I initially went in just for more information and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me into the schedule. I have waxed before but never sugared. I had my appointment with Rose who was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She explained what I needed to do and gave me aftercare instructions as well. Also got me scheduled for my next appointment.

This Kirkland location is beautifully maintained, super clean. They were super respectful and kind, and be sure to ask about the VIP discount (great if youre a hairy person like me!). Parking is fairly easy, I just parked in the street.

I went in and got a sugaring service done for the first time ever and I was nervous but Rose was so kind and sweet! I felt so relaxed, comfortable and that I was in great hands! The place is very clean and everything organized! I got such an amazing service. I definitely recommend Rose she’s so lovely!

Kiara is the best! She is so fast and does a great job. Not to mention shes hilarious and I enjoy talking to her. I DEFINITELY recommend going here if you are considering trying out waxing. My skin is extremely sensitive and the sugar waxing Ive had done here at Sugar Plum has not irritated my skin at all.

Kiara did a great job on my treatment. If you go for your first time, they give you a complimentary treatment a week later to get your hair in the same cycle. I am very satisfied with my service.

I was incredibly impressed with the quality of service I was provided today by Ali! She is such a dedicated professional and her technique, knowledge and personality made this experience such a breeze. Ive never felt better leaving a waxing salon. She actually took the time to educate me on my own hair growth cycle (where else can you really get this?!) which assured me of how long my results would last and when I should expect to seek another appointment. Aside from this, she was very detailed and made sure I got exactly what I came in for and more so I ended up getting an add-on service which she executed perfectly!I have more words but you just gotta go see it for yourself. Clean, fast, and efficient. They have great staff. Pricey, but it is worth it and they have plenty of ongoing promotions to take advantage of. I have been using Bee for 2 years, and highly recommend her.

I book all of my appointments with Nicole, and she is the best! Always makes me feel super comfortable, at ease, and not at all awkward. Nicole is quick and does a high quality job. Absolutely LOVE this place,1. Sugaring is GREEN. No razors, no cartridges, no shaving cream cans, a little dollop of sugar mixture once every 3 weeks or so.2. TIME SAVINGS. OH MY GOSH. TIME IS MONEY. But they are so awesome I am taking some time to review :p3. Theres just a really free feeling climbing out from under the oppressive daily razor routine. Lol.4. Valarie who does mine is fantastic and keeps me distracted with imagery of snow boarding adventures!5. As you do sugaring more, your hair eventually reduces (mine has already started to) and then youre free and environmentally friendly (no return to razors) for all time

I love this place. Ive been coming here for over a year! Heather has been my go to for that time but shes moved on to bigger and better things! Paige is new and she. Is. Awesome! She has a very different style of approach but its just as good :D I think you have to have some kind of chemistry with someone whos... You know... Up in your business, and we got along great. Shes so sweet and fun to talk to, she made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on too. I definitely recommend Sugar plum and Paige!

I am so amazed at how wonderful and fast Nicole was. This was my second time coming in and my first time was so brutal. Worse than child birth in my opinion. (The other girl was great too, it was painful granted it was my first time) I was so stressed and had so much anxiety coming back for the second time and brought numbing spray and had strong Ibuprofen. I was going to give it one more shot and if it was too painful, I wouldnt continue. During my last visit my body was shaking so violently from the shock. This visit was a tad painful but I was able to suck it up and because Nicole was done in 15 mins, it was a breeze. I literally almost had tears of joy. Best place. Highly recommend it. Everyone is super sweet, everything is very clean and everyone is so understanding and supporting. Both my girls were great but you have to see Nicole.

Wonderful experience at Sugar Plum. My most recent sugarist is amazing! Her name is Yesenia, and I have had the BEST experience with her! They make appointments, scheduling, and paying extremely easy and convenient. Appointments are quick, and preparation/care before and after service is delightful!I will continue to go here until I cant anymore
