Pros: Their 10-class trial is an amazing value to try over 2 weeks (it expires after 14 days). The facility is very clean and well-organized and even has showers for those who need them. Parking is plentiful in front of and behind the gym (although the back door isnt open from the outside in the early morning). Classes start and end on time and are just under 45 minutes, so theyre great for those on tight schedules. Each class moves quickly through many different movements. Remi was a gracious and helpful coach and had some excellent playlists for the 5AM and 6AM classes. The one Saturday 8AM class I attended was closer to 60 minutes than 45 minutes. I didnt mind too much, but it wouldve been nice to know it wasnt actually a normal F45.Cons: The ordering of the stations were confusing since I couldnt usually start at #1 because other people started there, and I had to be redirected often. Staring at screens frequently to keep track of and remember the movements made the classes especially impersonal. The competition-style (oversized) kettle bells were awkward to swing and hold for many movements. The warm-ups were quite short and didnt seem sufficient, but many movements werent very intense so it seemed okay to jump into the workout without sufficiently warming up.Im glad I tried F45 out and thought the 10 classes were all good workouts. Despite the better timing and location of F45 for me, I strongly prefer the community, challenge, and overall culture of our CrossFit gym.

I was told that I could cancel my subscription anytime I want. But things changed later and they refused to give my refund back.Poor communication between staff members.

Went with a friend loved the workout, loved the atmosphere and way they handled everything with Covid phase 2 wa restrictions. I hope to see how good it is when everything is back to normal.

I travel often for business and always find the nearest F45. After visiting several different locations all over the world I can honestly say that it is one of the nicest facilities I have ever seen. Facility is about a year old so everything is clean and functions as it should. Staff is super friendly and welcoming which is consistent with every other F45 I have been to. Remembering your name is part of the corporate culture and brand. This location is also larger than other location I have seen with a waiting area with tables and couches for members to sit before or after class. Drinks and apparel are well stocked too at reasonable prices. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing workout in a beautiful facility in a great location surrounded by tons of cool restaurants for a post workout meal or drink.

I’ve been going to F45 Kirkland since it opened in November 2018 and it’s the only gym I’ll ever go to. I love that every day is a different workout, mixing up cardio and weight training. The coaching staff is super friendly and helpful, making sure you’re doing proper form and staying motivated through the entire class. I highly recommend checking it out!

Summary:Pros: fun and effective workouts. Very friendly staff (until you try to quit)Cons: pushy sales, non transparent pricing/terms, owner stone walls you when you try to follow up on cancellation/refundIn depth:Tried out the $10/10 and loved the workouts. Although didnt end up using all 10 classes since there was a 2 week expiration (this was not made clear at the time I signed up online, but it was cheap enough it didnt bother me)After the intro offer, i got calls and numerous text messages from the owner on renewal options. I was doing a bit of traveling so told her I would look into it after I returned. I already pay for dance, aerial, bouldering, and tennis, so was a bit hesitant to pay for another membership considering it wasnt exactly cheap. However I caved because I really enjoyed the workouts and wanted an activity to do with my husband. The owner signed us both up for the $99/8 classes per month package and said we were ready to go, and to sign paperwork at the studio. When i tried to book classes online, there was a terms and condition sheet that said it was a 12 month commitment. I texted the owner and said we are not comfortable signing this because we needed flexibility. She said she added notes that it was a month to month contract and not to worry. My credit card was charged $108. Apparently taxes werent included. I went in person to sign paperwork but the person at the time said there was nothing to sign. I told her I wasnt comfortable with the terms and that the owner (Claire) had added notes and if she could help me verify. She seemed confused and said if thats what the Claire said, i wouldnt worry about it.I found out I was pregnant a month in, but continued to go to classes, but did modifications and tried not to push myself as hard. I tried to stay on the program for as long as i could, but when i got into my second trimester, i started feeling cramps after the workouts. I texted Claire to cancel for both me and my husband since i could no longer do the workouts, and i had made it clear at the beginning the two of us came as a package (he got free classes at work and had only signed up to spend time with me). She tried to convince me to put the membership on a 9 month hold, but since this was my first baby i didnt know what to expect and didnt want to worry about another thing if there were any complications, so I declined and told her to just cancel it and i will sign up again when my body was ready. She said you got it, but also mentioned prices might go up and its free to put on suspension. I told her to just cancel and thanked her for the awesome workouts. Our monthly billing was about to start so I asked her to let me know when the cancellation was complete. She never texted back. I called the studio and the staff at the time told me we had to give 30 days notice before cancellation per the contract, and that she couldnt cancel for this upcoming month. I texted Claire again. No response. I went to the studio in person the next day and saw Claire and she apologized for not having responded to the texts and assured us we wouldnt get charged. The next day we both got charged. I texted to let her know we were charged and asked if she could provide an ETA for when it would get reversed. No response. I was sick of getting stone walled on the texts, i tried to call her but it went straight to voicemail, so i just called my credit card to dispute the charge. I finally got my refund but my husbands charge is still open.Honestly i love the workouts and i would have 100% gone back when my body was ready for it. I just didnt know when and dont like to leave things open. This happened the first week of February. I really tried to work with them to make this right and gave them time to fix it. But after a month of waiting, Im tired and finally decided to write this negative review.
