TLFM is an incredible group. I understand needing to join a larger group. Do you know how much electronic medical records systems cost? Its a law to convert. I find corporate shortened appointment lengths, but the Doctors survived, and are amazing here! 20 years faithful.

When making my appointment this morning I noticed this clinic doesnt have great reviews and wanted to share my experience. My kids and I have been seen here the past several months and everything has been great. The office staff is fast, efficient and helpful, assistants and the two doctors weve seen have been helpful and listen well. The clinic is clean and we are happy to be returning for care as needed.

I recently turned 26 and when getting my own insurance I triple checked that I could keep Dr. Shoup as my doctor. I have moved around for short periods in my life time and have seen other doctors, but none of them spend time with patients like Dr. Shoup. My whole family sees him and they all agree. He is an amazing listener and really seeks to understand the full picture of your health before making diagnosis unlike other doctors who will occasionally rush or dismiss non primary concerns.

Family of four been seeing Dr. Shoup for 30 plus years! Everyone is this office is so caring and compassionate.

I have been a client of Totem Lake Family Medicine for 30 year. Dr. McCarty cared for me, my sons and my parents. Since the transition to the Everett Clinic, I am completely disappointed. I have called for an appointment 3 separate times in the last two weeks. Today was the final straw. I finally hung up after being on hold for 45 minutes. Done with them.

Left the practice over a year ago; short version chronic pain condition was downplayed, and I was attempted to be forced into a pregnancy test despite having a full-blown hysterectomy that was documented in records. Slow facility that offers outdated views and outdated medical practice. Took over a month to obtain my records to leave and I am still being harassed and contacted by this location. Avoid services here at all costs. Their interest is in the money and not quality patient care.

I have been going to this clinic for over thirty years, staying with the same physicians who I loved.Since Everett clinic took over, it has been like a return to group health in the bad old days.Seven minute appointments and computer notes, call center, so nobody knows who you are.As a former provider (elsewhere) I understand the struggle the providers have, but I feel I have gotten lost.I am hoping it gets better.

I have been going here for primary care for about 25 years. Love my Family Physician Brad Shoup.and my PA Marni Fox Barrows and all the other doctors who have acted as backups when they are not available. They are always in the patients court as clinicians and thorough in getting to the source of your health problems. Compassionate crew working there, from the front desk staff, nursing staff, PA’s, to doctors. They have managed the phases of my health needs as they have changed thru the years beautifully. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Shoup for decades and Im coming up on my 10 years with him. Now that were in the throws of COVID we cant access our PCP unless you go through the MyChart app.PLEASE bring Totem Lake Family Medicine back. This Everett Clinic is horrible! Docs dont get to spend time with you and are scattered. Care has gone down. Docs dont seem happy. Billing is a joke. Weve paid the same invoice repeatedly because they dont have record of our payment and then we get a reimbursement for their accounting problems. This never happened before. Very sad!

I have been seeing Marne Fox-Borrow for well over a year and she is truly amazing! She is wonderful with me and always answers all of my questions with patience. All of the girls up front are great too! I love that they have a lab right in the clinic to get your blood drawn right then.. So easy! I will continue to see Marne as long as she is there...

Doctor McCarthy is very competent position and has always been very supportive of making sure that I have all the tools available to maintain my good health

Dr. Shoup is an exceptional Physician. He’s been our family MD for almost 20 years and has always been our advocate. He’s highly ethical, efficient, honest, caring and has the best bed side manner.

Seated 35min late, rude attitude from all the staff, was asked to wait 5min for a strep test 25min later was asked to wait another 5. 10min later I left & asked if they’d call with results, I was told yes. They never called. Each of the 4 times I went to the same receptionist for help she asked my name - in a 90min period. They seemed to by annoyed by being pulled away from their side conversation. The Dr. was okay, in and out as they are these days. The overall experience was sad. It’s a shame that people with such little empathy or compassion work in healthcare. You could feel that you are definitely just a number in that practice, not a patient. Yucky. I will never go back.

I saw Kevin McCarty as my primary doctor for many years. He was sufficient with the ear infections, sports physicals, etc. Once I needed follow up and referral for other specialized medical issues, this office unfortunately neglected me and my care. They would not return my calls, and my specialists at other clinics noted that they had a hard time getting proper patient information from them as well. Pretty disappointing.

My whole family and neighbors have been going to TLFM for around 15 years. Specifically seeing Dr. Greene and his nurse Sid now Samantha. I have to say they are a fantastic team.Green is very good and working and communicating with you and helping anyway they can!We all lover the front desk staff always Friendly, a joy to see and talk to.The other review is completely correct:The staff is always friendly and helpful, and calls are returned promptly when we call with questions or needs. We have never had a problem getting in to see our doctor in a timely manner, and wait times in the office are reasonable. have always been able to see other doctors if he is out for some reason. I highly recommend this family practice!

Ive never had any problems here, unlike most other medical places llol

Have been going here sense I can remember 23 years ago. In the last few year their receptionist have gone down hill. Not wanting to take a message when I call. Making long sighs at my requests. I don’t even get all my medications from the pharmacy when I go here. The last three times I have left a message asking for a return call leaving my info, I haven’t gotten a call I’m return. Either call at exactly 7 am or 1 pm or wait on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks, but no thanks.

