We are with La Luna 3rd year and what I want to say that it is the awesome club to choose. La Luna is running by hard working Arzu who manages club at the highest level. Being a mother of little girl, I have concerns about safety of my daughter. But after she attended several classes I understood that safety of girls is top priority for the club! I love that very much! Besides every child is treated like a family member. Older girls support youngsters and coaches indeed care about every gymnasts growth. Even during COVID period!! We cant wait for summer camps (I hope they will be this summer 2021) Camps are amazing! Every morning my daughter full of joy hurried up to La Luna. Every week girls were involved in 30-45 minutes presentation for parents, where they share what they had learned. Thats for younger gymnasts. I want also add, that La Luna, for sure, has the best head coach from Seattle area. I have made deep research before moving to Seattle are 3 years ago and choose La Luna because of Lyudmila. Truly, if your child is hardworking person that loves rhythmic gymnastics that place is for you!

My daughter comes to gym for many years. She got to love rhythmic gymnastics here. The experience only gets better over time. And now with the coach that led her girls to Olympics - our dreams are getting bigger every day!

We love this gym! Great coaches, great kids, it’s like family to us. Highly recommended for a girl who wants to learn rhythmic gymnastics, make new friends, and have fun along the way.

I would not recommend the After School Program. They often treat it was babysitting where there are young teenage girls watching the children. There are many days that the children do not participate in any gymnastics program. The gym is not child proof (my daughter had a wobbly wooden bench nearly crush her foot) they have not been set up for After School Programs before. They also are unwilling to provide receipts for payments, no matter how many times Ive requested or how much time Ive given. There are much better options in Kirkland, especially for the price.

My 6 year old daughter went to La Luna for one day during the winter break. We actually paid for three days, but she didnt like it and didnt go again. It seems that there are many little kids and the activities are not appropriate for her age (although it was advertised for ages between 4 and 10). They made her take a nap for an hour, and she got bored. There are also interesting timeout rules (which we dont do at home). Timeout for doing cartwheel (in a gymnastics class!!!), timeout for talking etc. They should learn how to take care of kids instead of punishing them.

I just wanted to share my experience with parents who is looking for better place for their kids to have fun, feel loved and secured and become strong and graceful. My daughter join La Luna Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy when she was 5.5 years old, she is 11.5 now and still there! I feel like we won the lottery! La Luna became part of our family. From the very beginning and still my daughter just fall in love with rhythmic gymnastics. Thank you Arzu and Adrian and their wonderful team who was so loving and warm to our kids and give them opportunity to be a part of such a graceful, beautiful, amazing sport! I am especially grateful to them for warm and friendly atmosphere in the gym they created, where our kids feel loved and secure, they feel family! And for me as a parent its very important to know that my child is in a good hands. And now our La Luna Family grew more with having amazing Olympics coach Ludmila from Uzbekistan, who conquered our hearts from the very first minute!!! Thank you, La Luna Academy!!!

We registered for this recreational class through Kirkland Parks and Recreation. I immediately noticed that the instructor was unfriendly, with us and the children. She quickly got frustrated if the kids didnt understand something right away. She didnt smile and expected the girls to not smile, laugh or have fun. She criticized them and was cruel. It broke my heart to see kids reprimanded for being happy and having fun. We arent finishing the classes we paid for.

I think the instructors are excellent, knowledgeable and patient with the children . If your child has potential then this is the club to choose to take them all the way.

“Great appreciation for Head Coach & Founder Arzu, Co-Founder Adrian, Coach Lyudmila, Visiting National Athlete Samira and the La Luna Athletes”My daughter participated in the La Luna Summer Camp and we were both amazed at the love and warmth that had been extended to us from the Coaches & the La Luna athletes. This camp exceeded our expectations. Coach Lyudmila from Uzebekistan spoke a few words of English but exceptional coaches do not need words……she has a special way of communicating through gestures & movements that helped my daughter. Coach Lyudmila is a definite gem. Special mention also goes out to Head Coach Arzu. She has instilled a great moral and sportsmanship in the La Luna athletes. We really felt like a part of the La Luna family.Warmly,Jenny C.Burnaby, BC Canada
