I have been a customer here multiple times before and have always had a professional clean and friendly experience. After this last time I will not be returning again. I had realized I scheduled my wax too close to another appointment so I called to reschedule. I was told 10:20 over the phone. The next day I look at my email and it says I’m supposed to be there at 9:50, 30 minutes before my scheduled time. I thought maybe it was just for prep or paperwork beforehand so I hightailed it there as fast as I could. I arrive barely 10 minutes after 9:50, on the way there I told her I was just pulling in and could quickly do whatever paperwork beforehand and they said okay, then I walk in and they tell me they can either do a modified service or reschedule and they couldn’t do my service today. I was confused because I was there 20 minutes before my originally scheduled service, they gave me the wrong time and I was hardly late for that. 15-20 minutes sure I can understand that, but my waxes normally don’t take take the full time anyways and that’s not much of a grace period for customers. I am so disappointed with the customer service. She also told me she wouldn’t charge me any fees because “I was technically there” ummm, of course you’re not going to charge me, I am there 20 minutes before our agreed upon appointment date, I’m late for this random time that I didn’t agree to. I can understand a miscommunication, but the customer service following that was not up to standard and it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

A great place to go to get waxing services done. Ive been coming to this location since 2018 and havent looked back. The products they sell are amazing! Body butters, sugar scrubs, brow tints, gels etc are some of the few things I enjoy and purchase from time to time. I say time to time because a little goes a long way!

I am SO glad that I found this place! I was very nervous as other places I would go would give me ingrown hairs, but Karla took that into account and gave me the best experience possible!! Offered me products that have helped a lot and I plan on going back to Karla!! Wonderful service and very clean environment!

They actually do a good job and have great service but being from Georgia and going to actual Brazilians there….it’s hard to justify coming here.For what goes into doing a Brazilian wax, I think this is overpriced and takes way too long (1 hr for $80 when I’ve gotten them done in 15 mins in atlanta for $30). Going to find a different place.

I have been coming here for over a year. They have amazing staff all up and I see Michelle. Ive had back, ear and male brazilian (dont knock it till you try it) wax and she has made me feel comfortable for all of those. They have their own custom wax that makes the procedures easier. Easy online booking and good prices. Highly recommended.

Im so glad I found Michelle! She does a fantastic job with my eyebrows; paying close attention to detail and helping me shape it and helping it grow back in evenly and nicely. This location is easy to get to, super clean facility, the staff are so nice, and they dont push you to upgrade or buy products like other salons do. Scheduling is easy to do online and they have great hours for working adults. Im glad to be a returning client over and over again!

I went to this place in post COVID times, theyve certainly invested in keeping high quality cleanliness in comparison to a lot of other salons. My boyfriend went for an eyebrow wax for his upcoming work photo shoot. His eyebrows turned out nice and groomed, they turned out perfect for the shoot. He was also super nervous about being a man going to a waxing center, Alexa the esthetician put those worries behind him. He really likes his brows and wants to go back!I also went for an extended bikini wax. This place is really good at educating on skin care, pausing to check in with you, and being friendly and professional. Both my boyfriend and I had Alexa, a relatively new employee to this location. She was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend. I feel awesome having some normalcy to my grooming routine as I have been avoiding places due to COVID. I work as a nurse and I would say their level of clean is even cleaner than a lot of medical offices. We will be back before we move!

Melissa Sawyer is amazing! I would highly recommend her. She is professional and friendly. She did everything possible to make my head to toe waxing as comfortable as possible. As a nurse, I appreciate her attention to utmost cleanliness in her private room and during the process. Everyone there is warm and inviting. I will definitely returning to see her.

I cant rave about this place enough, I have been coming here every month for well over a year and all of the staff are great, friendly, and well practiced. I would really hesitate to go anywhere else if you live in the area. I LOVE this place.

Came in for a back wax thinking it would only be my back but half my upper arm was waxed as well and now I have embarrassing hair lines on both my arms, my shoulders, and the sides as well. So much for trying to look good before a trip. Wont be back to WTC Kirkland ever.

Monica did a good job at the service and was very thorough. Unfortunately though, I don’t think I will be returning. Parking is absolutely terrible! Plus, the whole vibe of the building is very sterile. Felt more like going to the doctor than going in for a beauty treatment. Bright fluorescent lighting is not really enjoyable when you’re laying on a bed....it felt very weird. My 4 star rating is based strictly on the quality of the service. But if you’re looking to relax or be comfy, go elsewhere.

Michelle is such a great waxer, you can tell she really cares about her craft and she is so detailed oriented she never misses anything!

Pricey but worth it.I cannot vouch for all the care givers in the salon but the one who dealt with me was definitely cautious and took great care in her service delivery.Not surprisingly, the prices for men waxing in Waxing the City are more expensive than womens tariffs as most salons but the good quality results help to deal with it.I appreciated the little details such as the phone charger in the room; charge your phone whilst youre being taken care of.

This is my go to wax place. They have very convenient hours (including evenings and weekends including Sunday) and its very easy to book online. All the aestheticians Ive had have been great!

I got an extended bikini and a lip wax from Colleen for my wedding. She absolutely nailed it. Not only did it barely hurt, there was no irritation on my lip afterwards...which never happens. They use great wax that doesnt pull too hard, and the after-wax serums are awesome. I highly recommend Colleen! Ill definitely be back for my next special occasion!

If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. I booked online; however, when I went for my appointment (arriving 10 minutes early), they informed me my online booking did not go through and they could not accommodate me. It was a bad customer experience as far as I am concerned. Living in the greater Seattle area, there are multiple options for wax services, so I will take my business elsewhere.

First visit was good. Second visit not so satisfied. she told me it ws not so clean because my last visit was over a month ago. Thats not enough reason to not do your job well.

Very clean and professional environment, skilled staff. Prices are on the high end for some services, but they offer a number of individualized areas so you can customize the experience for your needs.

I love going here! They are so welcoming, and flexibility if you have an emergency.

This is the first time I have ever gotten a Brazilian done and I highly recommend this place. Everyone was so nice. Ebony was very gentle. it was awkward at all. I felt like I was with friends. I dont normally write reviews but this place was great.

Ive been here twice, and both times when I got home my eyebrows were crooked with extra hairs that needed to be tweased. I also had my eyebrows and lashes dyed and it lasted less than a week.
