Jesse Scherer is deeply knowledgeable about her craft and dedicates all of her focus and energy into your massage. I was a bit afraid to get a massage during the pandemic, but she has the best health and safety protocols Ive seen yet in a business. Her massages are an intense experience, but effective in chronic pain reduction and in gaining range of motion back. I am never sore the next day after water and stretching. She has really helped my scoliosis condition using trigger point therapy and fascial release.

Jesse is hands down amazing! Ive been having pains/numbness in my legs for months now and have been seeing a chiropractor regularly since it started with only little success. After seeing Jesse for the first time two weeks ago I immediately felt some relief and for the first time in months I was able to sleep through the night without waking up to pain. I had my second appointment today and am already so excited to go back next week. Another huge plus for me is how personable and easy to talk to Jesse is - I can be very awkward and anxious around new people (and people Ive known for years) making it very difficult to relax, but there is just something about her that makes me feel welcome and safe.

Ive been seeing Jesse for massage for YEARS now...I cant even remember how long because without a doubt getting a massage from Jesse is absolutely a vital part of my life. She is kind, generous, intuitive and full of laughter, PLUS she is so highly skilled with many techniques that I trust her completely...basically shes a goddess send!

My massage with Jesse in Kingston was very good. I had been feeling depressed and anxious since the election, so I needed to relax and get rid of that tenseness. Jesses massage did the trick. I really did feel better and happier afterwards. Next time I will ask for hot stones when I make my appointment. The only reason I am rating the experience a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the parking in Kingston. It can be tough finding parking, which makes me even more tense.
