Very bad place, specially the obgyn place. They sorry the doctors and nurses. I had gestational diabetes and didn’t tell me until I told them to check the test results after months feeling bad. I would never recommend this place to a pregnant woman. They don’t care about patients.

I was very disappointed that you have to have all of your out of pocket cost before they perform services. I have been a client for years and do not have a current bill. $49 couldn’t be billed out of $109.00. Wow I will take my services elsewhere

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and this small town clinic rejected me after the registered me into they system and gave me a appointment I believe this place decriminated against me without even knowing me or talking to me just by reviewing my record they made a unanimous decision to cancel my appointment I don’t want anywhere where I’m not welcome apparently a pregnant woman from New York City who happens to be African American is not welcome I will never again take this kind of treatment moving forward I’m seeking a lawyer and a lawsuit people and patients know your rights don’t not take abuse stand for something and change will come

I am a patient with the behavioral health part of this center. I have been trying to reach my dr for a month. I have left messages with the front office staff and also emailed my dr and have been told they would call me back. I haven’t gotten any response. My meds aren’t working. This is very unprofessional. If I was suicidal due to meds not working then it would be in their hands....

I have gone here for many things through the years this place opened up. They have always done great work and I always got the care I needed. This place is a blessing to many people in need of care. I thank god every day for their work. Thank you to all the staff!

I dont understand why people complain so much about getting super cheap health and dental care. The people here have been wonderful in helping me fix my teeth. There is a wait sometimes but you will get seen and they do a great job. I absolutely hated going to the dentist before this place. Now its no problem at all. They send me a link to check in online and theyre ready when I get there. Everyone has been polite to me and has helped me out. You definitely get much better service than what you pay for. Thank you everyone at KCHC!

I have only good things to say about the dental care I received here. After multiple visits, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Everyone was very nice and patient. After a bad experience somewhere else, I was felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you KCHC

I have been going here for my dental care for nearly two years now, after a 10 year stint of not seeing a dentist due to my anxiety/fear. My first appointment was as an emergency and all the ones after were scheduled. I have never had to wait long in the waiting area, maybe slightly longer in exam room, but I also understand it is the community center. The dentist I see here is absolutely amazing, he is always patient, kind and smiling.

Great dental care. Retired but paying on sliding scale. Never been around such a caring staff.

Every since I became a patient here, I have experienced nothing but caring, knowledgeable, and patient doctors. It was here that I found out I had Breast Cancer. Due to me not having insurance I am limited when it comes to medical care, especially GOOD medical care. Kinston Community Health Center has really been a God Send.

Ive been seeing Dr. Jennifer Roberson here for many years and shes a Great doctor. If she had her own office I would continue to see her, but the Kinston Community Health Center thats an entirely different story, Ive had ENOUGH! You cant get an appointment when you need it, u usually end up having to wait several month for an application time and when you get there for that appointment dont be in any hurry because the wait time in usually a couple of hours then you wait another hour once you get put in a room to see a doctor. When you call you cant ever get anything done that you need done, theyll tell you that someone will call you back haha thatll probably never happen, except every blue moon. Trying to get refills, test resultscores, referrals or whatever seems to take a miracle from GOD. Most of the staff, but not all of them, appear to care less about anything that needs to be done or anybody. I have decided that I need to go to real doctors office instead of this chaotic and stressful place.

It is so hard to get an appointment here, they never call you back, and never answer the phone. But when you go there theyre always talking and laughing instead of working, guess they sooo busy huh

Thanks a lot KCHC. i used to go to you for dental work. it took me weeks to save up enough to both get there and possibly pay for treatment. Getting there -- parking blocks are supposed to block wheels. They are not supposed to be high enough to come into contact with the body of your car. The parking space I parked in ripped the front bumper cover off my car. your emergency hours dont seem to exist anymore. your staff, all new, never heard of them. walk-ins welcome, yes but the hours are totally different. I was treated with the utmost contempt by the snooty high-and-mighty behind the counter who was clearly judging and pre-judging me because im homeless. how do i support myself? I scrap. I collect metal and sell it. Occasionally I get work from craigslist. I live how i CAN not how i choose. I dont have that luxury. How am I supposed to bring proof of income? I average $26.39 a week since January. Of course I cant prove that because its all under the counter. There are no W-2s or W-4s in the black market. We live however we possibly can. Dont judge us for our choice of living because we dont have a choice.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. We waited 6 weeks for that appointment, when we got there - 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork - we waited for over an hour after our appointment time before it was our turn. Then they wanted to demand that I wait in the lobby on the other side of a locked door from my 12 year old daughter while she was with the doctor. I refused treatment for my child and we left, after wasting most of the afternoon in a filthy waiting room dealing with disrespectful employees. I will never take my children back into that place.

I have been calling and leaving messages for the past 2 1/2 weeks and NO ONE will return my calls!! 4 thumbs down to this place

Awful bedside manner from the doctor that saw my daughter today. I wont be taking my kids back there, and I will not be going there either.

Had an appointment at 8:45 didnt get into the room till 9:30 I still had to wait almost another hour till the doctor sea me. This place is so slow.

The worse place i ever been into my boyfriend mom had an appointment at 2:45 it was after 5:00 pm before we left she set in her wheelchair in the room in the back for over 2 hours before she even saw a dr
