The best bank!I have been with them for two years, I had an amazing experience with them, the only thing I wish get better and I know it will.when you get a fraud charges you cant flag it from app or website, you have to go local bank, if you call to customer service take you a long time to answer most of time they are closed or not answering.I believe they will get better, I am happy with my bank!

Not all credit unions are the same. I switched to BECU a few years ago for my personal and business accounts from another local credit union. Very happy as a customer!I am treated as a valued member and setting up a new account was a breeze. BECU was years ahead on mobile checking deposits and other online services. No monthly fees, no minimum balance requirement... no problem!

Fast, secure, and outstanding service! Great rates and banking with a smile. Very easy to get your numbers sorted out, and get on with your life. Parking can be tight sometimes but thats the worst part. So overall, Im impressed with this location.

Friendly staff, has three ATMs for cash and cheque deposit, and cash withdrawal. Bank staff provide service to you while you are seated. Compared to other banks, you have to stand before teller in commercial banks.

I’ve been to two separate locations today, it’s only 4 in the afternoon, and now I believe I have missed a payment because of how inconvenient you have made this for me. If google tells me your locations are open, I’m going to assume they are open.

Setting up our joint account was easy and all the details were explained very well. Even got a bonus for referring a friend.

I went in multiple times to try and resolve a problem where I continually got charged late fees even when making payments on my line of credit on time. They were unwilling to reverse a single late fee. Ive been a customer for years, but Im not sure for how much longer. I could get this level of service through a regular bank.

Love BECU just didnt know that this one didnt have cash option and only ATMs to withdrawal money. No fun when you have to withdrawI a large amount. Wish it was better advertised.

After confirming plenty of details with BECU on a car loan, when it came time to do the deal I was told that BECU requires you car to be listed in kelly blue book in order to finalize the loan. No where in any agreement does that say its a factor. Hours after I paid $150 to inspect the car.

Had to report fraud on my account, they handled my issue quickly and were very reassuring.
