This place is great. I moved here from Seattle a year ago and was pleased they were just down the road. They will work with you if you are looking for an ounce but all they have are 8ths. Which is what I usually do. Plus 20% off on Wednesdays. Superior customer service and great staff.

Good product and informative bud tenders.Efficient process gets you in and out but you don’t feel rushed or walk out not knowing exactly what you got.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The staff as a whole, fantastic! I always feel special and remembered like they are the “Cheers” of my cannabis shop. More importantly they have staff members that always leave me smiling. The daytime manager is the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with in the cannabis industry . He is a great asset to the team.

I use this shop often for online orders and pick ups, glad to have them in the area. More of a neighborhood feel quality, selection, staff and location all work together for a good experience.

Out of the 4 options that I know available to Kirkland regarding dispensaries, I have to rank this one the Last one to consider spending your cash. The reasons below are ranked from most important to nit picky.1. Prices - To be honest I have no idea how this place is still in business when the competition has so much bang for your buck and better quality. HIgher Leaf and Maryjane will get you much more. You are lucky to find any 10 pack of edibles under $35 or any 8th for under $45. I am assuming that because this is a chain store, they can afford to drive away the customer base and take the loss. Your prices are insulting Evergreen.2. Customer Service - I dont think this point is too fair as this was when this dispensary was brand new and quite some time ago, but it was the only time I went in, and likely the last. When I arrived there is a mandatory scanning of your ID. Fine though I really dont like that. I usually view my product before purchasing and the employee seemed to be confused on this process. I literally could not see the product through the glass concealing the products. I want to see the percentile region at the least. Over the coarse of looking at 2 different strains, the employee seemed to be really confused and anxious as to why someone left a joint near his post that must of been placed there from earlier in the shift, he cut me off twice to speak into his CIA-like microphone asking, nearly begging, someone to take this joint back to where ever it came from. Bad trip buddy? Not sure why else it was such a priority as I was the only customer in at the time. Its all good but he seemed to be freaking out progressively. Not a good vibe.3. Ordering system - They put your order together in the back. I guess this creates jobs but feels very strange and very redundant. This isnt any other state. I hope this system changed by now let a lone the one entrance and one exit doors.4, Parking Lot Entrance / Exit - If you know this area you know what I am talking about. You have to have a stunt driving license just to be able to get in and out. Props to all those who have survived.5. Sales are the same every week according to the website. Nothing new to see with that said. Everywhere else offers better deals.Thats about it from what I saw in late 2019. Hope this place at least changes their prices if they want to keep the lights on.

The staff here is always super chill, theyve always been very nice and understanding, and have always been incredibly helpful. Every time I had a question theyd be very knowledgeable, and if it was something they couldnt answer, they could always find someone who could. 11/10, would definitely come back again (and often do)

Went for my first time yesterday. Selection was great and was able to snag some of the White Truffle flower from Lifted. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable will def be back.

Small place so its limited in what it can offer but it does have a good selection.

Im not from here and I bought the wrong vape and I opened the package, I didnt know it was the wrong cartridge, i did know there return policy. I called and the manager was more than willing to help out which what made me pursuit employment. I recommend everyone to come to the most extraordinary, well respected, dispensary in the state of Washington!!!!!

I used to love this store, however with the change in staff its gone down hill. The kid with the flippy hair has pupils the size of dinner plates, and cant complete a sentence to save his life. His knowledge of cannibis is terribly low, recommending rather strong sativas when I mentioned Im prone to anxiety. The knew manager, I think his name is Chuck? He was talking about his bowel movements rather loudly near the front? WHO does that? WHO hires that guy? I wouldnt waste your time here.

First visit to Evergreen Market. It has a unique style of ordering your supplies. You walk around with a bud tender and he will add your choices to their ordering system and when youre done you go to the main counter to get your order and pay. A couple of items they have that I have not seen at an other Cannabis store is syringes with prefilled oil to refill your cartridges yourself. They are call Dose and RSO oil. Cant wait to try one.

Maybe if your customers knew how you treated the employees you would do something about it.The company only cares about selling the best of the best weed. They have shifted from caring about all customers needs to only caring about hype companies and people who have money. If you want to feed into three rich yt dudes pockets by all means work here. They do not care about you unless you fit their narrative and you also only care about making money from rich people and stiffing actual people with real medical needs for cannabis.Then there is the almost complete lack of concerns about COVID safety, the terrible management that has been known to be verbally abusive and generally not empathetic. People are leaving left and right. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I would choose this place as my new dispensary. I had someone named Abby help me out and she was so knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely ask for Abby if you’re there.

