I had immediate, excellent care! Joan took very good care of me and gave me sm injection in the hip that I didnt even feel. Kim was able to get to the real cause of my pain and fever by asking all the right questions. She was extremely competent and both Kim and Joan were kind, caring, and efficient. I felt very well cared for and feel certain I will have a speedy recovery. I highly recommend this clinic and if I ever need Urgent care again, I will definitely return!

I have visited this urgent care a few times now (unfortunately), and have always had a pleasant experience. Its clean, the staff is friendly, and they can hit my veins on the first shot. Id highly recommend them.

Ive visited this Clinic before. So much better than trying to get doc appointment and needing to rearrange your schedule. Not much of a wait. Nice people, fast service . . . Perfect! If its not serious or life threatening, see these guys. I highly recommend.

$300 bill to register as a new patient, only to see a physicians assistant (for all of 5 minutes) for simply wanting to get a strep test. Sent to collections. Never contacted me for a year and a half. Whole experience was absolute garbage. Seems like a total scam. Dont trust them or the billing department.

I had the most wonderful care at the Kirkland Immediate Clinic on 100th Avenue. Both Kate and Laura greeted me warmly, and processed me quickly so that I could be seen. They both gave me the idea that they really enjoyed their jobs.Sarah was my provider. She gave me a thorough examination, and asked me many questions about my health. She not only examined my eye, which was the problem, but gave me other ideas about issues I was having with my health. She did not give me the idea that she was in a hurry. She was very professional and friendly.I would highly recommend this office of immediate clinic for anybody looking for medical care.

They took care of me and my hurt finger in a quick amount of time. Staff and doctors were all really nice, helpful and courteous. Would definitely not hesitate seeing them in the future for any health issues.

This clinic is an amazing. All the staffs are so nice from the front desk person to all the medical assistant. I felt comfortable there. They are knowledgeable at what they do. I certainly recommend it.

It was great. Everyone was very nice and efficient. There wasnt anyone else there (mid-day Saturday), so I was seen quickly - just a few minutes after I handed in my paperwork. (They had cookies in coffee in the lobby which I thought was nice.) The doctor and nurse answered my questions thoroughly. A much better experience than going to the ER!

I was traveling for work, and had become obviously sick. However the thought of an out of network ER visit made it worse. Thats when I found a walk in clinic open late. The staff was great, and put together a plan that got me feeling better by the next day. Oh, and I didnt have to throw up when I had to pay for the visit. Dramatically less expensive than what I would have dealt with at a hospital emergency room.

This is a great place! I visited last Thursday for the first time, with an eyelid issue (massive swelling; unknown cause). I called ahead to make an appointment. The young woman who answered was very helpful and put me down for my requested time. Under normal traffic conditions, this wouldve given me plenty of time, but OF COURSE, there HAD to be a nasty accident on 405 that delayed me by almost 30 minutes. Of all the days! Anyway, I wasnt given any grief when I finally arrived. The two ladies at the front desk were nice and made the paperwork quick and painless, without any sass. A breath of fresh air, for sure. I was seen by Nurse Ebony within five minutes (shes a hoot - professional, yet funny) and then Dr. Bobba came in just a few minutes later. She took her time in trying to rule out possible reasons for my eyelid swelling, and even though we couldnt determine the exact cause from the few things we did know, she got me the medicine I needed and I was able to pick it up 15 minutes later at the grocery store I asked them to call it in at. Will hopefully never HAVE to go back, but if I have another problem, I know theyll take care of me. Everyone I encountered during this visit seemed like they enjoyed working there and did their jobs effortlessly. How nice.

It my my first time at an Immediate clinic and we have a really good experience. We took my daughter in for a sprained ankle on a Saturday morning. We made an appointment on-line, which was really convenient and they saw us within a few minutes of our arrival and after the usual paperwork. The Doctor was really good with my 7 year old, and they did an x-ray to make sure everything was good, and he wrapped it up for her and gave us a few instructions. The doctor then followed-up with a phone call after a radiologist had confirmed the results. I would definitely go back to this clinic. Most of the reviews are billing related, which we have not had experience with, but I do not anticipate any issues.

Heather, the MA, and Dr. Brooks were both nice and concise. We are happy that they are only 0.75 miles from our house. Im sure at our age that we will see them again.

I was nervous to come here because of other reviews but scheduled an appointment anyway. I was beyond pleased with my experience. I was seen quickly and Jennifer, seeing nothing wrong with my throat, still tested me for strep after I said differently. I was prescribed a nasal spray and for the first time in 5 days I can breathe out of both sides of my nose! Thank you ladies. You made my day off much better.

