Dr. Lin was delightful, and Rowland was very pleasant and helpful with finishing my orders, despite the aching slowness of the app tools staff have to use.The public website is also a dumpster fire of broken web not-point-0 stuff. Please think about significantly increasing your corporate IT budget?

Went in for a contact lens follow up. There is a staff person to greet you in anticipation of your appointment. The doctor is extremely pleasant and professional. Answers questions and is invested in success of vision with contact lenses.

From beginning to end, the exam was excellent. The woman at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and answered my questions. The doctor is also wonderful and helped me with exactly what I needed in a new prescription.I know this survey isnt asking this, but after my exam I wandered into the store where I had exactly the opposite experience as my exam. The representative who was helping me did everything but help and I feel like he wanted to be doing anything else in the world besides helping me. I can certainly provide details if needed. I didnt purchase glasses from him.

The team working here was amazing. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. They took the time to explain my eye health and what exactly we were looking at when the exam was finished. Their covid cleaning procedures were being followed completely and I couldnt have been happier about my visit. I will definitely be going back next year when my exam is up!

I had an eye exam last week with Dr. Hakki at the Lenscrafters in the King of Prussia Mall. The entire exam was amazing. Dr. Hakki walked me through each step of the exam and really made me feel at ease. Dr Hakki was thorough and explained each part of the exam to me. I highly recommend Dr Hakki. I will recommend her to my friends and family.

My appointment was right on time. The doctor explained the exam to me every step of the way.

I really had a hard time talking to the doctor. I felt like his “bed side manner” was awful. I came to the office to be checked for contacts and because I have an issue with a flashing dot. I got checked in by the front desk lady to fill out my paperwork. I told her why I was there. She told me there was 2 options to the photograph machine which would be a $40 deductible or dilation. I asked her what would be better for checking on my eye and its issue. She said the photograph for sure. When I got with the doctor he barely explained anything, didnt explain anything about contacts and how to use them (let alone the fact he seemed annoyed he had to do a contact evaluation), then told me that I had to get my eyes dilated anyways because the photo machine that i paid extra for wasnt accurate. That I needed to get my eyes dilated. So I was so confused. Needless to say, I didn’t know how to take the trial contacts out when I got home. Don’t have any solution or idea on what could be wrong with my eye, AND I PAID $40 FOR NOTHING.I was a very loyal lenscrafters patient, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not want a call from the doctor though. I won’t go bsck to him.

The best experience I have had with a service provider in a very long time. The staff was knowledgeable, experienced and made me feel well taken care of. Kim was outstanding in terms of customer service. The doctor was friendly, warm, and explained all aspects of my issues well. From beginning to end the experience was outstanding. Would recommend to all.
