My daughter wanted her hair done before school started. Tbh, I was hesitant at first. Well, we were welcomed by the owner with professionalism and quality service. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Step by step he told Em what he was going to do. It was clean. Other employees were just as nice. I even ended up with a great eyebrow wax by Jordan. Back to Shawn and his talent. My daughter is super excited and happy to show off her new pink steaks. Definitely will be back to see Shawn for our hair and Jordan for my eyebrows. He showed me step by step how to take care of Emily’s hair. Thanks again. 😊

Walked in at 5:09 with a minor hair emergency. Left at 5:50 feeling overcharged. Absolutely loved my stylist, but management believes that hair dressers should make $65 an hour. Much more reasonable pricing is avail elsewhere. I dont expect beauty school prices, but 40 mins of work could easily equal $40. Thats well above average and a fair compensation for snipping some strings. The shop was also not busy when I was there. A few minutes of splitting time between customers is not uncommon, nor does it justify exuberant prices that dont match up with the service performed. If you continue bad business practices, the universe will take care of it. No worries, I wont be needing anything more from your establishment.

When my old salon closed a few years ago, I’ve been searching for a new one. I have gone to several reputable salons but never loved my hair cut or color. I seen West Side Cuts work online and figured I would try them. From the moment I engaged them, I have felt welcomed, they are friendly. They were quick with getting an appointment, I didn’t have to wait weeks and I got the cut I wanted and I love the color. Shawn even took time to give me some hair styling tips. I would most definitely recommend West Side Cuts to someone who wants great hair, great service and no bs.

My daughter is balling her eyes out.I always tell her... always take a photo with you so there is no miscommunication. Well... lets just say the photo is nowhere near what she received. She has prom coming up, graduation, graduation events and vacation. She doesnt want to participate in any of these milestone events because of the cut she received. She is young...(will be 18,) and didnt feel comfortable or confident enough to say anything. Plus she didnt want to start crying in front of anyone. She wore a hat driving home. She wanted nobody to see her. Im sure she will never go back.I see all of the wonderful reviews, so Im sure this was just a mishap.

I would definitely recommend West Side Color Cut & Fades! Shawn is awesome! Long story short I cut my own hair and he saved me LOL. He not only fixed the cut, he colored my hair and I LOVED it. Super friendly, clean & professional :)

Great salon I been to. Shawn is my barber and I been going to him for about a year and half. The man is absolutely great at what he does whether cutting hair or dying. He does both! - salon overall is a great atmosphere, super chill and great vibes

The business owner harassed me about my hair and the fact that my roots were growing out -essentially trying to “bully” me into coming back to his salon and getting my hair done. He used foul language towards me and even slandered my name on social media for simply choosing not to come to his salon. I mean, who would after being treated in such a way? Absolutely DO NOT go here if you don’t want to be disrespected -especially women… and if you were a current or past client like I was, start looking elsewhere for a stylist. There’s no way of knowing what he says about his clients behind their back…

I loved this place. I was going there for everything from my hair to skin needs. Then I started to see the owner being extremely rude to the stylists, customers, and then he was visibly frustrated with my 4 year old (who was aways afraid to get their hair cut. This was known by everyone who worked there.) Well I stopped going there, and most of the stylists(the best ones) left as well.

Great people have gotten many services there and still go to this day.

This has to be the best barber shop that I have EVER been to. Went in for the UK Fade and got amazing results! Nick did a wonderful job on my hair. Great Place! Biancca and Shawn are top notch. I had my hair colored at another salon...the color didnt cover greys and had orange hues...I was Devastated ...it was getting pretty late and I had a banquet to go to next day... I didn’t know if it could be fixed...or even if I could get an appointment on such short notice. I spoke to Shawn and gave him the details...He told me to come in and Biancca would let me know if they could do anything...she did an amazing job...I absolutely love this place and my hair. I will be back.
