Dr Vo was thorough and prompt. I appreciate her communicating the results of my children’s exams with me. Very positive experience for us.

Dr. Vo is probably the best out of all the people I have seen. Always with a smile on her face, she is very welcoming and considerate of her patients, always making sure they are comfortable during the process. Her appointments are always thorough and it is clear she is knowledgeable about what she is doing as there is no hesitation moving from one task to the next. Dr. Vo is extremely reliable. I never have any doubts when going in. She always answers questions completely and clearly. She is very personable and I feel even better walking out of the office knowing my vision is in the hands of a professional.

My family has been with Dr Vo over 10 years, throughout this time, she has been very generous and understanding when we come to her with problems. She quickly diagnosed and treated our conditions and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She is a very knowledgeable optometrist and I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

BEST EVER!Me and my family of SIX are long-time customers of Dr. Vo in her Kingston office. Ive recently stated wearing ultra moist bifocal contact lenses and the care (and patience) that was shown to me was ABOVE anything I ever expected! She asked closer vision, further away for work? Awesome. On the motorcycle..for distance. Then she let me try them for a week!!! (and these are disposables!) I am so grateful!As for eyeglass prescriptions. Perfection. We ALL wear transition multi-focal and Dr. Vo is SPOT on! We will continue to go here and think you should as well!

Dr. Vo is excellent and thorough with her examination. She is up to date with her eye care equipment and suggests the best possible prescription from my examination. Do not expect anything from this office except how much money they can make off of you. I get a contact lens exam, go to Florida, have trouble with my prescription, come back 3 months later and make an attempt to make an appointment for an contact lens adjustment (since they were not right in the 1st place) and am told that I must pay the full amount of another contact lens exam since more than two months have passed (I was in Florida and not willing to drive 1200 miles). Dont seem to be at all interested in taking care of their patients (I had been patient for about 5 years). I told them that I was very unhappy and was basically told that that was just too bad.
