30 and he was rushing because they were going to close the color of my nails is no where near of what I wanted very simple polish and I think he overcharged me just for a full set very unprofessional will not be coming back!!

Anny gave horrible service, very careless. Sloppy and just not attentive. I can tell my nails are going to have be done in a week if not less. I went in for a fill and I’ll never go back to her again. However I have gotten a pedicure and a fill done with Jenny and she was awesome! Now I know I just need to stick with her.

Liz is amazing! She was on time and ready for me when i showed up for my appointment, she listened to everything i wanted and perfected exactly what i wanted. I appreciate her eye for perfection. 10/10 would recommend!

I got the tropical pedicure and everything was good. No complaints there. As far as the manicure I’m a little disappointed. I waited longer than the 15 minutes for the recommended aid dry time for regular nail polish. I actually waited close to 30 minutes and 10 minutes in the car with the aid conditioner on a d my nails still smudged. I come here all the time and I shouldn’t have to get gel or the sns for my nails to look nice. Not only that the polish on my fingers you can see the different layers. Definitely not a clean look. I could have said something once it finished drying but there was people already waiting and to have to wait to have them done again is pointless and should be done correctly the first time around. I understand you want to get everyone in and out but the same level of professionalism should go to everyone no matter what service they are getting done. I really felt like they rushed through the manicure because it was just the express manicure. Very disappointing. I might have to look elsewhere to get my nails done. I just hope this doesn’t continue to happen.

I got my nails done on a friday and the service was so bad i had the owner im assuming she globbed on all the liquid gel onto my nail to the point that when i stuck them in the lamp it felt like it was burning all she said was just take it out and put it back disregarding how bad that can be for my nail didnt even clean the cuticle area and my nails look grown out a week by monday did my toes there and by 3 days my pinky nail polish had come off and they put me with the same person service was trash not recommending or returing again all they did was talk in there native language and laugh photos are 3 days after having my nails done there

Everything about this salon and my experience was 5 stars. I made my appointment through text yesterday and within minutes it was confirmed, I was seated as soon as I arrived for my appointment today. The salon was very clean, dividers between stations and everyone was wearing masks. Mei did my sns manicure, pedicure and eyebrows and she was exceptional. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know, the only thing I regret is not going here sooner! Definitely check them out and ask for Mei, she was amazing!

This was a tough review to write, because over all I’ve enjoyed my previous experiences at Lover’s Nail & Spa. But unfortunately today I went in for a pedicure and manicure, during the removal of my gel polish for my pedicure I was nipped/cut a few times but then an actual significant cut on my pinky toe I’m not sure why she seemed to be rushing I was one of the first people in today and no was actual waiting for services. There was very little concern from my nail tech (just the water hitting my toe was painful)I honestly wanted to stop the process and leave then. I know accidents happen however the lack of concern and or compensation is what was so disappointing. So to go to have a relaxing experience spending $60 just to leave stressed and hurting isn’t a experience I’d recommend. Needless to say I didn’t stay for a manicure not wanting to experience the same on my hands.

Just moved to the area and decided to give this place a shot because of the reviews. I got the organic pedi with Natalay and she did an awesome job. She paid a lot of attention to detail, was super sweet, and was very transparent about prices. Ill definitely come back again.

I had an appointment for a pedicure, I get there, I was asked what are you getting? I said I have a pedi appointment. They said ok and kept working on their clients. I stood there for 10 mins was not acknowledged or given a time frame for service. They were busy so I knew my appt time had not been set aside. I left...🙄

I did my pedicure and the young lady just clean my nails that’s all, she never asked me what type of pedicure I want, horrible. On the manicure I did the dip power and the quality was horrible, she just wants to finish fast and do someone else. She is leaning how to work with customer. I just don’t care if they would treat me more professional as a person not as a thing.

Sang Vo is an awesome nail tech and the massage given with the pedicure is soo relaxing.

I have been coming to Jenny for almost a year and without a doubt one of the best. I go back and forth between my nail shape and she never fails to execute whatever it is I ask. I always do SNS on my hands and she makes them look so natural every time. She’ll forever be my go to!!

