I needed a covid test after getting a sore throat and they were great! Very easy process to schedule a time and the staff was super friendly. Got my negative test result in 20 minutes which really eased my mind.

I was very disappointed with the LACK of customer service, its obvious that technology has taken the place of common sense. I scheduled an 8AM COVID test and received a text early morning, to confirm my appoinment (likely a bot and thats OK). I replied with a Y to confirm my appointment and arrived at 8am. The office was dark and the front door was locked. I called and someone picked up the phone and said the doctor isnt here and they told us to wait until 9AM. I mentioned it would have been nice to receive a phone call especially since you likely received an email that I had checked in. The response........no one told us to call. WOW no words.....

Absolutely useless bureaucrats. I needed a covid test because the person I live with has covid. As soon as I tested negative I planned to get the hell out of there. They made me wait 2 extra days even though my roommate has been exposing me for over a week. When I had my appointment they made me wait 30 minutes only to tell me that they lied to me about being able to get my results in an hour. If I didnt want to wait 2 MORE days for my results Id have to go somewhere else. Absolute waste of time.

By far the best urgent care Ive been to! Everyone super friendly and MD or NP Clay was amazing, thorough, friendly and listened. Did not feel rushed at all! Easy online appointments! I highly recommend this place! Especially if youve had bad past experiences with MDs!

Scheduled for 5PM appointment on a Saturday a day prior and filled all the paper work online for a simple procedure. Checked in electronically at 4:55PM, and went inside at 5PM. After taking my id and insurance, the receptionist told me that I had to wait 30 minutes for the doctor. I said that they should have told me ahead of time so that I could have done something else. I also offered to come back in 30 minutes, but they didnt allow that. The doctor then came out to the reception area and told me that theyre short-staffed. I repeated my complaint in an even voice. He got irritated and told me to leave. MultiCare Indigo really need to improve their communication and warn their patients if therell be a delay.

The staff was extremely personable and proficient. They were also punctual and helpful in securing an appointment. If I need urgent care ever, Ill choose you over Evergreen.

Dave was welcoming and very accommodating in getting me in for an appointment. He was so kind and kept my 3yo daughter (side kick) at ease with stickers and juice. I had X-rays performed in a timely manner to assess, what ended up being, a broken toe. PA Ryan was efficient, professional and personable. I left feeling well cared for and my time appreciated. Kudos to the Indigo staff!

Came in at mid-day on a Friday with a shin laceration (thanks mountain biking), and they took fantastic care of my muddy, bleeding self. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting me set up, and the nurse who got me cleaned up was great. Dr. Su (she said she normally works in Bellevue) stitched me up with care, and did a nice job with a wound that was not very clean. They even handled my slow-to-respond insurance perfectly. I would gladly get put pack together here again.

I needed a Covid test before my overseas travel. This company requires you to do an online consultation which cost around 120.00 dollars. Then you go to the actual clinic for the test. The guy that did my test was so rough. The process was painful with this guy. The good news is that the results were in within one hour. The bad need is that when I cane back from my trip there were few bills waiting for me . So it cost me around 350.00 to get this test done. Unbelievable….,.. avoid this company at all cost. I hate to see how much they will charge for real emergencies.

I accidentally ended up with stitches in my head while on vacation. Id been to MultiCare before so I felt good about letting them take them out. Quick and painless. Almost as easy as their check in and billing apps. I dont have health insurance so its nice to find such care 5 minutes from my house at affordable prices. Thank you all very much

Never have I encountered a more welcoming team of doctors and assistants. From Dr. Jessica Wang to her crew Sky, Libby and RaymondWarm, caring, and they all had great senses of humor. Seriously, the best doctor visit in 30 years.

As far as urgent care goes, this Indigo has to be one of the most professional and friendly. The care was exceptional, and they were very direct about wait times. Michelle and the staff are rockstars and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking care!

I made a last minute appointment; the office called to confirm the reason for my visit (great). When I got there they were very friendly, took my insurance (primary and secondary) and got me into a room quickly. They were open about what to expect and running on a bit of a delay (still pretty speedy). Very fast lab turnaround. I would definitely come back and will recommend them.

I really like the staff at the Juanita indigo. They have always gone above and beyond for providing excellent service and good information and exams. sometimes I feel like they spend more time with me in appts than my regular doctor.

