Tana is AMAZING! I had been wearing strip lashes for years and decided to try out extensions. What I didnt realize was I had significantly damaged my natural lashes to the point that initially extensions didnt seem possible. Where a lot of people would have sent me on my way, leaving me lash-less, Tana did not give up on me. Tana went way above and beyond consulting with others to come up with a plan. After months of lash serum, text check-ins and even a reverse curl lash perm I have the amazing mega volume lashes I have always wanted. Theyre long lasting and even look amazing right before my fills! Tana is detail oriented and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. In addition to being the lash whisperer, shes an awesome person and I always enjoy my time in the salon!

I started going to Flawless when they opened their downtown Seattle location. I loved it there so much I followed them all the way to Kirkland (I live in Federal Way) when they closed their downtown location. Their store is so clean with a friendly and relaxing ambiance. Sequoia takes pride in her shop and sets the bar high in quality of service.I now go to Tana for lashes, brow tint, and tanning. She does an amazing job at all 3! Her attention to detail leaves me feeling so cared for when I am there and not just another client. I HIGHLY recommend Flawless for any of their services.

I used love coming to this salon for lash extensions but unfortunately all good artists left the business and new hires have no skills. I paid $80 for get my lashes fill and walked out with almost the same amount of lashes that I came with. Girl had an attitude and said next time get 90 min service. Will go somewhere else ✌🏼

The hairstylists ability to make my hair look lovely wowed me. She performed admirably in his absence. The service I offered was excellent, and I had no complaints. From start to finish, it was excellent. Service of five stars!

Tana did my lashes and I have never had a better lash experience. I can’t even tell they are on. My eyes are visible now and I love them!

Hair was great but make up was unfortunately awful! Make sure you specify what kind of make up you want. I had a 12pm broad daylight photo shoot and the make up was extremely dark and heavy!! Not only did I not look anything like myself it was absolutely not flattering. I would of been better off by doing my own make up.

Tana does a great job with my lashes and I just had my first spray tan in a long time and it looks great. I avoided spray tanning for years because I always looked splotchy afterwards, but this looks even, subtle, and perfectly glowy. I highly recommend Tana. She knows her stuff.

I had a wonderful experience at Flawless Beauty Bar. A cute, clean, relaxing salon. Callie Rose did a fabulous job!! I had microderabrasion , and my face feels amazing!!

I went to get my eyebrows tinted and shaped. We discussed how one side was not as thick as the other towards the end and that I was ok shaping the other a bit to help balance them out. Well, by the end of the appointment my thicker brow was now even thinner than the original Side I was hoping to grow out! Skinny little brows are not in and not what I was going for!! She followed up by saying she was going for a more arched look... even after we discussed I wanted to keep my fullness as much as possible. Super super disappointed, it will take me a year or more to grow back these brows if ever! Be very careful!!! Unless you want half of your brows taken off!

I absolutely loved the hair and makeup Sequoia did for my baby shower it was just what I wanted. Everything about my experience here was pleasant and enjoyable!

This was my first time at Flawless Beauty Bar. The space is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Colleen welcomed me in and showed me around the salon. She walked me back to her work space and explained the microdermabrasion process. She explained what I might feel and experience and made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered before starting the service.Throughout the treatment Colleen explained what she was doing and chatted with me which made the time fly by. The treatment was much less painful than I expected and felt less like a bunch of needles and more like a cat tongue licking you as she had described. At the end of the treatment she applied at serum that was tingly and oddly satisfying. She explained aftercare and answered my questions about next steps.My skin was INSANELY soft afterword’s and my pores appeared much clearer and smaller. My skin was so clear and soft that I didn’t feel the need to wear any make up for quite a few days, which was nice. I was very pleased with the results of this service. I love this place! The ladies do such a phenomenal job with makeup and fake tanning. Not only is their work great, the atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable to be in. They carry great makeup products and always make sure you look your best.

Im in the later half of by 40s and wanted to learn makeup techniques, tricks and age-appropriate trends to help with my aging skin. While I think they probably do an outstanding job with younger clientele, what I asked for was not what they do. Wish I had known that before I spent so much money so Im posting this to help others not to do the same. Like I said, they probably are outstanding in other situations and they were very nice. Also leave at least an extra 15 minutes early to find parking in downtown Kirkland.

Lauren was amazing! Went here for my bridal hair and makeup and it turned out better than I even expected. Lauren was warm, funny, and easy to work with. She took my ideas easily, added suggestions of her own and really worked with me to create the look I wanted. Plus it was super fun talking with her through the process. The place is cute and clean and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My lashes stay on for 4 weeks. My makeup always looks flawless after leaving here and the ladies who work here could be my friends in real life. I love to hang out after my appointments because the vibes are so good :) you won’t regret coming here

I had someone recommend Kenzie to do my make-up for a photoshoot and I can see why. She knows what she is doing and wants to make sure youre taken care of. She made me feel confident and gorgeous with her hard work. I will go to Kenzie for my makeup needs for future photoshoots.

Great service + wonderful make-up application! Unfortunately, I was allergic to the make-up they used. My eyes were bloodshot and wouldnt stop watering for hours. So, be sure you wont have such a bad reaction before you pay the big bucks to get your make up done!

A couple months ago I got a classic set of lashes at the Kirkland location with Amy and after a few days my lashes started falling out. I wasnt sure what caused them to fall out, but I later found out that it was the makeup remover that I was using which was the Neutrogena Oil-Free brand. It was definitely not oil-free as it caused all of the lashes to fall out within 2 weeks. This was a trial and I was pretty upset as my fill appointment was scheduled a few days before my wedding day and I knew that a fill would not be enough to cover the gaps in my lashes, so I emailed the manager and she was very gracious and rescheduled my appointment to a different day, offered to only charge for a fill even though I was getting a brand new set, and when I had my appointment, the girl didnt charge me at all and even gave me a little bit of eye makeup remover to last me about 2 weeks so my lashes would last through my honeymoon. I would definitely recommend this salon - everyone Ive worked with so far have been great!