Annie is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to get to know her clients likes and dislikes, I have been going to her for almost 2 years and all I have to do is come in and pick a color. She takes her time and makes sure I’m always happy with nails and pedicure! Thank u Annie!!

Absolutely love coming here! I travel 1 hour cause of their service. I have been going there for a couple of months now and they never disappoint me. Wonderful pedicures and all types of nail services. They have a large color selection and an amazing establishment. The music is good and TV shows. Will be coming here for the long run.

I have seen this nail salon many times since I live in the area. Im a huge SNS nail fan and I finally decided to walk in on 12/20/18. I was in love with the results and they lasted a month! Thats with cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, etc. Today I went to remove the SNS and get a regular manicure Which is the blue color. It was awesome! Definitely recommend Lovers nails.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. It is sad that I have been coming for yrs and when I first starting coming the owner Brian was humble and very pleasant, it seems that that has changed as I noticed thru the years. This visit I was accidently charged twice, once without tip and then with tip. I was told it would be handled and refunded. Called the next day to see updates about my refund and was told to send screenshots as if I am a liar, however, I did send them. I never received a call back, text, or email to say it was refunded or an apology at that. I attempted several times to call back and got no answer suddenly and no text replies as well. It is truly a sad day for me that I have to use this platform and have to say goodbye. I hope Brian realizes that his absence and duty to work with his clients has left the building ohh and btw still waiting for my refund!

I came to get my birthday treatment done and today it was a pedicure with Mei! I needed this pedicure so badly and I’m so glad I did it because it was so relaxing! I suffer from bunions and also have bad joint pains on legs and the foot massage was incredible ! Very much needed ! Thank you Mei for always giving such amazing pedicures ! Horrible experience! I moved to KissimmeeFrom Winter park and I remember going to lovers nail salon back when I used to live in Kissimmee ( 6 years ago) and they were amazing. However I went to them and I was thrown around like a little rag doll told me to go from nail tech to nail tech! First nail tech I showed her what I wanted and ask her would she be able to do them with out having to take my prior set off (she did not understand and began taking them off) which resulted to multiple people servicing me because my last set was thick. Nobody seem like they wanted to help me once a new client come in. I ask each nail tech that helped me if they’re able to complete the design I wanted. All of themTold me yes! The nail tech that helped me was the MANAGER and my nails come out HORRIBLE. Kept saying the design I wanted he ran out of the supplies, but I saw plenty when he doing my nails and he also sounded annoyed with me. I will never go back there! Good luck who ever goes there!

When she saw that I needed just two nails fixed she asked me to go back in the waiting area so that she can help a pedicure customer instead. The first time I have gel manicure done at this nail location with my sister in law. As you can see it looks horrible since most of my nails broke in half completely. I had them done on April 16th and by the 20th I had a couple that broke in half or had pieces of gel come off. I didn’t have time to write a review sooner but gel is suppose to last at least 2 weeks and I’ve had it last longer than that at other nail salons back home. It didn’t even last 5 full days with no chips or pieces breaking. I’ve attached my hands along with some pictures my sister in law sent me of her nails. Consider another option other than gel if attending this nail salon.

Annie was phenomenal! She was ready to start my nail service the moment I walked in. Very clean and professional. Location is adhering to CDC guidelines. I showed Annie my look and she executed 💯. I highly recommend this location, especially Annie. Very happy customer. #fullset # exceptional

Appointment was made for 1:30pm, didn’t get sat down for my full set until 4pm. Also, my nails were not what I wanted. The owner, Brian said he knew how to do the nails basedon the picture I showed him. Then once, the color had to be put in the nail, he said he couldn’t do the design. If I knew he couldn’t do the nails I wanted, I would of went somewhere else. Let me add, I didn’t leave until 5pm.. this was for a full set & pedicure with appointments. Very unprofessional, and expensive. These has been the worst nail set I’ve gotten in my life.

My nails came out really nice but I noticed they don’t prep your cuticles or use primer before laying down the acrylic and those things are crucial to keeping your nails from lifting. I had a feeling I should have a prepped my nails before hand but I thought if I’m paying them why should I?
