Extremely friendly pharmacy staff. I called around to see who had a sharps disposal program, and the QFC pharmacy was the only one near us that would take them. So appreciated!

Rude pharmacy staff with poor customer service skills. Slow turn around & unresponsive to doctors office.

There is no better pharmacy nor pharmacy staff than the staff at the Totem Lake QFC Pharmacy. Several of the ladies at QFCP originally worked for another pharmacy, which had been my preferred pharmacy until it closed, leaving me worried about where to transfer to, due to the dedication & perseverance of the staff. I am disabled due to a plethora of major health problems but instead of being seen as difficult the ladies always went above & beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They spent hours on the phone & even stayed past their closing time to get a hold of a Dr or insurance company at least once. The staff at QFCP are truly amazing. Theyre compassionate, empathetic, friendly, professional, helpful, dedicated, honest & all around wonderful ppl. Thank you QFCP for not seeing me as a faceless customer in the midst of hundreds of other faceless customers, but instead seeing each of us for who we are, passing no judgements & always ready w/a friendly smile to brighten your day..........even if youre, oh lets say 3 sons, are running amuck or asking a billion ridiculous questions about the best type of bait for fishing......lol....they still were not only professional, but also enthusiastic in their fun responses. My kids & I love this pharmacy! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
