Today my husband and I had an appointment at 4 oclock in the afternoon .. I arrived at 3:50 and asked Mrs. Desire since my appointment was with her .. some of the stylists told me that he was in the back putting a dye ... on several occasions I told her that if she knew that we were there ... she said yes ... my husband left at 4:30 ... I stayed since I was interested in fixing my hair ... At 5:10, one of the estistas called me at her station and she told me that she was going to fix my hair ... I asked Mrs. Desire and they told me that she was not there that she had had to leave ... it is understandable. Lady left but my annoyance was the treatment and the lie and wanting to impose on a person that I do not know as a professional ... I do not recommend her and I would never return ... I felt a lack of respect and professionalism ... and in the end One of the stylists told me that if I did not want to fix my hair with a young lady that they were assigning me that they did not want to take care of me either ... here the matter is that they did not tell me From the beginning the lady was not there ... my decision to fix my hair or not with another person ... that is not done and less to a client ... I made my appointment 3 days ago ...
