I have worked in the medical field for many years and have had a few doctors since moving back and forth between central and the west area of WA. I have only had one visit with Dr Wu to establish care and she was so detailed about the info she was giving me. When I had questions she really took the time to make sure she understood and that I was understanding her reply. I know many providers care for their patients but personalities can get in the way and Dr Wu can totally set that aside and listen to the patient. Best provider that has cared for me so far! Huge thumbs up Dr. Wu!

Dr. Wu is always attentive to details, never in a hurry to finish the appointment even if Im her last patient of the day. She is calm and explains things so we can understand what she is talking about. She is awesome!

My whole family has seen Dr Wu over a span of 17 years. She is always open to discussion of options, and is very caring toward her patients. She is always open to specialist referrals if needed. We are more holistic than most, and she has never been disrespectful of our opinions. Since she does talk to her patients, she sometimes runs behind - a small wait is worth it to us! Since we started with her with the birth of my twins, weve had plenty of x-rays done. She always reads them at the time they are taken, but says that they will be sent out to the radiologist since they are the experts and see things that others cant

Ive been seeing Dr. Wu since I was a small kid, so about 20 years now! She is the only doctor my mom and I will go to because she is REMARKABLE! The few times I have been forced to see other doctors have reminded me how spoiled we are to have such an amazing provider. Dr. Wu is patient, kind, understanding, open minded, caring, and incredibly smart. She is also reasonable and practical. Instead of pushing medications or tests on you, she starts a dialog about all of your options and the reasoning behind them. Instead of a blind diagnosis, she always takes your personal and family history into consideration. She takes her time with you and makes sure you understand things, and she will remember the conversation at your next visit. I always leave her office with peace of mind and a better understanding of my health.

I am an RN, so I am fussy about my caregivers. I have seen Dr Wu for nearly ten years. Without exception i have found her to be kind, competent, and open to discussion. On occasion I have seen one of her partners, and have been very satisfied with every one of them.

My children have seen Dr Wu for 13 years. She has always been thorough, professional and invested in listening to patient/parent concerns. I have only the highest praise for her as a physician.

Had a very bad experience. A nail got poked in my toe and i went to doctor Wu where she did an xray. After looking at the xray she misunderstood a needle in my toe to a marker on the xray. A week after i gotta a call back where the nurse told me that i had a nail in my toe and it was approximately an inch long. It was very negligent on her part. Because of this my infection got more severe.