Wouldnt go back. I could hear the doctors conversation with another patient through my exam room with the door closed. The doctor didnt come back to see me after my test - instead the assistant read paperwork. When I had two questions, she had to leave the room to ask the doctor two separate times, and didnt seem thrilled about it. Its weird that I cant talk to the doctor but I can hear the assistant asking him questions outside the closed door of the exam room. Good part: they didnt actually give me medicine that helped me feel better, but I didnt feel good about the quality of their care and the office.

Called ahead and was treated pretty rudely when I mentioned I was self-pay. When I walked in, nobody greeted me. They just stared at me until I broke the awkward silence. Then I was told that there was a 40 minute wait. They called the other location 10 minutes away to get us an appointment. We drove there and they did not have an appointment right away like we were told. We were told the wait would be one hour. They were unapologetic and rude. None of the gals at the front of either location seemed happy to help or be there at all. I went someone else and paid more just so I didn’t have to deal with them. Terrible experience.

Avoid if possible.Paid cash in full at time of service. A few months later I received a letter from a collection agency saying I have an over due bill. No attempt to contact me first, just straight to collections.The clinic itself was useless. They wouldnt even tell me the total charge of my visit. Told me i had to contact their billing department which has atrocious hours. So if they end up messing your account up, be prepared to throw away prime work hours getting it resolved.**Reply to owner: Billing has not reached out to me. I was told that I need to try and contact them during their restricted hours of availability in order to resolve this. I will email the address you provided and update my review with the results.**Update: finally spoke with someone in billing. This was a billing error on their part. They said they would let me know when it was resolved. Never heard back from them. I assume they fixed the issue?

Very unprofessional place!! they took our insurance and told us how much is going to be our final bill, but they send a bill $60 higher than what they told us. When we asked them, they just said sorry it was a mistake and thats it!!! there is no manager to be responsible for their staffs mistake!! I accepted to visit the doctor because I knew I can afford the cost, but they easily charged me $60 higher!!! So sorry for those who want to make money by cheating on others!!!!Big Dislike!!!

This is a horrible office! They quote one thing and bill another. The prices billed are way higher than what is on the site. You dont even see a doctor, you see a Physicians assistant. They claim they do not know what to bill, and dont offer any sort of invoice or summary when you are finished.I took my son in for allergies (itchy eyes). The Physicians assistant ran no tests, just looked at his eyes and said, yes, allergies. I walked out with a $250 prescription for eye drops. The biggest shocker was when I got a $680 bill for a 15 minute appointment for no lab tests, a quick conversation which provided no more information than I could have gotten off a Google search.Save your money! This place is not worth it.

Have used this clinic 3 times, once for my wife, twice for me, mainly because of its proximity to my home.All three times we saw a P.A., not an M.D.First time I had what turned out to be a severe sprained ankle. P.A. didnt even take an x-ray. Gave me a pain killer, that was it. I was dismissed in under 5 minutes. Ended up going to an Orthopedist for proper care.Second time the P.A. advised me to go to a hospital Emergency Room for a pain in my upper right quadrant. Excuse me, I came Immediate Clinic to be treated, not pushed off to a hospital that I could have gone to on my own. P.A. did basically nothing after a 30 minute wait. Pain turned out to be irritated gall bladder.Third time the P.A. again did absolutely nothing other than offer a pain pill for discomfort in lower chest. Again no x-ray or anything. Another sub-5 minute visit after a 45-minute wait.Save yourself grief, ensure youre treated properly and avoid billing issues. Just go to a hospital.Immediate Clinic is of absolutely no use,As the old saying goes, fool me once, shame on you, etc.

Ive gone to the Kirkland branch of this clinic a couple of times and have had a positive experience each time. I was greeted at the door and asked to explain my symptoms and checked out before the doctor saw me. then when I did meet with the PA she was very knowledge and helped me figure out what was wrong and what my options we on getting better quickly. Everyone on the staff was polite and encouraged me to get better soon. I actually went to this urgent care clinic after having already seeing my regular doctor and still feeling sick week after. I feel that I have better understanding of why my symptoms didnt improve and hopefully on the mend. I also appreciate that this clinic calls a couple days after your visit to see how your feeling.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I have been to this location a few times just because of the convient location, never again and I suggest you dont either. One of the times that I went here I was sick didnt have a cough and they gave me cough medicine I even told the Dr I didnt have a cough 2 days later I was in the ER. Another time I went in I was having issues and needed a new inhaler and they would not see me and said go to a primary Dr.Never will go here again, I feel like they do not know what they are doing, give the wrong medication, not helpful or knowledgeable.

