The First Tech ATM is inside the building in the lobby outside the First Tech branch. If you enter the building from the 400 Urban Plaza entrance you have to go up one floor via stairs. If you enter via the 400 Central Way entrance the ATM is on that floor to the right. After hours and Sundays entering via Central Way is different. The revolving door is locked and the regular door does not have a handle. Press the button with the universal handicapped symbol and the door opens.

Several times they gave me wrong information, they botched changes on an account. Staff seems to be more clueless than average. Avoid this branch.

Friendly staff but a bank that you cant get cash from is about useless

Their debit card printing machine was broken and you can’t take cash from your account at this location.

The location here is tricky. Not easy to find convenient parking and there is typically a wait to get anything done.

I wouldnt recommend this branch as its in Kirkland DT and its very hard to get a free parking
