I moved here from NYC and Kush was my first stop! This particular store, and more so, it’s staff is an outing I always look forward to! When me n my girl Dolce, my pup, go see Leo and Billy and Jessica, it’s like walking in to my home and feeling immediately comfortable and happy!:) Not only is the staff totally knowledgeable, but have helped me pick out the best products!! Special shout out to Jessica and Billy for the Panama Red last night! Had a setback where someone stole my id and other belongings. Leaving me here in Seattle with only access to my expired id at a relatives house. When I came in they looked and told me it was expired and it was by law unacceptable. Even though I walked a mile from the bus stop to my fav spot which was this place, I was not allowed to purchase anything. Although upset, I do understand. All employees were very nice. I cant wait til my situation gets back to what it was cause I will be back. I left this review to let others know to have proper identification because by law they will turn you away. I also wanted everyone to know this is one of my top destinations to by from. Thanks for the heads up and being friendly when you dont have to. Just know something happened to my new identification so Im left without one really. They have awesome prices and great customer service. I definitely understand. I will be back. This shop has a great selection, friendly people, and competitive prices. They are always happy to help and can find what you need with just a few details from you. I love their recommendations every time and would recommend this place to anyone who loves cannabis! It if you want something else they got a good selection of that too. Prices were good starting at $5 joint an they had 10% off everything someday of the week. Horrible worst experience ever. Customer service is unacceptable would gladly give -----stars kinda upset they have to get 1 in order to post thisActually the gentleman wasnt doing anything at all except looking at his gps...all items purchased were still unwrapped...he was also texting work...and was trying to leave...but with so many disturbances he was also forced to dial 911 and file a complaint.Its too bad. You really shouldnt assume. It makes u look bad and so many people angry.

Used to go to another establishment but once I decided to check out Kush, I wasn’t disappointed. Every Wednesday is 30% off Fairwinds products which happens to be the only products I buy. The best part of the experience by far is Marco and Marisol. They are so fun, knowledgeable and friendly. I HIGHly recommend checking them out. I went to this store on September 13th, 2020. I had never been, so wanted to try it out. I also just had a significant surgery and was looking for some 1:1 CBD. The tenders first made one mistake that required me to leave the store and make a call to clarify the product. Then when I returned from making said call they said, oh we thought you meant joints. No, I said cartridge. So the delay was unnecessary and due to their not listening.Skip forward to the 1:1 edible product; the tender showed me a product...stated it was his preference and I purchased it. Once home I opened the package while simultaneously noticing the package said 10:1. So I returned for a third third time due to their mistakes or confusion. I was very clear about the description of 1:1. So, I returned the product where of course they stated it was against WA State law to accept an opened product and they would offer me a discount on my next product. Really, I get a discount on their mistake? That is called a penalty. I declined after the manager asked (me) why I didnt catch their mistake.My recommendation, (a) be more polite, and (b) do not allow your employees to use your products during working hours because clearly they are high.

Take your money else where. So, aparently youre supposed to get $3 cash back when you use your debit card at the cash register. This was maybe my 15th? (This was my Go To Spot) time using it since ive been going there: it was also the first time getting $3 in cash back. I asked whats this for? And they said you get it back after using the your debit card. I explained i never have gotten $3 back and they refused to answer why i never got $3 back before. The supervisor or manager was to no help, but said thats just “how the system works”. Hiring thieves that steal money for their tips. Shady shady business. Pay in cash. Or dont go at all. Evergreen Market, Higher Leaf, and Mary Jane are other dispensaries in Kirkland that DONT steal your money.

Staff doesnt wear masks an is more interested in socializing amongst each other than helping customers. Theyre always super high and incapable of answering the most basic of questions.The store is small and old, and lacks a good supply of product. Pre-rolls are usually stale and dried out, drinks are not kept refrigerated (nothing like a WARM lemonade to refresh, right?).Seriously, this place is a joke. Theyre stuck in the old school days of medical shops, and arent worth your time or money

It has a horrible selection and even worse costumer service led by teen age todlers that dont even know what good flower is and after today I will never be returning.I show up and there are two bud tenders, they tell me to wait out side. I finally get to come in and now there is only one. Dude with long curly hair was helping this customer chatting it up as if no one is in line. Then the bud tender who didnt check my id andwas clearly stoned messes up on my order. I walk out look whats in my hand and then walk back in. He said , sorry we cant refund.Why dont you get people in there can can keep their head straight! You lost my business for got this time.

Small hidden Gem. Great selection and a great staff. I love to dab and they had these Wizard stones that will blow your mind. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is cause that parking lot got full quick and it was hard to get out. Other than that great place and cant wait to return.