Right off the bat I was warmly welcomed by their lovely front desk lady, Libby. She was very nice and informative. I didn’t wait long at all to get called back by the MA, David, who was also friendly and funny. Dr MC was the one who took care of me at my appt today and you could actually see that she cared about the issues that I was presenting to her. Working in health care myself, it’s nice to see another office that has good values when it come to running a clinic. Will definitely recommend to anyone :)

I made an appointment online SO easily and everyone who helped me was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. The facility was so clean and stylish and they even offered me a drink! It felt very luxurious for a doctor’s office! And I spent next to no time in the lobby, it was all so quick!

Every time I come here it is quick and easy. Everyone is very friendly and listens even though they’ve been working 12 hour shifts and short staffed! I struggle to even find a regular doctors office that is a great as they are.

Wouldn’t see my child for possible concussion. Wanted to send me to Children’s Hospital without seeing him bc they were “at capacity” even though the wait time showed no one ahead of me. I feel like they closed in 20 and didn’t want to be bothered. Very disappointed. Evergreen Urgent Care took us right away and they were wonderful.

Theyre always very nice, its clean and comfortable. Make an appointment in order not to wait. I highly recommend visiting should you need non emergency medical care.

High quality, upscale looking facility. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. They actually gave me a pillow, warmed blanket and a bottle water while I waited in the examination room. My physician was friendly, knowledgeable and in NO way rushed me along, even though I was not his only patient at the time. I was listened to completely and received all the care I came for.They also took my medicaid. Excellent facility.

Booked an appointment for 1240pm but still had to wait but thats true everywhere, lol. The waiting area is clean and very comfortable. All staff here are extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend when you cant get a quick appointment for your own pcp!

I needed a quick COVID test as I came down with symptoms over a weekend. Test was negative, BTW. I was able to make an appointment and fill out paperwork online, which was nice. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist/medical aid who promptly completed the usual ID/insurance stuff and then kept me informed of progress during a short wait. The facility is very clean and well laid out. The nurse who came in for the vitals and to take my test sample was very friendly despite being the end of a long day, as was the doctor who came in to finalize everything. I can recommend Indigo to anyone. Great people.

I was turned away from another location due to staffing issues, thus they could not take walk-ins at all that day.However at this location in Kirkland, I was only met with stellar service and kindness from all the staff! The assistant My Linh and Dr. Nicolas were compassionate and caring. I didnt catch the name of one of the providers at the end of my visit, but he had a great sense of humor and just continued to make my experience there even better.I had to wait an hour to be seen and you cant wait inside due to some covid policies, but that wasnt a big deal at all. I appreciate their kindness and efficiency even though theres a healthcare staffing shortage.I havent had a bad experience at an Indigo urgent care center (have been to the Mill Creek one before). :)

Id had only positive experiences at another Indigo clinic, and my experience here was also great. I made a same-day appointment online with Solv, which was very easy. When I arrived, I didnt sit in the waiting room for very long at all. Everyone whom I interacted with was friendly, caring, and human. They didnt seem rushed or act like I was bothering them by being there. I received appropriate care quickly, as I have in the past when Ive gone to Indigo Urgent Care for a lab test or an acute illness. In addition, the medical staff of both Indigo clinics that Ive visited have been racially diverse, which means every patient is more likely to receive unbiased care. Also, the clinic is bright, open, and modern, which made me feel comfortable. It isnt fun to get sick or injured, but I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care if you do.

Had a Covid test today. Thankfully it was negative! I went to Indigo at the end of January and I had tested positive. I got the J&J in May and I was a bit nervous that I might test positive again! Both of my visits to Indigo at Totem Lake have been very positive! The attendant, David, and the Nurse Practitioner, Lior, were both very professional and thorough. I feel for all healthcare workers who are exposed and work with that everyday. The folks at Indigo/Totem Lake are great including the receptionist who was able to fit me in. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, from reception to doctor. Some delay, but that’s true of any urgent care. If anything I’d say the delay was from being so thorough. Allowing you to fill out paperwork ahead of time was also a nice feature.

Wanted a $100 copay for me to do a COVID test. Completely ridiculous considering it should be completely covered by my health insurance or the government. Canceled and got tested elsewhere…FOR FREE!

