No one EVER answers the phone. Sometimes they call back, but it isnt as though I can sit by the phone waiting for a callback, as I have responsibilities to attend to, and set aside time to call them during their posted open hours, to no avail. And sometimes the dont even attempt a call back! Lousy service. Patient abandonment. Go elsewhere.

Due to the pandemic situation with all the additional health checks at the hospital, I made to my appointment which wait for 3 months about 10 minutes late. I have explained that I got lost but the receptionist proceed the registration process. However, upon 5 minutes after I have to signed a few additional document, the receptionist said that since I am late for 15 minutes and I should have arrived 15 minutes in prior, my appointment is now cancelled and I will needed to be reschedule. I explained that I have waited for 3 months and my PVP even helped me to do a blood test 2 weeks prior in order for I could get latest results before my appointment. I knew I have a 1-hr appointment time scheduled so which means I still have sufficient time. The reception basically ignored me and someone at the back office came up, without even looking at me at all and just told the receptionist to reschedule. I was informed that the next appointment is now another 3 months away asm she stated clearly that I am not an urgent case. I was really angry and did not want to argue anymore as I could felt that they do not treat or care about patients well and I am sure I won’t get a good care even after. I actually already did all the patient information online already so I am not sure why I couldn’t be able to check in quickly and get to keep my appointment. Now, I will need to sort out another dr even if that means another 3 months wait.Follow up (after 4 months):I ended up writing to the Evergreen COO so therefore I was being contacted by the Administration office. Though they offered to reschedule my appointment, I have firmly decided as I did not want to give any impression that you can get bumped up because of a complaint. Every patient should be treated fairly and obviously I did not felt I have been. And I can surely tell that such practice of turning down patients has been practiced at this location as an acceptable behavior for for awhile since everyone in the office either did not offer any help or basically ignore me and continue to proceed on the protocol. Anyway, I took my time to update this review because I really felt being mistreated and I would not want anyone to go through this experience. It is sad enough to have suffered hypothyroidism for years, and worst is to being treated in such manner with zero empathy. After 4 months wait to get to have another reassigned endocrinologist at Providence, although I have confirmed being diagnosed having Hashimotos, I think I am under a good care and see lights on my recovery.