The staff was very friendly and the doctor that treated me gave me good information, reasons why she thought my problem was likely this versus that, which made good sense, and she prescribed something to help me. I was expecting to hear that my only option was taking counter meds, and I was thrilled there was something else. Overall, a good visit.

The front desk staff was wonderful, both when i called before I arrived, during my arrival, and when I called after a couple weeks and I was home and still sick. The doctor, Dr. Arash, did a good job, but did make me feel like I was contagious as he stayed on the opposite side of the room from me. Additionally, I knew I did not have strep throat and yet he still insisted on testing me for strep, so I incurred an extra cost for a test that was not necessary. Other than that, I appreciated that he helped to calm my symptoms. The visit did not completely cure me and I was sick for over six weeks, but I would go back to Immediate Care anytime as I feel they were very professional and I greatly appreciated having care so close to home on a Sunday. I really appreciated the follow up calls from staff and their attention to detail--way to go with the customer service! I would bring my children here and appreciate the convenience.

I came in for a drug test, used to being able to get into those right away, but have never done one at a clinic before. I needed to be somewhere by 5 and it was 4:35, so I went up to talk to Iyesha, and she said it would still be a little bit because there was one person ahead of me. I asked what if I came back Monday, and she said that would be a refusal of the drug test. She took the initiative to get me back there within a matter of 3 minutes, and got me out of there at 4:50 to be at my destination was just literally down the street, but she took the initiative to make sure her customer made it to their next appointment. Kudos to Iyesha

I had a ski accident and had limited mobility in my legs. I called up in advance and scheduled an appointment - unlike other urgent care. The staff was amazing, right from the check-in staff, nurse, to the x-ray specialist. They got a wheel chair to the curb as we parked - we didnt had to ask for it. They were overall very courteous and good humored and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Perhaps it was just past closing time when we were wrapping up and think it must have been a one off issue, but wish they keep few min for patient questions towards the end but I felt rush so could pose a few questions.

Consistently great service. I have brought all 5 members of my family here and had great experiences every time.

They put a wrist brace on me and 3 months later Rainer Surgical group sent me a bill for $175. This brace only costs $25 new anywhere else for the EXACT SAME BRACE. These guys are scam artists.

Immediate Clinic was a rather enjoyable experience, one which I obviously didnt want to have, but considering the circumstances Im glad I chose to go there. I appreciate the helpful and patient receptionist who greeted me, and the clean environment that was represented in the lobby. It did take a while for someone to see me, which I wasnt happy about while sitting in pain. But when I finally saw a doctor, she was more than accommodating, informative, and extremely polite. She suggested I get extra blood work done offsite but didnt pressure me in to it. Im sure you couldve made more money off me if I opted yes, but because the doctor cared more about me as a patient/person, I didnt get roped in to anything that wasnt necessary. I will definitely go back to the Immediate Clinic if any emergency arises, although I hope it doesnt!

It was a wonderful experience. You wouldnt think, going in with a severe cut, that you would enjoy yourself, however, the staff made me feel right at home from the minute i walked in. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. I went there after having been quoted that an office visit was $120. (That is what their website says as well.) When I got there they asked if I had insurance and insisted on taking all of my insurance information before they would see me. The visit was about 5 minutes long. Before I left, I stopped at the desk to ask about paying my bill. They said I they would not take my money today because they would send to insurance and refused let me pay. Imagine my surprise when that 5 minute visit cost me $320.When I called, the woman at the desk said that because they billed insurance that is the rate they charge. Never mind the fact that they wouldnt let me pay up front and insisted on billing insurance. They also did not provide me an accurate quote for the visit when billed to insurance. I use an HSA, so whether I pay up front or they bill insurance, the entire bill is mine to pay and comes from the exact same place. The only difference is that I paid $200 dollars more.What a clever bait and switch. I think I am most floored by the fact that they must have known precisely what they were doing when they refused to let me pay up front and insisted on billing insurance instead. I am disappointed by such blatant dishonesty and unethical business practice.I would not recommend doing business with such a tricky company. At the very least, if you do go, be smarter than me and pretend you are uninsured so that they do not have the opportunity to screw you over.