I have been seeing Dr. Greene for nearly 30 years, almost at the beginning of his practice! What makes a person stay with a doctor THAT long? The DOCTOR! Dr. Greene is the most Compassionate, knowledgeable, sympathetic, professional and he has the Best sense of Humor...all rolled into one doctor...it just doesnt get any better! Samatha is a lovely gem and they both compliment each other, they are a Super team! And lets not forget EVERYONE else that makes your experience at Totem Lake Family Medicine easy! I do absolutely Love these people, after 30 years, they become family too!

Hesitated to leave a review since Ive been a patient of Dr. Kelley for 17 years now but the clinic and staff are a joke. Love Dr. Kelley but I wish hes be at a different clinic. After merging with Everett Clinic, you talk to a call center offsite. Messages arent getting returned. Results are being communicated and you dont get to talk to the medical staff just a call center that doesnt know anything. Please pay attention to your patients as we are not a number. Let us have access to the medical staff, we pay for that, dont we????

Worst front desk and support staff ever! Waiting on results that should have taken 24hr and has been 8 days now! First they said they did not get the results and I should follow up with the lab (which is in the same office btw). Called the lab they said they sent it over and will do so again. Called the front desk again and this time they admitted their, fax machine has not been working right!!! Instead of walking over 10-20 FT to the lab they made me run circles. The doctors are decent. But will not be visiting again.

Been going here for 20 yrs. Dr. Kelly is awesome. Would recommend this place as a family doctor.

Everett Clinic take over of Totem Lake Family Medicine is ruining the quality of care. Ive gone to Totem Lake Family Medicine for >15 years. I always had outstanding care and service. Unfortunately, since the practice was taken over by Everett Clinic the service has really gone down hill. You are routed to a call center doesnt seem to the TFM doctors are a part of the practice. They dont listen to the information you provide and appear to be following a script of questions by rote. Records from the takeover havent been transferred into the new system, so history is not immediately available. Access to nursing staff / doctors has been diminished. Im very sad about these changes and hope they are just growing pains and they will return to the 5 star service that was a hallmark of Totem Lake Family Medicine

I saw Dr. Greene for almost 20 years. He is the best doctor Ive ever had...a true professional. I moved to Idaho in 2014 and obviously had to leave his care. I miss his expertise, compassion, and friendliness A LOT. He is the best.Will Piekiel

Been going there since I was 8. The very first time I go there since theyve turned to Everett Clinic it takes 15 minutes to even make an appointment for a biometric screening because its routed through some automated call center somewhere else. Then after the appointment my insurance company and I have to go into a conference call with them and spend half an hour on hold to confirm that they accidently billed me for an office consultation that didnt actually happen. I have half a mind to send them an invoice for my time.

Been coming here for my PCP for over 13 years... If hes unavailable to be seen immediately, they will schedule with other practioners in this clinic. Fantastic care... Busy office and unfortunately at times that comes with long phone waits to schedule & physicians running late. Worth the wait...Great free parking and elevator service... A little play area for kids to occupy them in the waiting room... Theres a ledge table that houses engineering controls (paraphrenalia) to help avoid spread of contagions (face masks, purell gel, napkins, etc).Recent acquisition & merger with the Everett Clinic. A little bumpy but being ironed out... No more PacLab in the clinic... Its another lab altogether.

This clinic has wasted over an hour and a half of my time for a walk in to get shots done which should have taken only a couple minutes. I feel very disrespected and they don’t care about any of their patients time.

Used to go see dr. muyuchi for years. Called to schedule an appointment yesterday, but now that they no longer accept regence I cant go there anymore. Not paying appointments out of pocket. Answering service cant check if my appointment got cancelled.This place used to be great, now they are a garbage service with everet clinic buying them out.sad.

I love TLFM. I have been seeing Dr. Shoup for over 21yrs and he is amazing. Great doctor if you are an athlete or active person as he is a sports med doctor. The staff are great as well. I love their new location on the corner near I405. Would highly recommend this practice. I have also seen McCarthy, Greene and Bhaskar in the past and they are great as well.

To be in the healing industry time is not on your side, that being said to have a 2 week delay on something dosent seem professional. This place will make you wait cause they outsource everything

Try avoid this place to save your time. Their schedule system is a joke. My husband and I scheduled for appointment at 9am and 9:30. When we showed upat 8:45 am, they told us our appointmnet was 7:30am and 8:00am. So we have to reschedule again. Last week my husband went to the appointment and Dr.Miyuchi let him wait for 45 minutes after the nurse measured the blood pressure. I have rescheduled my appointment on this Friday at 9am. Since I dont trust them anymore, I called them again about the appointment and they told me that I DONT have any appointment on Friday. Also I have received two mails from them to notify us since we missed our appointment, they will charge us the fee.The whole experience to deal with them is aweful and we are going to switch to another family doctor who can do their job better.

Had an appointment for 10:30 I waited until 11 to ask why I havent been called only for them to tell me hes running 30-45 min behind schedule. Very unprofessionalUpdate: Didnt see the doctor until 11:20Do not come here it will just waste your time

Their billing is like Trump, unbelievably stupid. Carry on, nothing to see here.

I have been with them for 15 years, and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Terrible. I will NEVER go back.