They would not let me into the store a full half hour before closing. I needed medicine for my c-PTSD and TRD, but they denied me entry.Im never going here again.Theres nothing medical about this shop. They dont care.I was a fairly consistent customer before this. Not anymore

This is a great store and one of my favorites to go to. Every employee, the door security and the budtenders, that I have had interactions with were helpful and friendly. They have a lot of variety and the budtenders had many suggestions for what you are looking for. All in all, it is a solid store and definitely worth visiting. It is also in a pretty convenient location.

Great company and product selection. Absolutely the worst staff of all their shops. Snippy conversations which the customers should not have to listen to. Management should visit as a secret shopper to see what is really going on at the shop.

Happens to be the only weed shop in Kirkland I have been in so that says a lot. I usually try 3 or so in an area before settling on one, which doesnt happen to be necessary. Nice work.

Literally denied my ID that I get scaned evryother dispensery and asked for my passport

I had purchased a few products about 2 weeks prior, including 2 vape cartridges. However I was not informed that one of the cartridges was an Airo Pro. This would not be an issue if not for the fact Airo cartridges only fit Airo pens (of which I do not own). I came in to return the cartridge today and spoke with a manager. I was told the policy for return is 1 week, which seems completely unreasonable. Not only this, but the manger said his employees are specifically trained not to sell products people don’t have parts for. Apparently not, as a result I spent $45 on a cartridge I can’t use. I ended up bringing my business to a different place who made an effort to make things right, unlike this place.

I love this store. It is in a convenient location, the staff is awesome, and the prices are reasonable. I would have given it five stars if they had more gluten free edibles available. But don’t let that distract you from coming in. It is worth your time.

Nice store but....Stand and wait for them to let you in. Then work with a tender to make your selections, who writes down your order. Then go stand in another line, then wait for them fill your order from the back room, then finally pay. Its might be efficient/secure for them, not for you. Dont they trust their tenders to handle the inventory and the money? Also, I have found the online menu to be inaccurate. If their inventory is less than some fixed number, it doesnt appear on the online menu. For example, the menu shows you have only one strain of Refine concentrate, only to find a dozen different strains available in the store. On a positive note, the store prices are good (ex. top-tier Refine concentrate is $50 compared to $55 in many stores) . Then, make sure you take advantage of an available discount, such as early bird 20% off) . Note to Evergreen: would love to see you stock Bodhi High concentrates! Thanks.

Helpful and knowledgeable employees

Know that they dont take online order returns so be sure what your ordering is correct esp when dealing with tinctures which seem to falsely advertise what you buying. It confused me and the bud tender and the owner doesnt take returns/exchanges even if you bought 5 minutes prior.

The negative reviews are so wack its kinda funny. I mean who cares about employees wearing an earpiece to make their job more efficient for them (and you!) Anyway Im leaving a positive review because Ive been going here for the past few months and its a great little shop! 😊 The first time I came in I was looking for blue dream vape which they did not have in stock at the time, however I came in two weeks later and they totally had it! I notice little things like that! :) You can tell this store definitely values their business. The staff has always been very helpful and informative whenever I had questions. Always a good experience when going here. Everyone is really helpful and knowledgeable about products. They listen and explain differences and even let you know if there is someone else that would have more extensive knowledge about the things you are questioning. I went in to get cbd products for my Dad who has Parkinsons and he was very happy with the product I got from their recommendation. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave it is like you feel like you are visiting with friends...nice to see people who really care about what they are doing. Great job...highly reccomend.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Never in my life have I been to a dispensary that charged as much as these people do. Their online prices are wrong. Especially in the times that we are in with people losing jobs and such I think it’s really disgusting. They charge $48 for dog house when I can go down the street and get it for $10 less not to mention they are not even doing 10% online orders anymore. Cheap cheap cheap. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I spend at least 300 dollars a week on bud. They lost my business for sure.

I tried to return a faulty disposable vape pen with the package and receipt and they told me it had to be within 7 days of purchase! A pen should last longer than 7 days right? So how are you supposed to know if it is faulty or not the first week? Never going back. Lost a good customer.