My experience with Immediate Clinic was great, I came in at noon, filled out a few questionaires, was in to see the Doctor within 15 minutes, the nurse that called me back was very attentive, nice, spoke well, had a good experience the doctor came in to the office in 10 to 12 mins, I explained what was going on, all I needed was a note to be cleared to return to work, he could have just left , filled out the papers gave them to me and pushed me out of the door, but no, he genuinely cared about my health condition, took temp checked throat, lungs asked me questions, he made sure that he was not sending a sick person in to the work force sick. I will be going back there, I work for a medical facility and we treat those with alcohol and drug addictions, whose immune systems are very compromised and they are at extreme risk of infection and Immediate Clinic is our GO TO facility for our patients too. I trust this clinic.

My 3 year old daughter with a bloody ear was turned away at 743pm. It says you are open until 8pm!! You should change your posted hours to 745pm if you will not see patients in need of care before 8pm. I am in customer service and no matter how tired I am or how slow it may be, we stay open until close as it states on our door. You are in the indusrty to provide care for the sick and injured, something that should not be taken lightly. I would never turn away a hurt child even if it meant i had to work a few extra minutes!!! Sorry my hurt daughter would of kept you until close. Maybe seek a position in a new profession if helping people is not your main goal!!!

I am so glad that I trusted the reviews and gave this clinic a chance. I have never been so satisfied, and had such a good experience at an urgent care. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely cared about finding the cause of my issues, rather than just throwing medicine at the symptoms. I have had issues with other urgent care clinics previously, and Im so excited that I found my permanent urgent care. They were also incredibly quick. I was a first-time patient and even with being a first-time patient the entire process to get me in and out took less than 45 minutes. I immediately went home and told my boyfriend that we have found our new urgent care clinic, because we were both so fed up with the other clinics we had been to, as they were rude, took way too long, and cared only about throwing medication at our symptoms rather than finding the underlying cause and fixing that. Immediate Clinic was a breath of fresh air, and I will not go to any other clinic in the future. Immediate Clinic is my new permanent urgent care.

I went in immediately after breaking my wrist. My hand was contorted. I was told to wear a sling for 4 weeks and then all would be fine. 1.5 weeks later the hand had sunk down off the wrist, so I went to a orthopedic doctor who said I was within days of being left crippled, he did immediate surgery.

Dont go. Very rude lady. Practically slammed the door when leaving the room. When I told her I didnt have a thermometer she very rudely said just go get one they are at the store for like 6 bucks. I feel like death I barely made it into the urgent care I just want to lay down. Shes not carrying or understanding. She purposely gave me nothing with her name on it on my discharge paper work because she knew she wasnt professional. (Ive gone here before none of the paperwork looked the same as it has in the past.) She made me wait 45 mins in the office as well. There was multiple rude comments directed towards me that were extremely unprofessional. I wasnt Rude to her. I almost Even told the lady who gave me my paperwork to tell the doctor Im sorry shes having a bad day but I didnt want to make it worse. Even though its close to my house I wont go back ever. The front desk gal was really nice though thats my only positive thing I have to say. I feel worse afterwards then I did prior to coming in.

I was bitten by a cat today at my job and Im allergic to them. I asked if I could walk in as an L&I case and that I was sent by my employer because I was bitten, and the receptionist said the soonest appointment they had was at 6 pm today. I was absolutely floored to see how careless she was with dealing with my issue. Just because I was not crying or anything she treated me like I was just an annoying customer instead of trying to address or help with any medical issues I could be experiencing. Im absolutely appalled that this situation could have even happened. I went to another urgent care after and even though they didnt have a program for L&I, they still helped me and now Im on antibiotics to help with my bite. I even got a steroid injection! This place is absolutely horrible if you need help right away. Terrible service.

Came here at ~9:00 this morning and theres a sign saying theyre closed for the rest of the day. They appear open on Google maps and theres nothing indicating this on their own website. Got directed here from Indigo clinic in Kirkland, which is also closed this morning-- the sign on the door here directs people back there.

