Dr. Cohenca is the best doctor I have ever had! He was so kind, reassuring, really listened to me, and my treatment was absolute perfection start to finish. The staff is amazing too- they anticipate every need beforehand and know your name the first time you walk in the door. I will tell everyone about them!!

I had root canal here and the overall experience was great. I had done it somewhere else before and the experience was not so great, thats why I hesitated for about a year until finally couldnt bear with my tooth trouble anymore. I enjoyed the new equipment experience and the detail that helped me to go through the long journey of the surgery, which relieved a lot of nervous and anxiety. I experienced a sudden toothache and Dr. Cohenca accepted me the same day although their schedule was full! It turned out I needed a root canal care on a tooth that was holding my bridge. He told me there was no need to remove my bridge - he just drilled the hole through it! I needed 2 visits as I had some underlying infection going on, but it all ended very well. This place is amazing. I got my root canal done 3 times with regular dentists, my last time he assured me it will be fine and I will not have any complications, 4 years later I wake up with the worst pain I have ever experienced. I thought for sure this time I would have to extract the tooth, until I saw this doctor. He fixed everything perfect. Dont ever do your root canal with just regular dentists, always go to specialist. This doctor is absolutely educated and knows exactly what he is doing.

Needed a root canal through a bridge. It is delicate work to not crack the bridge. All went perfectly with no pain. With the headphones, blanket, and great staff it felt like a spa visit.

The entire experience was great! The root canal process was clearly explained to me. I have a fear with dentist (based on past dental office) and I was very impressed with how Prime Endodontic made me very comfortable at my visits.

DR. Cohenca is very good in discussing the procedure and its details. My only concern was the bone in my lower jaw and the x-rays as it was not pleasant and caused irration to the bone and cut the inside of my jaw.I would recommend this office for this procedure. Even though I can think of better ways to spend 2 hours.

Ive had two root canals at Prime Endodontics by Dr. Cohenca. A root canal is never enjoyable, but the doctor and staff at Prime make your comfort and safety their highest priority. Everyone their is so friendly and knowledgeable. They even called me the next day after each procedure to make sure I wasnt having any issues.

I was 15 weeks pregnant with excruciating facial pain that 4 doctors couldn’t diagnose. I saw Dr Cohenca and he was able to fix the pain in 30 minutes by diagnosing it quickly and accurately. He is also supremely kind. Special shout out to his front office and assistant Stephan who both went out of their way to make me feel completely comfortable. I am someone with very bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist so when I found out I needed a root canal I wanted to make sure I went to someone who really knew what they were doing. Dr. Nester Cohenca was so thorough and made sure I knew what was going to happen every step of the way. I didn’t feel a thing during my root canal and they gave me noise cancelling headphones so I didn’t have to hear all of the drilling. The procedure went by very quickly and they took X-rays before, during, and after so I felt confident they were being very thorough and I was comfortable the whole time. I recently had a root canal at Prime Endodontics and while a root canal is never fun, Dr. Cohenca and his staff made the entire experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I was provided with noise cancelling head phones I could connect to my phone to listen to music during the procedure. I did not feel any pain throughout the treatment and my mouth was feeling 100x better the following day. Woke up with a swollen moth, looked like I had a baseball in the left side of my mouth, turns out I needed an emergency root canal, My Dentist Bernard Pak saw me a 7:30 in the morning, 20 minutes later I was across the street at Dr. Cohencas office, not knowing anything about him but I trust Dr. Pak and this was a dental emergency, he did a phenomenal job, has a great bedside manor and excellent staff. I have been back for two additional root canals, non emergency thankfully, when your done you even think you had one. Dont hesitate to call him if you need his services, Excellent.

I was referred to Prime Endodontics and Doctor Cohenca due to pain after a crown prep procedure. I called on Friday and was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was extremely welcoming and made for a very relaxing experience. Dr Cohenca did a thorough exam, and then confirmed I needed a root canal. The procedure was done the same day, in less than 2h. Dr Cohenca and all the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and explained everything in detail. For a procedure that gets such a bad reputation, I have to say it was one of the easiest and most comfortable dental appointments I ever had. Will definitely be using them in the future if another issue with pain occurs.

The experience at Prime Endontics was very pleasant compared to any other root canal that I have ever had before. I was immediately greeted with a friendly receptionist and was taken right away to see Dr. Cohenca. I must admit, it was the best root canal experience I have ever had. I recently went to Dr. Cohenca for a root canal. Initially, I was quite nervous. But Dr Cohenca is a very good doctor. He spent time throughly explaining the procedure. The office was decorated in calming colors and Dr. Cohenca provided earphones so I was able to listen to Claude Debussy the whole time, which helped considerably. All the assistants were kind and professional and frequently asked me if everything was all right. The procedure went very well and I was so happy to not have the painful toothache.

Prime Endodontists was recommended by my dentist for an abses in the mouth. Prime responded to see me on the same day immediately after my dentist visit. Dr. Cohenca diagnosed it to infection of the roots in the tooth near the abses. He immediately drained the abses and releived me the pain and suffering. Within 20 days he worked on the infected tooth and cleared all the infections. Their service is SUPERB and their process is ZERO PAIN. I recommend Prime for all problems related to teeth.

He insisted that the procedure would only happen if the patient was consenting and comfortable, was careful to communicate each step as it happened in terms that could be understood by mother and child, and overall it was a very positive experience for us, in the midst of a pretty rough week.

Was a great experience - able to watch the entire procedure via a screen - highly recommend

I had to have my first root canal taken care of and I found Dr Cohenca after doing some research online. When it comes to dental work I’ve learned the hard way that you must find the perfect fit to make the experience less traumatic and painless. First impressions are everything like they said; I gave a call to the office and from the beginning I experienced great professionalism and care from Julie, she listened to all my questions and concerns and is for sure a great asset to his team.The day of my appointment I arrived into a clean, modern office with a great location. Dr Cohenca explained what the appointment will consist of and his Dental Assistant Stephan and him took care of the procedure promptly and efficiently. They offered some after care instructions and recommendations.I can’t praise Prime Endodontontics enough, I had an excellent experience and I couldn’t be happier!

Dr. Cohenca and his staff did an incredible job on my root canal. They were kind and welcoming, explained the procedure clearly and even showed me before and after xrays to illustrate the work that was done. Dr. Cohenca personally called me the next day to see how I was doing. It was a down to earth experience that seemed like how all medical/dental procedures should be. I’d highly recommend prime endodontics to anyone who is looking for a root canal, being my first one I was quite relieved it wasn’t nearly as bad as they’re made out to be!

Needed a last second root canal and Prime Endodontics was amazing. Dr. Cohenca and his staff are extremely professional and personable; I have never felt so at ease in a dentist office. I hope I dont need another root canal any time soon, but if I do, I know where Im going. Thanks!

I got 4 root canals in a 2 week span done here, and I couldnt recommend them more. They got me in quickly for appointments, the staff are nice, respectful, and friendly. The facility is very clean and modern. Dr. Cohenca is very good at what he does, doing the work with minimal pain and utmost comfort. He works quickly and efficiently and is very caring through the whole process. I have quite a bit of dental anxiety and the whole office worked to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

Had to have an emergency root canal and they were very accommodating, thorough, and took great care of me, making sure I understood what was happening during each step of the process