Decent selection, decent staff. Only thing id say is save your money shopping elsewhere, the prices here are quite high for the products theyre selling. You can get the same products/or same quality down the street much cheaper at other pot shops in Kirkland. Ill come shop back here if they ever fix their prices. Dont let them trick you with their unique model its literally just like any other pot shop. You can look at the selections before ordering. These people just dont stream line it and let people wander around the store looking at stuff and try to gauge whos ready to be served based off eye contact. Hilarious lack of experience running any kind of store here.

Used to be a great shop but after today I will not be returning, bad customer service, very pushy, I asked for time to look around and was interrupted multiple times to put my name on the order when I told them Im just browsing. Then got a very rude reaction when I simply told them to give me a few, I do not recommend this place anyone.

You order with one person with a tablet then go wait in line for second person to help you pay, but a third person is in the back processing the order. Instead of having some electronic way to know what to pick in the back they print it out on paper.

Super high end shop with a good loyalty program. Discounts on Sunday and Monday for the first two hours which is nice. Wish they were better about restocking but I guess other people like the place too.

I wish I could say my experience was pleasant but it wasn’t.I purchased a bottle of GreenRevolution CBD tabs for $55 and there were supposed to be 50 tabs in the bottle. As soon as I get home I take the bottle out of its packaging and without even opening the bottle I can instantly tell there aren’t even CLOSE to 50 tabs. I walk all the way back To the store, with my receipt, only 30 minutes after I had originally gone in. I don’t ask for a refund but they offer me 50% off the next bottle. I say okay since it’s my last option but ask the budtender to at least take the bottle out of the box and shake it, so I can hear what it sounds like. She tells me no and that did it for me. How dare you expect me to spend MORE money at your establishment after you’ve clearly duped me; hoping that my next bottle will actually come with what you say it will on the very clear chance that it won’t!Don’t come here unless you really only want a fifth of what you ask for. This must be how they’re staying open..

I have been going in off and on for a year and change now. The products are as advertised, but their pricing is inconsistent. The website price and the price charged are not always the same. Also, compared to the 2 other shops less than 1mile away carrying the same products from the same companies, evergreen market prices are 20% higher. A $16 product at the other two shops is $22+ here.Update.I only come here if absolutely easy

You know at first I wasn’t too sure about the stores layout when it first opened, but I have learned to actually LOVE IT. I have had exactly zero (0) bad experiences visiting there out of the countless times I have been there. If I could adopt every member of the staff, as a 24 year old, I absolutely would. They could just say, hey, I know Im an adult, but will you adopt me? I would say yes EVERY TIME. My budtender today was Kia and she was beyond excellent. How does a person know exactly what another person is asking for without the person even needing to describe it in cohesive words? I dont know, ask Kia, because she did it. And the staff manning the registers? Dont even get me started, what an actual delight each of those humans are. Wanted to go inside, but was too scared after my car was hit by an inebriated driver in one of their parking lots. While calling police who refused to show, a random guy ended up punching my car when I refused to go out with him. Management response was great at first, but the good managers are now gone. Cant trust the chain at all. Ignore the Express window guidance given by the mgr... it is not enforced, and it becomes a normal line that puts you at risk of property damage and/or harassment.

Not safe in their parking lots. My car was hit by someone under the influence. Police refused to come for a parking lot crash. The staff has really gone downhill, too.

Fall Update since the last few months they have gotten way better I haven’t waited more than a few minutes in a few months and service is been improved......(Feb 2020 review) 3/4 times I’ve been, they kinda rushed me through plus the security guards they have are too intense, clad in paramilitary outfits to protect some cannabis, relax(?) the two stars was from a sale they had on “Big Game” weekend. I would be a regular but I only go on sales due to just ok service and the security, feels like a Bank actually, a weed bank but a bank none the less. (20+)yrs MJ exp. I’m not mad but they asked for my opinion so...

The service is very rude and I wouldnt recommend anyone to that Despensary. The Bellevue location is much more friendly

The first time I went in people were shooting rubberbands, heard your employee with dreads using very foul language and your employee did not know the product Kept trying to sell me some sativa they liked instead of what I was looking for a heavy indica. My wife went in last week and the person sold her the wrong tincture dose. We will not be back here again and will inform our friends to also do so.

You can get everything from this store for 5 to 10$ cheaper anywhere elase in seattle. If youre on a budget go else where