I have been to Indigo Multi-care at Totem Lake a few different times and each time I have been met by courteous, friendly staff, taken back for treatment fairly quickly, and received excellent care! I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a prime care which is ready to serve the public whether you are a drop-in or you make an appointment!

I cut my thumb while cooking and wasn’t sure if I needed to go in, but after an hour it was still bleeding pretty badly. I walked into Indigo Urgent Care just a few minutes before they were supposed to close. They got me in right away and everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctor were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. They took great care of me and I was so appreciative to all of them for staying late to help me with my cut. Definitely recommend Indigo if you need urgent care in the Totem Lake area.

The website doesn’t reflect practice. They have appointment times for rapid covid testing but the website says to walk in if available times weren’t convenient. I called ahead when I got off work at 7:30pm as I am 5 minutes from this location. I was told I couldn’t come in as they had 12 people in the waiting room and closed in thirty minutes. My work takes two days to turn around a covid swab and I couldn’t afford to miss work and I just wanted to be safe as I’m not experiencing symptoms but I know I could potentially be positive without them. Drove to the bothell location knowing it would be really crummy but id be there by 7:45. I walked in and was turned away at the desk because the test takes 20 minutes to run and they closed at 8pm. I know it sucks having patients come in so close to closing. I’ve worked urgent care, so I really know. We accepted patients until the doors were locked at 8pm no matter what. I just wished the website said they had a cut off time for testing. I thought this would be the place to go because it said 8-8, 7 days a week, make an appointment if you can but we will accept walk-ins ,even on the covid FAQs page. I’m just frustrated and embarrassed and I wouldn’t have wasted time and gas driving to both locations.

Dr. Ryan heard I was paying out if pocket for the visit and test, he took the charges off for me. The fact that my health was more important than the invoice melted my heart. Nice people. Unfortunately, it was understaffed to the point that they were turning away walk-ins and telling them to go to the ER, which is pretty wild, but also a sign of the COVID times. It took an hour to get a COVID test, but I would go back, especially in a post-COVID/normal staffing situation. Will probably go elsewhere for a COVID test, if I need another one, though.

Of the two times Ive been, I am very satisfied with the level of care I received on both occasions. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait time on my first visit was pretty long, but the doctor had a lot of patients to see so it was understandable. On my second visit I had to have a procedure done on my foot and the practitioner was very thorough in making sure the area was fully numb beforehand, making the whole thing quick and painless. All of the staff Ive interacted with were professional and personable.

Had my first encounter with Urgent care today, which turned out really well.. Very successful from when I was greeted by Sasha at the front desk, who I find out she is also the radiology tech. I also liked Paula, who did the first treatment with professionalism. Dr. Jillian Weissman was a real sweetheart, who didnt give up after many trials and perfectly removed the stubborn ear wax!! She may appear demure, but she is really a Tiger!

Wonderful staff!! Best Urgent Care I have been too. I got a COVID test and David was the best with the swab. Very gentle and NO pain. The Practitioner Andrea Perlman was fantastic as well. This is a very well run business and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Fast and friendly service. Very nice people and clean place. They were a little short staffed and very apologetic and did everything they could to talk to us and get us through and worked together very well to make a team of 2 get through 3 people in less than an hour without us feeling rushed. They took the time to understand me and my health need to make sure I got the treatment I needed. I would go back. There online scheduling was easy to use and confirmed you were scheduled and that they had checked you in.

I have only visited twice. Both urgent matters. Staff is very compassionate, competent and friendly. I have not waited for more then 10 or so minutes to be seen, even during the pandemic, however, I dont believe they see patients experiencing Covid signs.I love this place....quick, accurate & easy. We had an appointment for a C19 test. Staff were very efficient and courteous. It was a clean and pleasant waiting area. The tech explained the test quickly and when done Dr. Weissman came in and gave my husband a quick examination, asked questions and was super nice. It was a good experience for our first urgent care visit.

I went in without an appointment yesterday. I had a severe migraine and I was in excruciating pain. Although they were short handed, the young lady at the front did everything she could to get me in ASAP. I was seen within 45 minutes. The doctor and the nurse were both empathetic to my situation. They seemed to have a sincere understanding of what I was going through. When I received the injection, the young lady was excellent at her job because I didnt feel a thing.Im so grateful to the whole team at MultiCare Indigo. I was in so much pain and they truly helped me. THANK YOU!!