My husband woke up to kidney stones this morning. We went to the clinic in Bothell where we live and the gal there was very nice. She could see he was in a lot of pain and looked up to see if there was another clinic that was not as busy. She found the location on 100th had no patiants so she put in an appointment for him at 1pm but told him to head over there anyway. We got there and the gal behind the counter said it was a 2 to 2.5 hr wait. There were 2 people ahead of him and an appointment. She had told him that his appointment was set for 1pm so it had to stay that way. I didnt know the appointment was set for 1pm so when i said that the other gal had set up an she got an attitude with me. When she asked for insurance he handed her a card. I looked her in the eyes and said That is not his current insurance card. He has the same insurance but a different number. about 5 min later i learned she totally disregarded what I had said. I could hear her on the phone with the insurance company so i walked over to her cause I felt that i should say it again. She looked at me and says but this number is the same. I Said it was, but it is different now. Its the same company different number I did tell you that when he handed it to you. She no joke looked at me and said why did you give me usless information. I said I thought you at least knowing his insurance company would be better then nothing. How was i supposed to know that wouldnt be helpful. She got super attitude with me and my husband at that point. So i looked at her said forget it this is ridiculous we are just gonna go to the er at this point.Point is this Bi** wanted nothing to do with us from the get go no more then a minute after we walked in there she took what my husband said wrong because she doesnt know how to listen and told him to go to the er. Well here we are the er.

Great service once I got to the doctor, but after making an appointment for 815 I was here on time. An hour later, and after being told I was definitely next, after this one, Im a bit frustrated ! The point of an appointment is to be seen on time.

I would leave no stars if i could. I went in to have a small area on my leg looked at. The lady at the receptionist counter was rude. Asked me to please not stand and have a seat. The doctor spent 2 minutes looking and said hmm, i dont know, try this creme. I purchased the product and it had no affect. I called and complained and that was the last i heard of it. A few months go by and i get a call from a collection agency. They never sent me a bill, just straight to collections. I disputed that and called the clinic and they stated they would get the bill waived. The problem seemed to go away for 4 or 5 months. I get a call today from the collection agency stating that the bill is valid and if i didnt pay today it would go on my credit. I wouldnt step foot in this business unless i was on fire.

Horrible experience recently. Cut my finger and needed stitches. All I needed was 3 silly stitches and the doctor on duty botched up the job. There is still blood coming from the wound 5-days later and the pain isnt any better. Not sure how that woman is allowed to practice medicine in this country. I dont recommend this place at all.

I wont be going back. Worst Clinic Ive ever been to. Was ignored by the receptionists. When I finally got their attention, they refused to bill my insurance until the card holder called and talked them through it. Once they agreed to take the insurance, I was seen. They had to do an EKG twice. They didnt explain the reason. Then they sent me to a hospital, so all of the tests were a waste of time.Afterwards, they sent me a huge bill, totally neglected to send it to insurance. I called on three occasions to ask them to bill insurance, and they never picked up my calls. I eventually left a message with all the details they would need to bill insurance, and when they didnt get back. I assumed I was fine until I got a bill from collections.Do not let yourself be treated like this when seeking medical attention. Go elsewhere.

They are quick and convenient . They screwed up a prescription for me. They said they called it in but did not. Had to wait over night to get what I needed.

Really nice staff, clean, quick, and thorough. I dont go anywhere else now.

Clean place. Im glad they are there. Both times Ive been the only one there and had to wait 30+ minutes.

Avoid! - would go elsewhere for your care.My wife went to this clinic on a Sunday in August to be seen for her hip pain from a fall down a flight of stairs the week earlier, and a fever that appeared that morning.First, despite the fact that we used the online scheduling and appeared with all of our forms completed and on-time, and the clinic was 100% empty, we still needed to wait for over 30 minutes to be seen.A medical assistant took my wife’s complete medical history and her blood pressure, but didn’t take her temperature.When the doctor came in, before he even examined my wife’s football sized bruise and huge 4 inch swollen hematoma, he declared “Well the first thing we need to do is get you off the Percocet” (pain medication) As my wife was there for pain that wasn’t being controlled by her pain medication, this proclamation hit her as a punch-to-the gut. He then went on to say that “you really don’t have a fever, it has to be 102.5?” (At this point they had not yet taken her temperature.) Then the doctor said he wanted to test her for a urinary infection as he’d never heard of a hematoma causing an infection/fever. My wife knows what her symptoms are for a UTI. She didn’t have any of those symptoms.We walked out at this point.So, if you want long-waits, unneeded tests, and not getting out of pain, this is a fine choice. We will recommend the local emergency room to others. We’ll update this review when we see the bill.We just got the bill. They had the nerve to bill our insurance $230 for this non-appointment. And it turns out the guy we thought was a doctor was a PA (Physician’s Assistant.) On a positive note, their billing office did waive our $40 copay after hearing of the lack of care we received that day.

Quick, courteous, and professional. I was back home all stitched up within an hour of injuring myself.
