Worst OB/GYN I have ever been to. I left her office feeling uncomfortable and disturbed. My experience was traumatic that still follows me to this day. I went to her for pelvic pain and I was referred to her by a former nurse of hers. She met me with attitude and was extremely unwelcoming. I felt embarrassed to even be there. She assumes that I was there for pain medications and the second thing she said to me at my appointment was “I will not give you pain medications”. Okay? I was there because my IUD was uncomfortable and was experiencing extreme pelvic pain. I had never mentioned needing medicine, I just wanted answers. Turns out my IUD was embedded and she removed it without giving me any sort of direction for pain. I ended up passing out in their lobby on the way to my car. Years later, after she ignored my pelvic pain, I was in fact diagnosed with a condition that she refused to believe that I had. Please do your research when looking for an OBGYN. You should feel comfortable and welcome. She made me feel like I was unwanted and that my problems were none of her concern. I have already filed a complaint with the hospital she works for but they are also extremely unhelpful. Please don’t be her next victim.

Its traumatic to be under Dr. Wang. Shes not patient at all and always rush to the end of the appointment. She also make scary statement that makes me think Im getting cancer now.I had my cervix surgery with her and the day before I meet her to discuss the lab results. Clearly she didnt even took a look at it, she just assume that Im at a minor condition. However the lab result actually shows that Im at a much serious level. If I didnt mention that to her, shell use a totally different surgery method, which might left my cervix as a even higher risk. I was terrified of how ignorant my doctor was, whos going to do a surgery to me one day after.During the days meeting Dr.wang. I lost 20 lbs just because of fear and all the statements she made about my overall healthy being. I totally dont recommend it to anyone.

This doctor was so rude to me made judgement because I was a young single black mother to be. Absolutely no compassion! Black lives don’t matter to her. Don’t trust her with the care of your child.

This was the most traumatic experience I have ever had with an obgyn/office. Dr wang lacks empathy when you go through a miscarriage, and has very poor bedside manner (short, cuts you off, makes you feel guilty for questioning anything being done). brought my husband to the third appointment so that he could observe and he witnessed same issues mentioned. made the decision once we were pregnant again to transfer care to another doctor within the tan clinic. 4 days later , over a weekend , we learned we were pregnant again and I was bleeding so I went to a local urgent clinic. I had tests done there by walk in clinic doctors, not an obgyn. I called The tan office at the beginning of the week to let them know I was urgently needing to get in to an obgyn and that I had been given multiple scenarios- miscarriage , etopic etc. I asked at this time to transfer care because of the lack of bedside manner with dr wang and was told no problem that each doctor , old and new, needs to sign off and I would hear back within 24 hours. Meanwhile I spoke with a nurse and let them know what was happening. I received a call back that night not about transfer of care status but with a message from dr wang saying “she didn’t know what I wanted and sounds like I’m having a miscarriage or etopic” and that “sounds like I’m seeing a lot of doctors.” Again the condescending tone and lack of any empathy for what I was experiencing. The next morning I called the front desk to ask on status of switch so I could make an appointment. I was told that the drs hadn’t signed off on this yet and when I reiterated I had no ob and my numbers etc were not looking normal and I really needed to get in for ob care was told “there’s no timeframe for the sign off” I again was transferred to the nurse line who later called me back to say that they are not allowing transfers even though they are accepting new patients. She couldn’t really tell me why and said it was “political” and referred me to midwifes (hardly the same as ob especially for someone who was on their potential second miscarriage) or a male/female provider office where the tan office I had chosen for all female. I let her know I didn’t want to leave the group and start over care somewhere else and timing of all this I really needed to get in. Was told she would talk to some nurses and see “how to navigate this” and then emailed me 20 minutes later to just give me the numbers of the other two offices. my husband contacted the office director about this who told us we were given misinformation and they do allow transfers but the reason it wasn’t going through was that no doctors were accepting new patients. We were skeptical and called pretending to be a new patient at which time we were told yes there’s 5 doctors accepting , one of which was the one I had requested. When we called the director again she again reiterated this was misinformation . We asked to get everything In writing to take this to public relations and she hesitated and said she didn’t know why we needed this in writing. When she finally provided us this, the story changed again to no transfers being allowed but not mention about new patients. We spoke with pr who contacted the office several times and were subsequently told the original story of no new patients being accepted. That next day we again called pretending to be a new patient and were again given the yes we are accepting for your due date with a list of doctors including the one I wanted to see. At this point, we felt we were being lied to and blocked from care . I chose evergreen even though it is inconvenient from my home because of the reviews and their mission statement of caring for their patients. I have experienced anything but that during this and was completely hung out to dry while going through one of the worst experiences of my life. As I sat waiting for the doctors and office to squabble over seeing me, I was assigned a random ob at my local clinic, suffered a miscarriage and had to have a D&C. Where was evergreen throughout all of this to take care of me?

I have been a patient at this clinic for over a decade. The doctors are wonderful, the office is impeccably clean, and Ive never had one issue with them. The staff is friendly and they are very good at getting back to you when you have any calls, questions, or concerns.
